Russel and his colleague were very thorough in making sure everyone on the boat were safe and following COVID protocols. As soon as we hopped on the boat, Russel briefed everyone about the safety protocols, DO's and DONT's during parasailing. This was a great experience esp for my kids (age 8 &10) as this was their first time. In the end, Russel took awesome pictures of us and I have received great comments about it from my friends, family. Thank you Russel for making this experience such a memorable one. Will definitely come back again in the near future.

It was okay, the crew was great.

We have not received the refund yet but that also falls on me because I have not followed up. Our snorkeling date was March 16, I am writing this April 10th.

Hawaii Water Sports - Make Your Own Ocean Activities Combo
Leave us at nowhere after the water sports are done.
投稿者: tracyzero, 2021/01/10Not all the sports are operated by the company. Water skiing is operated by another company. Although the water ski experience was good, but they drop us off at the photo/video shop, where you can buy the photos/videos they took for you. But that shop is very far away from the Hawaii water sport center, where our car was parked. We waited for a while until someone came to pick us and sent us to the water sport center. Also, their activities were not as good as others. The driver only took us 2 round for tubing. We had chance to watch those operated by other companies because we had to wait for a long time for the water skiing, the other companies definitely spent more time with their guests.

ドライバー兼インストラクターの男性は日本での生活歴のある日系の方でしたので道中も話しながら向かうことが出来たので良かったです。
三人で参加したのですが、一人カヤックからSUPにしていただけたので助かりました。
海に出てからも流れのポイントや注意する場所では声がけとアドバイスも的確で安心して乗れました。
自分でボードやカヤックを運ぶのは結構ハードでしたが、ひっくるめて楽しく過ごせました。
ランチも施設内のショップで選ぶことが出来ます。
前回はピザ、今回はプレートランチ、マリングッズのショップもあり、フリータイムにはカイルアにショッピングも可能です。

Do it, you won't regret it.
投稿者: Ed B, 2020/11/14What an amazing experience. The kayaks are great. They are sit-on-top kayaks which makes them much easier to get back on should you capsize or after you get out at the sandbar. The team shows you everything you need to know about the Kayak, how to get out to the sandbar and how to find your way back.
A short 30-45 min paddle out to the sandbar and you are in heaven. Get out in calm, waist deep, crystal clear, warm ocean water and look all around at the beauty and peacefulness nature provides. This was probably the most relaxed I was during the entire vacation. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.

ハワイ ジェットスキー ハイスピードで水上を滑走！＜ハワイカイ＞
期待以上の爽快感
投稿者: こすけ, 2020/04/05卒業旅行の最終日ということもあり疲労困憊でしたが、そんなものもぶっ飛ぶ爽快感でした。ボートで海上の乗り場まで連れていってもらったあとの待ち時間は30分ほどと長めでしたがスタッフの人がフレンドリーに話しかけてきてくれたり（英語）と暇を潰せました。6人組で行きましたが飛び込んでいいよと言われたので飛び込んで遊んでるやつもいました笑多分やっちゃダメですが。ジェットスキーは最初は操作が思うように行きませんでしたが徐々に慣れていき最後はフルスロットルで水上を走り回っていました。乗る時間は30分ですが15分たったら一旦乗り場に戻ってまた15分間乗るという感じでした。おそらくボートにつけているカメラのスイッチをONにするのと2人乗りであればそこで交代するための行程だと思います。あと、ゴーグルは持っていってないと10ドルでレンタルすることになるので注意が必要です。それに1人乗りか2人乗りで悩んでいるなら断然1人乗りをおすすめします。なぜなら2人乗りでジェットスキーをしていた友達が言うにはかなり操縦が難しいと言っていたからです。それに30分と短い時間なので1人乗りのほうが操縦がしやすく2人乗りよりも長く楽しめること間違いないです。ジェットスキーは日本では免許がいるのでこのハワイで是非とも楽しんでください。

高所恐怖症の主人はボートで見学&写真撮影、5歳と9歳の子供と私の３人で飛びました。私も初体験でしたが、子供たちはずーっと興奮しっぱなしでした。上空は少し寒かったですが、丁度虹もかかっていたり景色も最高でした。ボートにのってくれたスタッフの方もとても面白かったです^ ^
次の日もその次の日も、そして帰ってきてからも子供たちは、またやりたーい！と言っています。

新婚旅行で

若干高所恐怖症なのですがせっかくのハワイ旅行だしと思って勇気を出して挑戦してみて良かったです。
せっかくの機会と思い150mに挑戦しましたが意外と怖さはなく、むしろ普段見ることのできない高いところからの景色を堪能することができました。
ただ、他の客がやっているのを待っている時の船が予想以上に揺れて船酔いがきつかったです。
普段車やバスではそこまで酔うことはないのですがそんな私でも最後の方かなりきつくて、吐くまではいきませんでしたが相当しんどかったです。
酔い止めは必須なのではないかと思います。
いずれにせよ今回は良い経験をさせて頂くことができました。
他のお客さんで日本人の新婚旅行夫婦がいたのでお互いに写真や動画の撮影をお願いして、有料の写真は購入しませんでした。
