Service was excellent. I am disabled with difficulty walking and use a walker. The driver was a great help helping me up the steps at the Royal Sea Cliff Resort where there were inadequate hand rails at the time due to painting. He also carried the suitcase up to reception as well as carrying up the walker. The driver should be commended for his help.

On Time, Friendly, Safe Driver

Booked online, placed pick up time for 10:30AM from my hotel to Kahului Airport. It got changed to 11:30AM pick up time. I called them the day before my flight to change my hotel pick up time back to 10:30AM which they honored. Driver actually arrived a little early, he helped us in loading our two luggage. Courteous driver thank all of the passegers for visiting Maui. He drove the clean, comfortable, air-conditioned shuttle bus at or under the speed limit. I am a repeat Roberts Hawaii paying customer. The company met my expectations and I highly recommend them.

飛行機便が遅れ、荷物を受け取ったのが予定より1時間後。でもドライバーさんは夜遅くなってしまったにもかかわらず愛想よく待っていてくださり、きちんと目的地まで行ってくれました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

早朝着だったのと荷物が多かったので、事前に送迎サービスを利用しました。
ピックアップの方もすぐに見つかり、荷物も持って下さり安心してホテルまで
送っていただきました。
多少費用が高くても、安心安全につきます。

I waited about 10 minutes for a ride to my hotel, driver very friendly.
Pick up at hotel I waited only 5 mins so all in all great service, I will use them again next time I am in Hawaii.

Noticed Our Driver Ignored Red Lights

Welcomed at the airport’s arrival area by a company employee who kindly gave us needed directions. Waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive outside the Maui Airport terminal building. Shuttle bus clean and comfortable. Female shuttle bus driver was courteous but drove the shuttle bus too fast with a fuul load of passengers. I noticed that whenever a traffiic light would turn from green to orange, she sped up to beat the red light, which she actually did twice. We have patronized Roberts Hawaii in our previous visits to Oahu and we were satisfied with their services, these are the reasons I chose this company again.

到着があまりにも遅くなり、お迎え大丈夫かな？って不安でしたが、まったく問題ありませんでした！でもあまりに遅れてたので、私たちを送迎してくれる運転手のお仲間の方が、「やっと来てよかったな」的な感じで話してました（スペイン語わからないので想像・・）
車の中はとてもきれいで快適でした。ライトもついてたりして、ちょっといい気分になれました。また来る機会があればぜひお願いしたいです

宿泊先のミュンヘン空港のヒルトンからバス乗り場まで行くのに少し迷いました。ホテルフロント階から外に出て、空港ターミナルの前で眺めてみると、すぐ下の階に止まってました。だが、たどり着くのにひと苦労。結局、ホテルフロント階からマイナス1フロアに行き、そこから空港ターミナルに行く途中の写真のところを入るとバスターミナルです。
バス自体はすごく快適であっという間に中央駅に着きました。

ホテルに迎えに来てもらうプランなのに

ホテルの場所（14 Rue des Maraîchers, 75020 Paris, フランス）からトラムで25分の所が集合場所（
ピックアップ場所: in front of the entrance of Universite de Paris College Neerlandais ）でした。
他のツアーの送迎はちゃんとホテルまで迎えに来てくれたのに
なぜ？
せめて住所が書いてあれば良かったのですがそれもなく、電話しても自動音声なので諦めてホテルのフロントに聞いたら調べてくれました。

トラムに乗ったことなかったので前日に集合場所を確認しに行きました。

そして、当日集合時間がAM6:30だったのですが、車が来たのが6:50でした。遅れるのはパリでは普通のこととはきいていましたが本当に来るのかヒヤヒヤしました。
飛行機の時間には間に合ったので良かったです。

初めての土地ではよくわからないところで予約しないほうがいいなと思いました。

ほぼ大満足です

約束の１０分前位から待機してくれていました。途中少々混んでいた所もありましたが、空港には十分余裕が有る時間につきました。４時間前にホテルを出るので時間が余ると思っていましたが、食事と免税店でのショッピングがのんびりとできました。４人がゆっくり座れる車でタクシーより楽です。値段は、パリ右岸～空港タクシー料金５０ユーロより高いですが、ホテルまでの迎車や時間指定を考えると気楽でした。ちなみに、空港からホテルまではパリ右岸でしたのでタクシーを利用しました。渋滞にはまったので、必要はないとのことですが、気持ちチップを渡しました。

朝の渋滞をみすえてか、約束より早く来てきださいました。
パリは空港まで普通のタクシーでも定額ですが、ホテルで呼んでもらうと追加料金かかるし、どんな車/運転手になるかわからない不安を考えると、ちよっと高いだけで安心のクオリティのこちらを利用したほうが吉です。
最終日にクレジットカードが使えないタクシーのために現金を残す必要もないですしね。
車内も広くて快適でした。

ドライバーが最悪

そもそも迎えの場所からだいぶ離れて止まっていて、ドライバーは手を降って合図してきたが動かず、私が遠くから道を横切って苦労してスーツケースを運ぶのを見ているだけで手伝ってくれることは全くなかった。離れたところに止まったのはドライバーの責任なのだから、運ぶのを手伝うのは当然ではないか。更に、道中、他の車にむかって大声で悪態をつくことが何度もあり不愉快だった。見ていたが、このドライバーが運転が下手なのがトラブルの原因だと思った。しかも、CDGへの高速道路に入るまで、混んでいるトンネルをとおり、さらにわざわざ渋滞するオペラ座前をとおり、治安の悪い地区へ入っていった。パリ市内を出るまでに1時間以上もかかった。私はこの会社も含め、３0回以上、パリ市内からCDGまでの貸し切り送迎サービスを利用しているが、こんな変なコースを通ったのは初めてだ。夕方の渋滞を少しでも避けるために早めの午後四時に予約したが、まったく無意味だった。更にきわめつけは、空港付近で何度も電話に出て話しに夢中になっており、伝えていたターミナル２Eの出発エリアへの道路を下がるのを見逃して別方向に走リ過ぎてしまった。ぐるぐる回って戻ってきて、出発ではなく下の到着フロアのサービス専用車の駐車場で止まってそこで降ろされた。こんなことも初めてでびっくりした。説明を求めたが無視され、離れたビルまで自分で荷物を持って歩いていって、ビルの中に入ってエレベーターを使って上の出発フロアまで自分で上がっていかなければならなかった。しかも航空会社はJALだと伝えておいたのに、JALカウンターがある右端とは正反対の左端で降ろされたので、スーツケースを引っ張って延々歩いていかなければならないかった。よくありがちだが、ドライバーは自分のミスは認めず、一言の謝りもなかった。わたしはこの会社のサービスでもいつもドライバーにチップを渡すが、今回は当然ながらチップは渡さなかった。サービス向上のためのドライバー教育の徹底を求めます。

買い物三昧の真っ最中だったけど焦ることなく買い物できたのでたすかりました。

到着ロビーにお迎えが来ておらず、催行会社へ自力で電話する羽目になった。待っても待っても来ないので諦めて自力でチューブに乗ろうと移動したら遅れた運転手とたまたますれ違ったため、乗ることができた。出発が遅れたため、大きな渋滞に巻き込まれて到着した日は何もできませんでした。時間を優先するなら、エクスプレスかチューブを利用することをおすすめします。

空港までの帰りなので、2人分の荷物。MLサイズのスーツケース2個と小さいキャリーバック一つ。セダンでお願いしていましたが、ミニバンにて時間通りに登場。積み込み・積み下ろしもして頂きますが、チップ込みなので小銭等の準備の心配も不要です。

The drivers were very helpful and courteous. When we arrived a representative met us at the airport with bottles of water and shell leis. The driver took are luggage and placed it on board. I would definitely use this service again.

Peter did an amazing job. He was a very knowledgeable person and it helped to pass the time on our drive. He knows a lot about the island and it really helped to pass the time when we got stuck because of the iron man and couldn't get across the highway for over an hour to our hotel. Peter was an excellent driver. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the drive very nice by talking about all of the things we were seeing on our drive. It helped pass the time when we got stuck because of the iron man and couldn't get across the highway for over an hour to our hotel. Will use you again when we come back to hawaii.
