Changes to the date or number of people after booking are not possible. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new booking. Please note that if the cancellation fee period applies, the specified cancellation charges will be incurred.

- Please be aware that there may be service suspensions or delays in operation. The operating company cannot be held responsible if this results in missing a flight or a reduction in the scheduled tour time.
- Transportation will be provided by taxi or bus, depending on the number of people in your reservation.
- If rest facilities are unavailable due to their operating period or hours, the service may pass by them or use alternative facilities.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Seating is unassigned. However, seats may be assigned if the bus is full or for other reasons.

- Boarding with ski or snowboard boots is not allowed. - When boarding the bus, you may store one piece of luggage in addition to your ski equipment in the vehicle's trunk. If you are bringing skis or snowboards, please ensure they are in a dedicated bag or case. This helps prevent damage to your belongings during loading, unloading, or while the bus is in motion.
- For day-trip visitors to Rusutsu Ski Resort, the pick-up and drop-off location will be at the Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention.
- If there is a risk of missing a flight connection, alternative transportation options, such as stopping at the nearest JR station, may be suggested. Please note that any costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure. If a flight delay or cancellation prevents a customer from boarding on the scheduled day, it may be possible to transfer to a bus on a subsequent day or be guided to alternative transportation options (with any costs incurred being the responsibility of the customer). However, the operating company is not responsible for securing alternative buses or transportation in such situations.
- For customers who do not arrive by the departure time, the bus will generally not wait. In such cases, it will be considered a "no-show without notice."
- Depending on the number of passengers and the number of pick-up and drop-off locations, an additional ventilation period inside the vehicle (approximately 5 to 10 minutes) may be scheduled apart from regular breaks.

- For day-trip visitors to Rusutsu Ski Resort, the pick-up and drop-off location will be at the Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention.
- If there is a risk of missing a flight connection, alternative transportation options, such as stopping at the nearest JR station, may be suggested. Please note that any costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure. If a flight delay or cancellation prevents a customer from boarding on the scheduled day, it may be possible to transfer to a bus on a subsequent day or be guided to alternative transportation options (with any costs incurred being the responsibility of the customer). However, the operating company is not responsible for securing alternative buses or transportation in such situations.
- For customers who do not arrive by the departure time, the bus will generally not wait. In such cases, it will be considered a "no-show without notice."
- Depending on the number of passengers and the number of pick-up and drop-off locations, an additional ventilation period inside the vehicle (approximately 5 to 10 minutes) may be scheduled apart from regular breaks.
