This service is limited to the operated ticket gate at the central ticket gate of Meitetsu Nagoya Station or the operated ticket gate at Chubu Centrair International Airport Station.

- If you wish to cancel after the participation date selected at the time of booking, please contact Veltra.
- If you plan to use the ticket after the participation date selected at the time of booking, you will not be able to access the voucher from the Veltra My Page. Please take a screenshot of the QR code on the voucher before the participation date and present it at the time of check-in.
