- We do not guarantee the arrival time at the destination or connections to flights or other modes of transportation.
- Regarding damage to luggage, in principle, our company and the operating company cannot be held responsible (except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by our company or the operating company, or if it falls under the special compensation provisions of the travel industry terms and conditions). When transporting luggage that requires careful handling, please take responsibility for loading, unloading, and protecting it during transportation.
- If vehicle standby occurs due to customer circumstances (including flight delays, luggage loading, waiting at stopover points, etc.) or if additional stopovers increase the required time, a standby fee of 70 yen per minute will be added to your bill.
