If boarding on the scheduled date becomes impossible due to such circumstances, a transfer to the next day's bus or alternative transportation may be suggested (any additional costs will be the customer's responsibility).
However, please note that securing alternative buses or transportation in such situations is not guaranteed. - If there is a risk of missing a flight connection, alternative transportation options, such as stopping at the nearest JR station, may be suggested. Please note that any costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.
- For customers who do not arrive by the departure time, the bus will generally not wait. In such cases, it will be considered a "no-show without notice."
- A bus guide will not be on board. The driver will operate the bus alone.
- Service may be suspended during Asahiyama Zoo's closure period.
- Depending on the number of passengers and the number of pick-up and drop-off locations, an additional ventilation period of about 5 to 10 minutes may be taken inside the vehicle, separate from regular breaks.
