Found this transfer on the web and booked it for the two of us to get from our hotel in Tokyo Bay to Diamond Princess in Yokohama.
Although it was booked as a shared shuttle, when the minibus arrived in true Japanese eff... moreiciency 5 minutes early, we were happy to learn that we were the only two passengers.
The driver was very friendly and professional, and we arrived at the ship in good time.

The driver was very helpful and friendly. It was probably not his fault as he was probably following instructions, but he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. The hotel we are staying is part of a chain which has hotels wi... moreth the same name. I checked the original confirmation and the address I provided was correct. We had to book another ride to get to the correct hotel.

Everything ran smoothly and like clockwork. The driver and guide were there to meet us, and parked in a convenient spot very close by. They made everything easy for us, and the guide had good, easily understandable Engl... moreish. Moreover, they went way above and beyond, and arranged tours for us in another town where I had been unable to find suitable transport. I really appreciated everything about the experience in Japan. I hope we are assigned the same team for our return journey!

It's super convenient as well that they offer a sim card with unlimited data as an additional option,I personally think this is much better tha... moren renting a WiFi coz you don't have to worry about the battery and less thing to carry in your bag. I'll definitely consider them again for airport transfer whenever I'm in Japan.

A must book transfer from the hotel to the Airport!

Driver was very helpful with my luggage and was very kind. He even assisted me getting a cart for my suitcase at the airport as I had a heavy one. He was a bit early... more than the said pick-up time BUT not a big deal as it won't make you anxious if your transfer will arrive. Vehicle used was extremely clean and spacious. They also had a free WiFi inside the vehicle so it's a plus! I'll definitely consider them again as my airport transfer provider when in Japan!
