From Nov 16, the Highland Zone opens, followed by the Olympia Zone in early Dec. Choose your lesson area.
Meeting Points:
- Highland Zone: 1st floor rental shop, Highland Ski Center
For experienced skiers.
- Olympia Zone: 3rd floor rental shop, Olympia Ski Center
For beginners.
If you need rentals, please complete the process at the rental shop beforehand. The lesson start time is calculated from when the instructor meets you, including time to assist with gear.
The fastest way to improve is by learning the basics from experienced, certified instructors. Lessons also cover how to handle falls and injuries.
Beginner courses cover everything from putting on boots and attaching boards to basic movements like stopping and straight skiing.
Learn ski resort etiquette to avoid collisions and enjoy safe skiing. You'll also learn how to fall safely and, once comfortable, how to ride lifts.
For those with experience looking to improve, lessons can help you master turns and other advanced skills.

- Children's Age Requirements:
- Skiing: 4 years and up
- Snowboarding: 6 years and up - Maximum Children per Instructor in the Same Group:
- Ages 4-5 (Ski): 1 child
- Ages 6-7 (Ski/Snowboard): 3 children
- Ages 8-11 (Ski/Snowboard): 5 children
Children can join lessons with adults starting at age 7, and the lesson will be tailored to the child's level. - Please note that mixed ski and snowboard lessons within the same group are not available. If skill levels vary within a group, the lesson will be adjusted to the most beginner level.

Restaurant "Uru" offers a variety of meals and drinks.
- Highland Zone 4F:
Restaurant "Skadi" is a large 650-seat venue in the Highland Ski Center. Enjoy a diverse menu including custom noodles, homemade ramen, soba, rice bowls, pasta, and curry.
