- Requires fitness level equivalent to hiking
- Participants must be aged 6 to under 75 - During the tour, you'll wear an insulating dry suit, but the wind chill can make it feel like -20°C, and you may come into contact with cold water. Those with serious conditions, such as heart disease, should obtain written approval from a doctor before considering participation.
- There is a risk of falling or injury due to breaking through the ice or slipping on it, so elderly participants should take care and join within their comfort limits.
- Due to the nature of the outdoor tour, excessive safety measures are not in place. Please ensure you are in good health before participating. If you are feeling unwell, consider postponing your participation and join only if you are comfortable.
Additional notes
- Depending on the drift ice conditions, the tour may be conducted with conditions such as staying "near the coast." The tour may also be canceled due to ice movement or severe weather. In case of changes or cancellations, a direct call will be made to the provided phone number at least one hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Although a waterproof suit is worn, there is a rare possibility that clothing may get wet.
- There are no restrooms available during the tour (portable toilets will be used). Please make sure to use the facilities before gathering.
- Luggage cannot be stored during the tour.
- During the tour, the guide will carry a camera and offer a service to share photos after the tour concludes.
- If the weather or drift ice conditions change suddenly during the tour, the decision may be made to cancel the tour, prioritizing safety.

- To prevent damage to the dry suit, ensure your nails are trimmed short before participating.
- <Regarding Personal Belongings>
- Remove all watches and accessories to prevent loss or damage to the dry suit.
- Those with long hair should remove hairpins and secure their hair with a hair tie.
- You may bring a camera or mobile phone at your own risk. Due to the possibility of water exposure and extremely low temperatures, it's recommended to carry them in a waterproof and insulating bag that keeps your hands free.
