For guests driving to the Hilton Waikoloa Village, allow at least 30-minutes to walk from the Hilton guest parking lot to the Dolphin Quest Village, located at the brown building that wraps around the dolphin lagoon. Bring your parking ticket for validation or stop by the Hilton front desk with proof of participation.
If you are coming from the hotel main lobby, turn left after the hotel check in desk and follow the museum walkway past the shops and towards the Kona pool. Look for the rhino statue for the elevator or take the stairs on the right heading down to the pool. Veer right towards the backside of the brown building you see in the distance. Check in at the front side of that location.

Your program photos are available for pre-order at the time of check-in or as a post-program purchase. - You will not be permitted to rebook or receive a refund should you miss the check-in time. If you are driving, please secure your parking ahead of time and allow at 30-minutes to walk to the check-in location.

Q. Do you have changing area or lockers?
A. Yes, changing areas and lockers are available for use. Dolphin Quest offers changing areas along with lockers in Dolphin Quest Village for program participants. Also, the freshwater shower is available to use outdoor.
It is suggested to come to Dolphin Quest with your swimsuit on under your clothes and ready to go into the water if possible. You may wear sunscreen while in the water, please consider using ocean-safe products. Please Note: Dolphin Quest is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Dolphin Quest’s photographers will be taking posed and candid photos throughout your program. Your program photos are available for pre-order at the time of check-in or as a post-program purchase. - You will not be permitted to rebook or receive a refund should you miss the check-in time. If you are driving, please secure your parking ahead of time and allow at 30-minutes to walk to the check-in location.
- Toddlers must be accompanied by an adult, ages 18 and older.
- Toddlers ages 2 to 4 years old can participate in this activity.
- Participants 5 years old and above can participate in this activity, but must be booked as an "Add-on" at the time of booking.

- Swim goggles are recommended if you would like to see the dolphins under the water.
