投稿者: John Mandy, 2016/06/08Very disappointing. We paid for a trip to Molokini. We were told that it was too rough to snorkel there. Instead, we were taken to Coral Gardens. What they didn't tell us was that Coral Gardens can be accessed from the beach off of Hwy 30. It was very close to the harbor and even though the water was clear, there were few fish. I felt as if I had been cheated. We spent over $100 each and expected to snorkel at the Molokin crater. We talk with some other visitors who went with a different company. They told us how wonderful it was. I don't recommend this company. We booked ahead. Next time we will book when we get to Maui.

Great Staff!
投稿者: Shelley Gehlbach, 2016/05/27I snorkeled out at Molokini when I was 10 years old and was really happy to make it back 30 years later. I did notice a big difference in the reef and diminished marine life, however, and would suggest for the benefit of that particularly sensitive environment, that it be strongly suggested to guests to buy reef-safe suntan lotion.
That said, the captain was a riot, the staff was all very friendly, and the experience was well worth the money and time spent :)

きれいな海でした。

モロキニ島とラハイナの近くのスポットでシュノーケリングをすることが出来ました。
個人的にはラハイナの近くのスポットの方が魚が多い感じがしました。
ただ、やはりマウイ島、風が強く、流されやすかったです。スタッフの方が見ていてくれますが、自分でも気を付けないといけないなぁと思いました。あと２か所回るのではっきりいって寒くなります。船上でのパーカーなどももちろんですが、ウエットスーツもあれば持って行った方がいいかなぁと思いました。１０ドルで借りれます。
朝も昼も美味しくいただけました。
またマウイに行ったときはお世話になりたいと思いました！

Sea turtle 最高！！

Best Snorkeling i've done
投稿者: AlexM, 2016/05/04This was a great cruise out to the best place I have ever snorkelled, the water at Molokini Crater is really clear and there are lots of fish we even saw a Reef Shark. Turtle Town was great too and we saw a couple of Turtles while we were there, it is just a shame that most people don't listen to guidance and surround the poor things.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and when I was feeling unwell made up a nice drink to help. I would definitely recommend this tour to other, however check before boarding if you will make it to the crated or not as they won't tell you until you have left the dock (experience of some friends who went a few days before us).

最高でした‼︎
投稿者: マリコ, 2016/04/243月29日に行ってきました！ネット予約でちょっぴり心配でしたが、お迎えにきてくれた方から全て行き届いてました。グループには日本人がウチの家族しかいなかったのですが、日本人スタッフのタカコさん（彼女 最高‼︎）が常に気にかけてくださって、５歳と１歳の子連れの私には本当に頼りになりました！
お天気の影響で今回はモロキニ島に行けませんでしたが、クジラも２回も見れましたし とっても楽しいひと時でした
モロキニ島はリベンジしたいので また行きたいと思ってます！

酔いやすい人は要注意

ひどい船酔いであまり楽しめませんでした。
ただ、船内に船酔いに効くというジンジャーエールが用意されていたり
スタッフの気遣いはよかったです。
一緒に行った夫は楽しめたようなのでよかったです。

沢山のクルーザーが停船していて、観光スポット感が否めませんでしたが・・・、海は綺麗！
別のシュノーケルスポットでは、海ガメを見つける事も出来、可愛いお魚さん達に出会えて感動しました。
クルージング中のランチ（ハンバーガー）も美味しく、クルーが親切（日本人クルーで安心）でした。
何と言っても、クジラを何度見た事でしょう！！
ホエールウォッチングツアーではないのに…遭遇できたらラッキー！と思ってましたが、
キャプテン、クルーの方々の配慮が本当に素晴らしい、素敵なツアーでした。

一度は行くべき

全体的に初回のほうが楽しめました。
・モロキニは深くて魚が少ないし遠い
・ワイレア沖のシュノーケリングは水が濁っていた。前回会えたウミガメにも会えず
・クジラは今回のほうがばっちり見えました。
・ハンバーガーはやはりおいしい。
・揺れと波は相変わらず激しい
１度行けばいいかなという感じです。
シュノーケルだけならマウイにはもっと近くでいっぱいの肴に出会えるところがおおいので。

A fantastic way to spend the morning!
投稿者: Trevor , 2015/12/28I cannot recommend the Four Winds enough! The crew are all fantastic and make you feel welcome right from the outset. Captain John is worth the price of admission alone! We were provided a great breakfast and later lunch with all drinks included, we were well looked after. The equipment used is sanitary and of a high quality and the boat itself is very comfortable.
We were lucky enough to see several wales on the way out to Molokini and the crater itself provided some of the best snorkelling you can do. The other patrons were of all ages and ethnicities and got along famously - this is a great option for those with kids too.
I find it hard to believe you could find a better way to go to Molokini than with the four winds!

Wonderful trip
投稿者: Ray. L, 2015/12/16It's a wonderful trip. We saw Whales on the way there and identify turtle near the harbor on the way back. the morning trip is pretty nice for the weather. The people on the boat are very nice. Thanks Zack/Reed. You got to try Snuba since it's easy and fun. You will have multiple chances to get into the water in the 2 hour period. What you can see depends on the season and what kind of fish are active there though.
Aloha and Mahalo Ray! We are so glad you had a wonderful time and hope to have you out with us again in the future! I am posting some underwater whale footage from today on Facebook right this minute! :-)

The crew was competent and experienced while maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere aboard the sleek vessel. The cruise did not dissapoint with nice meals special order to meet my gluten free dietry needs. The snorkling stops were just long enough to enjoy with plenty of time to relish some traditional sail time as the captain hoisted the billowing sails over the catamaran. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy world class snorkling on beautifully clear aquamarine waters under the azure Pacific skies.

透明度はやはり格別
投稿者: cica, 2015/11/04初めてのマウイ島のため海の透明度を体感したくて参加しました。
元々船酔いする体質ですが、それなりの大きさの船と聞いていたので、一生に一度くらいはと思って参加しましたが、やはりダメでした。揺れはあまり大きくないのですが、船酔いする体質の方はやはり避けたほうがいいと思います。
それでもがんばってシュノーケリングはしました。
思ったよりも魚はいませんでしたが、やはり透明度は最高で、気持ち良かったです。ウメガメに会えるというスポットでも今回は残念ながら会う事はできませんでした。
けっこう水が冷たいのでウェットスーツはレンタルする事をオススメします。
朝食、昼食もとても美味しかったです。昼食は持ち帰って食べましたが、船酔いさえしていなければ船の上で食べるハンバーガーはとても美味しくて気持ち良かったのではないかと思います。
なにより日本語ガイドの方がずっと気にかけて頂いて、とても感じの良いガイドさんでした。
船酔いするのでもう参加する事はありませんが(笑)、船酔いしてでも参加して良かったです。
魚の少なさに星マイナス1つです。

もっとたくさんの種類がいると勝手に期待していたので
拍子抜け。
ウミガメを見ることができましたが他のお客さんは見れなかった人も居る様子。日本人は少ないです。あの内容であの程度の魚の量ならリピートはありません。

Most Enjoyable Trip

We went out to the Molokini crater and snorkeled while there my son and I tried snuba for the first time and loved it. The guide for that was very knowledgeable and helpful. The videographer was very concerned to get everyone's picture. We moved to a different location to see the turtles and again the crew was concerned that everyone got to see a few of them. The food on board was also enjoyable. The only downside for me and my kids was that it didn't last longer.

A Little Pricey, but Great Experience and Excellent Crew
投稿者: Dan, 2015/08/16I was looking to snorkel around Molokini and get some time sailing ... this package offered both. They have two boats so they offer two start times - 7 and 8 AM. The boats are moored at opposite ends of the marina, which is why they ask you to check in at parking, but they told us pier 99 when they confirmed the night before by phone. The large parking lot, on the opposite side of the marina from pier 99, is still a fine choice, as there is not much parking near pier 99. There is a big shopping center across the street and they direct you to park there, but the marina lot would be a better walk to pier 99. The website tells you to wear deck shoes, but they made us remove our shoes when we boarded the boat and we didn't see them again until we returned to port. They had a large tub of good sunscreen available on board, so you don't need to bring your own. The crew was great - captain Yoshi was friendly and informative, the three mates doubled as snuba instructor, snorkeling advisors and wait staff. The whole crew worked hard to make the fun for everyone. We motored directly to Mokolini, about an hour transit. Breakfast on the way included awesome cinnamon rolls, fruit and coffee. We arrived at Mokolini and started snorkeling. It was too rough for Snuba and soon the wind and waves got worse so Yoshi hauled anchor and we moved to the second snorkel location. I guess this happens frequently so we were lucky to get some time at the iconic spot. Both places had a good variety of fish and we did see a ray at the shoreline location. We had lunch at anchor at the second snorkel location - teriyaki chicken, rice, and salad and ice cream. It tasted really good after all the swimming. After hauling anchor Yoshi secured the engines and we sailed for about an hour, enjoying excellent mai tais and beer. The drink service was a little slow, so we had to push to get our two drinks during the sailing time. In conlcusion - Trilogy was pretty good.

亀は見れませんでしたが、、、

モロキニ島 シュノーケリングクルーズ ＜英語ガイド／食事・アルコール2杯付き＞
抜群の透明度
投稿者: takuya, 2015/07/18まず、モロキニ島は透明度抜群でした。魚が少ないとか色々なコメントもありますが、水面に魚群が上がってくることもあり、タイミング次第かと思います。種類等は確かにブラックロック周辺などの方が沢山みられましたが、よく探せばそれでも10種以上はすぐ見つかるかと思います。
ただ、少し水深があるので、底の方の魚には若干距離があるかもしれません。とはいえ、岸辺に行けば水深は浅くなりますし、そもそも透明度が高いので底の方もよく見えてそれはそれで楽しいです。
当方はスヌーバを体験したのですが、今回のツアーでは、モロキニでスヌーバを行う場合は通常のスノーケリングをモロキニで行う時間はありませんでしたので、モロキニでスノーケリングをしたいと考えている人はご留意下さい。
モロキニの後にタートルタウンにいきましたが、こちらは比較的魚は少ないものの、カメには会うことができました。タートルタウンは日によっては流れが強く、行けない場合もあるようです。
ツアー自体は、外国のお客さんがメインでした。船長は英語を喋る日本の方でしたが、これはたまたまで、日によって変わると思います（また、基本は英語だけで全て行われています）。英語が全くダメな方は若干ハードルが高いかもしれませんが、多少わかるのであれば全然問題はないと思います。また、クルーは大変親切でしたし、ご飯も含め満足しています。

The Freemans loved the Four Winds!
投稿者: The Freemans, 2015/06/30Captain John served as a great captain, host, comedian, server, tour guide he does it all! We did the snuba with Jamie, it is extra, but is definitely worth it, he gives a good tutorial before you go out, and makes it relaxing and enjoyable. The rest of the staff on board was great, and Trey the photographer was very professional as well. We rented a digital underwater camera and purchased a Cd that had all our pictures on it, and it turned out great! 5 stars for Four Winds!

While we understand your disappointment at not going to Molokini, our web site and all of our literature does state that Molokini is weather dependent; our morning trips get there 95% of the time. Nobody offers a 100% guarantee as it is simply unsafe under certain conditions. As for Coral Gardens, it is actually not accessible unless you are on a boat. It is at the base of a very steep cliff wall and we go there because it is protected from the wind. Coral Gardens is actually listed in the top 10 snorkeling spots in the US by Conde Nast' (12 years in a row), Coastal Living and Travel & Leisure and most guests enjoy seeing the turtles you wouldn't see at Molokini.
