ウミガメにもチョウチョウウオにも会えました。

昨年ハワイ島（キャプテンクック）でシュノーケリングをしたときには、水もあまりきれいでなく魚ももう一つだったので、今年もあまり期待をしていなかったのですが、モロキニ島は、結構水もきれいで魚もたくさんいました。パイプウニヤカワハギ系の魚、チョウチョウウオも数種類いて、まあ、満足。
１時間ほどして、次のウミガメポイントへ。水はあまりきれいでなかったので、ウミガメが見れるかどうか心配だったのですが、ほぼ一番乗りで海に入ったのが幸いで、すぐに１頭に遭遇しました。まだ、あまり人がいなかったので、ゆったり泳いでいる姿を堪能できました。ここでも１時間近く泳いでいましたが、モロキニに比べ魚も少なく、やっぱり目当てはウミガメ。そろそろ終わりかという時に、少し離れたところにカメがいるとガイドの人が教えてくれたので、全速力でそちらに向かい２頭目を見ることができました。
自分ではポイントなどわからないし、ツアーに参加してよかったと思った瞬間でした。帰りの船中では、クルーが撮ったビデオを見ながらビールやカクテルを飲んでゆったりできました。

楽しいツアーでした

Amazing Adventure on the Trilogy V
投稿者: M. Chartrand, 2014/07/04My husband and I took the snorkeling trip on the Trilogy V out to Molokini Crater. What an amazing adventure! The crew was so wonderful and went out of their way to take care of their guests. The food was delicious! The crew served fresh baked cinnamon rolls and fruit for breakfast, a huge lunch, and an ice cream sundae for dessert, as well as unlimited beverages. The trip out and back from the crater was so much fun! The snorkeling was top notch! After snorkeling at the crater, we also snorkeled at Turtle Town where we saw beautiful sea turtles in their natural environment. There is nothing more amazing! I would highly recommend this trip and we cannot wait to sail with this crew again. Thank you for the amazing memories!

シュノーケリングとしてはイマイチかな
投稿者: 上海蟹, 2014/03/31３/９に参加しました。前日はラハイナからのホエールウォッチングに行ったのですが、シュノーケリングポイントへの道中クジラを見ることができます。
キャプテンもクジラを見つけるとボートのスピードを落としてくれるのでみんな大喜び。
当日は４０人ほどの参加者で日本人は我々含め５名、ガイドのタカコさん（女房と同名）がいろいろ世話を焼いてくれます。
純然にシュノーケルとしては透明度・魚の数/種類などイマイチの感が・・・
でもこの時期はクジラを見ることが出来るので良しでしょう。
カメもチラチラっと３匹見ることが出来ました。
カメだけでしたら、カフルイ港の発電所裏岩場がシータートルポイントです。
２０匹位浮かんでます。ただオアフのラニアケアと違って砂浜ではないので甲羅干しは見ることが出来ませんが。

The best molokini experience
投稿者: Jay, 2014/02/09Molokini is one of the best spot for snorkel/snuba the water is way more clear then the beaches, tons of exotic fish for you to swim with and this group of guys are the best. Delicious food, ice cold drinks and everyone are very friendly, the best customer service I have encountered. With the captain's guidance we were able to spot lots of whales and sea turtles as well. If you decide to go to molokini make sure you go with these guys, you will not regret it.

雨でも催行
投稿者: saito, 2014/02/08１月下旬の寒い雨降りの日でした。期待した中止連絡はなく、参加しました。どんより雨雲の下でも透明度は高く、晴れていれば感動する景色だったと思います。
場所を移動後は徐々に晴れ間も見えてきて、ウミガメのいる場所での遊泳を堪能しました。
どちらも透明な海でしたが、熱帯魚が少ないことは残念でした。

初シュノーケル！

テレビで見た事はありましたが、あんなに目の前に綺麗な魚が実際に見れるとは思わず、とても感動しました！
今回はどうにか顔をつける事しか出来ませんでしたが、次回チャンスがあれば是非奥深く潜ってみたいな～と思えるような体験でした。
泳げない人も是非挑戦してみてはいかがでしょうか。笑

Bring your own life jacket
投稿者: Not a snorkeller, 2013/11/03My kids had a great time as did my husband, but I did not. I can swim, but am not used to deep water (35 feet) and the waves. I asked for an adult life jacket and was told to just hang on to the rope on the back of the boat. I should have asked another crew member as Tiffany and Jason were awesome, but the guy I asked at the back told me it wouldn't help. So I was left panicking at the back of the boat while my husband went out with my two young boys. In hindsight, bring your own life jacket if you or your kids need one to make sure it fits and works for you. I'm sure my boys will go again, but I'll stay on shore.

モロキニ島！
投稿者: カメに会いたい, 2013/10/10以前からモロキニ島のシュノーケルがしたかったものの、なかなか機会がなかったのですが、今回は思い切ってこちらのツアーに申し込み、参加することにしました。
朝、集合場所に到着すると、日本人のスタッフが待機しており、手続きを済ませました。
記念写真を撮ってもらい（下船してから販売していましたが、買っている人はあまりいませんでした。）、そこでコーヒーも飲めました。
船内に乗り込み、座席を確保したら、１階に集合して説明を受けます。
スタッフは少し早口でしたが、日本の方がいるというだけで安心しました。
モロキニ島に到着すると、足ひれなどを装着して海へ。
最初は恐かったのですが、海が透き通っていてきれいで魚もたくさん見れ、段々慣れてきて楽しくなりました。カメやイルカも見ることができ、とても感動しました。
ただ、写真を撮りたいがためにカメをすごい勢いで追いかけている人がいて残念でした。
船に戻り、ランチを食べ、次のカメスポットに向かったのですが、こちらは濁っていてあまりお魚も見れず、カメスポットのはずが全くカメも見えませんでした。
先にきれいな海を体験した後だったので、少しテンションが下がりましたが、仕方がありません。
カメスポットに行ってから、モロキニに行った方がいいのにな～と思いました。
シュノーケル中にはカメが見れなかった人が多く、最後に海で泳いでいるカメを探して終了。
フレンドリーなスタッフだったので、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

Beyond Expectations

We got to see a monk seal & on the way back to the dock they stop at a spot where they know there are a bunch of turtles to see. The crew was so friendly and they made sure you were comfortable & happy.

相方は全く泳げませんが、
プカプカ浮いてシュノーケルするだけでも楽しそうでした。
日本人スタッフの気遣いがとてもよく、安心して楽しめました。
２か所目のポイントではウミガメにも遭遇しました。
次回はクジラの季節に行きたいと思います。

Great Trip!

All equipment was provided as well as breakfast and lunch (great food!). The water was crystal clear and we were able to see turtles, just as promised. All of the crew were very friendly and helpful. These guys were just great!
投稿者: Robert S, 2013/07/09We had gone on a Molokini excursion once before using another company, who were great as well, but this time we had a 5 year old with us and the glass bottom boat was very appealing. The entire cruise and snorkel/snuba was fantastic. If you're planning on getting a disposable underwater camera, save your money. They had underwater digitals for rent and the rental fee includes transferring your photos to a disc for you.
The crew really was fantastic, but I must give special mention to a young woman named Anna! We weren't planning on taking our 5 year old in the water and didn't even bring her bathing suit. Anna saw her and asked if she wanted to get in the water. When told of her lack of swimsuit, Anna said to just "go Hawaiian" (underpants and shirt) she gave my daughter her own diving shirt and then took her out on one of the snorkel rafts with the window. I didn't even know they had these rafts. She was great and if you read this Anna, your friend Adison says hello!

投稿者: Grace F, 2013/06/29This is a must do. Such an amazing experience and we had a wonderful crew. I am in my twenties and I took my mom as well as my teenaged nephew and we all enjoyed it. Unfortunately we didnt see dolphins but we saw lots of turtles!! Book early to be sure you get in! We will definitely be sure to book this activity on our next trip to the island.

こんなもんかな
投稿者: たのしんぼ, 2013/06/26レンアタカーで駐車場まで行きました。このツアーのネッッで検索した地図はとても判りにくくて迷い、しかも船とだいぶ離れた場所・・上船場所まで行くとそこには、まだまだパーキング場に余裕にあり、馬鹿らしい気分になりました。乗船場に駐車場があるので、このツアーを利用される方は現場まで行きましよう。
当日は日本人は自分達のグループ４人だけでした。でも日本人の女性スタッフが細かく説明して下さるので安心です。モロキニ島は上陸できないので、岩の塊の横でシュノーケリングした感じのツアーです。魚はそんなに感動するほどは居ないし、天気によっては亀に出会えるまで水中には居られません。私の場合は寒さに負けて諦めて上がりました。なので、少し魚をみておしまいでした。宮古島のシュノーケリングの方が断然良かった。わたしの場合はリピートはありません。
この度はアクティビティへご参加いただき、誠にありがとうございました。お客様には不便な思いをさせてしまい大変申し訳ございませんでした。今後とも、全てのお客様に100％のご満足をいただけるようツアー内容、サービスの向上に努めて参ります。

Fantastic Tour!
投稿者: Island Explorer, 2013/05/30My friends and I went on this tour because we heard really great reviews from other vacationers, and we are so happy that we went with Pride of Maui. When we first got to the boat to check-in, there was coffee set and breakfast waiting for us the moment we stepped on the boat. The crew on board were really interactive with all the guests, getting to know us and making sure we had a great time on board. Snorkeling at Molokini was incredible! The water was crystal clear and we saw tons of fish. After Molokini, we had a BBQ lunch that was grilled on board and delicious! It was a full tour but luckily there was tons of open seating on the top deck, which was awesome. I also chose to SNUBA and that was AMAZING! Reed, was a great SNUBA instructor and made you feel super comfortable in the water. Harold was the videographer who also put together a fantastic video and photos that you can purchase at the end of the trip as well. I am so happy we went on this tour and I will remember it forever!

It kind of cheapens the experience. But, that being said it's a worthwhile adventure. Were glad we did it because snorkeling at the crate was awesome!

日本人スタッフの女性のサービスが最高！

何度か海外旅行で色んなツアーに参加して、日本人スタッフにもお会いして来ましたが、
こちらの女性スタッフは本当に痒い所に手が届くような接し方で本当に気持ちよく全てがパーフェクト、とても楽しいツアーになりました。
海カメがなかなか浮上せず、寒くて寒くてもうダメ…船に上がる…と帰りかけた私に「あと少し待ってごらん、絶対見れるから…と引き留めて下さった、そのお陰で20秒もしないうちに、念願の海亀が私の目の前を堂々と泳いで行きました。
見た？見れたね？一緒に喜んでくれました。
それに外人だらけで日本人の客は10人弱だったけれど、ランチの時はベストポジション＆ベストタイミングで並ばせてくれて、お陰様で1番で並び、食べる事が出来ました。
本当にお世話になりました。

綺麗な海にはいれましたぁ☆彡
投稿者: ミランダ, 2013/02/14 今回、初めてのマウイ島でとりあえず、一番人気のこのコースに申し込みました。
ですが、予想以上によかったです！ クジラは沢山みれるわ海亀と一緒におよげたし、すばらしい体験ができました。
マウイ島では日本人が本当に少なく迎えにたガイドさんも日本語が出来ない方だったので心配でしたが、ちゃんと日本人スタッフが付き添ってくださり、丁寧な説明もしてくれたのでたすかりました！ またマウイ島にいったら参加したいです
私は今回、少し船酔いをしてしまったので、乗り物に弱い肩は是非酔い止め薬を飲んで参加されることをオススメします

Morning Trip 12/26/12
投稿者: Doug MN, 2013/01/12I chose the four winds II because of the glass bottom viewing. We are a family of 4 and 2 swim and 2 do not. All had a great time. Snorkeling was great and saw some whales and turtles on our way back. The pulled pork sandwiches they serve onboard after snorkeling were the best. Would do this again.
