- Those with foot size less than 20cm cannot participate.
- Please specify your pick-up and drop-off locations when making a reservation (Meeting at Mokoto Mountain Observatory Parking Lot, Kawayu Onsen Town, or Memanbetsu Airport).
- The tour content is based on natural phenomena.Viewing is not guaranteed.
- The tour start time will be 5:00 -7:00. It will be determined by the time of sunrise.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- In the event of a change or cancellation, we will contact your phone number directly.
- There are no restrooms available during the tour (during the tour, you will have to use a portable toilet.) Please be sure to use the toilet before gathering.
- Due to the nature of the tour being outdoors, we do not take excessive safety measures. Please participate in perfect physical condition. If you are not feeling well, please refrain from participating and participate as much as you can.
- In March, you will be guided in rain boots instead of snowshoes.
