Restaurant Alfredo alla Scrofa in Rome
Overall Rating
5.00A special moment
Reviewed by: tiger, 2018/05/31Most seats were reserved and it was easy to see that it was a popular restaurant. I treated the meal as a light dinner but to my surprise it was plenty for two university age men. The service was good and the restaurant had a good atmosphere. We had a great time fully satisfied with Italian cuisine.

Original Fettuccine
Reviewed by: tiger, 2018/05/31We were two arriving in the afternoon.
We had a 45% discount on our lunch. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were led to a small room with 5 to 6 tables. The ambiance and service of the restaurant was good. The menu was decided, though after asking if we could have separate plates for our starter, pasta, and main course, there was no problem. The starter was 3 plates with cured ham/cheese set, croquette, etc. The pasta was their specialty, fettuccine and macaroni with tomato sauce. The main course consisted of 2 types of meat dishes. Finally, tiramisu then coffee to finish. All together, it was a 90 minute lunch where we could savor Italian cuisine while trading plates and enjoying the ambiance.
