• In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure. If boarding on the scheduled day becomes impossible due to such delays or cancellations, options may include transferring to a bus on the following day or providing information on alternative transportation (any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer). However, please note that the company is not responsible for arranging alternative transportation.
• If there is a risk of missing a flight connection, alternative transportation options, such as stopping at the nearest JR station, may be suggested. Please note that any costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Service may be suspended or delayed. The operator is not responsible for missed flights or shortened tour times due to such circumstances.
• A taxi or bus will be arranged based on the number of people in your reservation.
• If rest facilities are unavailable due to their operating season or hours, the service may pass by them or use alternative facilities.

• The travel contract is based on the tour code or bus number provided by the operator. Even if multiple tours (or buses) are booked at once, the contract does not continue between one tour (or bus) and the next. Compensation for any damages incurred by the customer is limited to each individual contract.
