Meet at Ishigaki Port/ Pick-up at hotel
Explore Ishigaki Island, the economic and tourist hub of the Yaeyama Islands and the third largest in Okinawa Prefecture.
The tour includes a drive-by of Gongendo and Torinji, a visit to the Chinese Tomb commemorating victims of the Robert Brown incident, and a 45-minute stop at Kabira Park. A scenic spot awarded 3stars by the Green Michelin Guide, offers stunning views and optional glass boat rides (payable on-site).
Enjoy a lunch break at Aunt Poza's Table, a restaurant boasting a panoramic view of Kabira Bay. Relish a traditional Okinawan hamburger lunch on the breezy terrace, surrounded by the island's natural beauty.
View the Yae-Yama Palm grove in Yonehara and visit the Tamatorizaki Observatory (15 mins) for panoramic views of the emerald sea, easily accessible from the parking area. The tour also includes a drive-by view of the mangroves along the Miyara River.
Arrive at the bus terminal and walk to Ishigaki Port Ritou Terminal
Upon arrival, you will be guided to the water buffalo cart station by a shuttle bus. For the return trip, please make your own way from the water buffalo cart station to the port.
Explore the traditional Ryukyu village of Taketomi Island, designated as an Important Traditional Building Preservation Area. Surrounded by emerald green seas, the island features attractions like Kondoi Beach, perfect for family swimming, and Kaiji Beach, known for its star-shaped sand.
Relax on a 30-minute traditional water buffalo cart ride around Taketomi Island, offering a glimpse into Okinawa's past. Navigate narrow paths while listening to local folk music, providing a truly immersive cultural experience.

You can choose your return trip from Taketomi Port at 16:00 or 17:00.
