ガイドさんは英語しか話せない為、
いまいちわかりませんでした。
ザルツブルクといえば、サウンドオブミュージックの舞台なので、その事に関する説明でした。
行く前に映画を見ればよかったと思います。
ハルシュタットはとても美しく行く価値ありです。
ただ冬はお店の空いていないし、レストランもホテルしか空いておらず、早めに行かないとアジアの観光客でいっぱいになってしまいます。
行くなら冬より夏をオススメします。

ウィーンの市内観光は、ほぼバスの中から見るだけなので、写真を撮るために止まってもらえると良いのにと思いました。
冬なので、庭園に花や緑がなくて、寂しい感じだったのでやはりいい季節に来た方が良かったです。
宮殿内は細かく丁寧に説明してもらえて良かったです。

のんびりとウィーン郊外を散策

出張の合間の休みに半日観光に参加しました。
時期的に旅行者が少なかったのか、参加者は私を含め2名。ガイドの方は現地の人でしたが、日本語堪能で、彼女の詳しい説明を貸し切りのように聞くことができました。ツアーは車で観光スポットを移動するスタイルで、のんびりと郊外の名所を回ります。それぞれの場所には大きなインパクトはありませんでしたが、ガイドさんの説明の助けもあり一つ一つに歴史を感じることができ、良い思い出になりました。
ウィーンには中心部にたくさん見るところがありますが、時間のある人にはお勧めのツアーだと思います

ガッカリ度が大きいです

集合場所へは事前にグーグルマップで確認し、30分前には到着し、エレベーター前で待っていました。集合時間になってもガイドさんらしき人が来なくて、今回のオーストリア旅行のメインだったので不安と絶望的な気持ちになりました。遅れていらっしゃいましたが、遅れてきた点について特に一言もなく「（更に）ドライバーが遅れていますので、目立たないところでお待ち下さい」とのことでした。その後はドライバーさんが到着するまでガイドさんが周辺の建物について説明して下さりながら待ちました。30分くらい待ったと思います。
今回のツアーは友人と２人の貸切状態でした。気を取り直して、友人と車へ乗り込みました。
ウィーンの市内から出て、国境を走っていて、とても楽しくなってきました。
暫くして、洞窟へ到着しました。ガイドさんの後をついていきながら進んでいきました。どんどんどんどん小走り状態で進んで、舟に乗って、帰ってきて･･･なんだか息をつく暇もなく慌しい感じでした。友人もテンションが下がってしまい、ガイドさんに無言でついてゆくツアーとなってしまいました。
ティータイムは、ガイドさんと３人囲んで、ガイドさんは飲み物にほとんど手をつけず、私達が飲み終わるのを待っていました。ツアー内容には飲み物としか書いていなかったので、レビューのコメントには冬はケーキがついているとされていましたが、ケーキはないかもしれないと思っていましたが、やっぱりなかったので、残念でした。自分たちでケーキを追加注文する余裕も欲しかったです。
最後の修道院では「お土産が見たいです」とガイドさんに言ったところ、「では、車で待っていますね」と許可を頂きましたが、お土産を見る時間・お手洗いに行く時間も一言声かけして下さったら嬉しいです。
折角素敵な町を通ったので、洞窟を急いで駆け抜けたりするよりも町を歩いている方がよかったなと残念に思いました。

I was traveling with my friend ant it was a first time we joined a group tour! We were worried if the bus will really come to pick us up and we were relived that it arrived right on time. There was an American family and a young Japanese girl on the tour. Thanks to the nice weather, fun guide and the driver, we had a really great day! The restaurant recommended by the guide was amazing as well and food was very good. The weather in Hallstatt was wonderful, the sun was glittering on the lake, the town and a little church were lovely and we had enough time to see everything.

It was sunny and very hot.
We took a boat to have a good view from the lake.
Tis is a very good experience and had a good time there.
The view of the village from the lake was wonderful.
the lake was not clear because of the flood caused by the heavy rain in the eastern Germany.As for the tour of sound music ,it reminded us of some scenes of the movie.

We confused the meeting point, but actually it helped us to break the ice with other participants. There was a lot of photo stops at different Sound of Music locations around Salzburg, which was great. Hallstatt was our main destination and even though it was foggy, the view was impressive. The tour was in English and the guide's explanations were easy to understand. We really enjoyed the tour. Totally recommend it!

Hallstatt was beautiful - definitely worth going on this tour!
The guide was very polite, he asked us if we want to have lunch at Hallstatt or the Salzkammergut restaurant with a nice view on the town, and we all decided on the latter. The view on the lake was amazing and we had a plenty of time there. I recommend it.
In Hallstatt we free time to walk around. Because we had a limited time there, we followed guide's advice and went on a sightseeing cruise first, after 45 min we arrived at a different wharf and continues sightseeing through there to the meeting point.
We bought some amazing wooden toys and some rock salt that was cheaper than in Salzburg.
You will enjoy it more if you see Sound of Music before the tour.
You should definitely go!

大学生活最後の娘との旅行でした。私も24年ぶり娘もヨーロッパは初めてで不案内なのに、ツアーではなく自由旅行でしたので、日本で頼めるものはとサイトを探していたところ、このサイトにたどり着きました。
体験談を読んで大変助かったため投稿します。
場所は駅から近く、コンサート関係者が横断歩道を渡ってすぐいらしたので（たぶん当日券の案内）、チケット引換案内も丁寧に教えてもらえました（駅から横断歩道を渡ってすぐ、レストラン建物内の事務所で交換）。
宮殿見学は、16時までに入ればとの記載が体験談にあったので、15時半についてチケット交換して宮殿へ向かいましたが、時間ぎりぎりでした（かなり広いので）。
ゆっくり入り口で写真を撮りたいとか、ハイシーズンに行かれる方は時間に余裕を持ったほうが良いかと思います。
コンサート前に食事があるのですが、一時間ほど時間が空いてしまいます。宮殿、チケットセンター横のお土産屋さん、カフェも閉まってしまい（もしお土産も見たい場合は早めがいいですね。）、日没も早く外も寒いので、冬は座って待つ場所が欲しいです。ディナーは18時半からでしたが、レストラン前にいたので18時には席へ案内してもらえた為助かりました。飲み物は別なのですが、頼んで座っているのが得策かもしれません。食事は可もなく不可もなくです。
コンサートは有名なわかりやすい曲、歌ありダンスありです。コンサートをオペラ座へ、学友会へという方には物足りませんが、十分楽しめました。
C席以下は休憩に飲み物のサービスがありませんが（有料ならあります）、特に食事のあとで必要はありませんでした。服装に関しては平服との記載でしたが、スーツやワンピースの方もいましたので、私としてはジーンズやカジュアルなセーターは少し気が引けるかと思います。
交通は便利な場所ですが、22時は越えるので、ホテルに戻る方法を確認しておいたよいと思います。

We went in November, so instead of the cruise, we had a bus drive along the river. The monastery of Melk was incredible, especially the library.

After pick up from the hotel, we had to change the bus at the Opera, then again at Vienna Southern Station and where the tour started.
It was the first time I went on an English tour, but the guide was easy to understand. The tour around the city was by bus.
The guide was polite and explained everything on the way and the driver was driving very slowly, so the timing was goos and I was able to take some pictures.
Schoenbrunn Palace looks very simple from the outside, but the interiors are simply gorgeous. We entered many rooms and it's not possible to remember them all, but the palace reflects Maria Teresa's way of living. It was very interesting to see simple exteriors and impressive interiors.
Most of other tourists were Europeans, and I felt international atmosphere.
The price is not very expensive, you get to see the UNESCO site with a guide so I think it's a good value for money.

We visited Schoenbrunn Palace, listen to a classical concert and had dinner. All of them were awesome. The Palace was located in front of the subway station. Thanks to Veltra's guidance, it was easy to find the box office. The female staff at the box office was very kind and their fluent English was easy for me to understand. It was a pack tour - visiting the Palace, dinner and classical concert were combined into one, so we didn't have to worry about anything.
The menu was already set, so we didn't have to place an order, just enjoy traditional Viennese cuisine.
Since we had the VIP seat, we got seats in the 1st row (open seats) and enjoy the essence of classical music, opera and even ballet.
We got complimentary CD of Schoenbrunn Philharmony, so we can enjoy theri music after returning home.

We got 2 Day ticket. We printed off the timetable in advance, so we knew more or less where the bus stops are before we arrived, so we were able to use it more efficiently. I recommend to print off the time table. The bus stops are marked with a yellow bus signboard and they are easy to spot. We mainly went on red and yellow route. We went to Shoenbrunn Place twice, visited University of Vienna where we stopped at a lovely cafe. I recommend it to everybody who wants to visit all attractions that are not in a walking distance in ann easy and relaxing way.

We walked around the Palace with the audio guides and had a walk in the park after. There is a lot of places and buildings to see in the park, so going around them all is enough to do for one day.

Being able to listen to the classical music in Shoenbrunn Palace was truly wonderful. In general you can't take pictures during the concert, but except this, it's ok. It was our first concert. We were worried at the beginning if our children won't get bored, but there was a lot of pieces they knew as well and 1,5 h passed fast. We went with out 14 and 16 year old children, 4 people in total. Because of the children we decided to get A seats to have a good view. First 2 rows are VIP seat, but we came early enough and managed to get very good seats in the 3rd row. For the whole family it was a first classical music concert, so we were worried that we might fell asleep, but the time passed very fast and we enjoyed very much! Highly recommend it!
Leaving your coat in the cloak room costs 1 euro. There was no dress code really. We were sightseeing all day, so we were all wearing jeans. There were women wearing dresses and men in suits, but most of the tourists were wearing casual clothes.

It was not only music performance but also singing and dancing, so it was very varied.
You could feel that the whole ensemble, including the conductor, wanted us, the audience, to have an amazing and entertaining night.
It wasn't strict and formal concert, they performed many famous pieces in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and I think everybody will enjoy it.
A seats are within rows 3 to 20 and you get seated by the order of arrival, so I advise to arrive earlier. 30 min before the open door the line was already quite long.
In the waiting area there are no chairs, so take that into consideration.

It was wonderful. I went alone and I had a seat in the 3rd row, which was perfect. The person behind me was quite tall, so it was indeed a good choice! I've never had such a good seats on a concert, so I was really lucky.(Short people might find it difficult to see anything from the back seats).
It was wonderful to listen to the classical music in an UNESCO heritage palace and see the musicians from up close. I am very satisfied.

大変お世話になりました
あまり時間の無いツアーでしたので最高に良い時間帯で、市内だけではなく、郊外にも行ってみたいと思い参加しました。自然の中大変良い体験をさせて頂きました。
集合場所も解りやすく、１１人の参加で大型バスで心地の良い空間で過ごさせて頂きました。

ディナーは男性には少し少ないかもしれませんが女性は満足できる量でした。素敵な雰囲気のホテル、にこやかできびきびと働かれているスタッフの皆さん。それだけでも満足でした。
黄金のホールには期待しすぎていたので、実際はそこそこ、という感じ。他の日にみたメルク修道院の黄金がすばらしすぎたからかもしれません。
コンサート自体はなじみのある曲ばかりで、楽しかったです。
ＣＤもいただき、ホテルについていたプレーヤーで楽しむことができました。
ウィーンの思い出に、おすすめです。
