- Regarding start times: When booking from the airport, please indicate the time of your flight arrival. When booking from the hotel, please indicate the time you wish to be picked up. Please note that the price may vary depending on the time of day.

- You may choose to extend your time to visit shops or other places. Please choose this option when booking. Currently, the standard is one extra hour and 30 minute increments.
- Extension fees apply at the time of reservation. Extension time is only allowed for locations in central Seoul. If you wish to transfer to a hotel outside of the city, please indicate the number of people, and inquire through My Page on VELTRA. Please note that the extension fee varies depending on the number of people.
- In the case of airport pick-up, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport no matter the condition of your flight.

The staff from the area will be waiting in the arrival lobby holding a sign with your name on it. - Where and how to meet your driver at your hotel:
10 minutes prior to your recorded start time, you will receive a call from your driver. Please wait for them in the lobby. - If your flight has been delayed, please contact the local number on your voucher as soon as you arrive.
- No extra fee will be incurred if you go straight from the airport to the hotel, even if the duration of your trip lasts for 2-3 hours.
- There is no additional charge from the airport to the first arrival point. However, the succeeding hours will incur an additional charge of KRW 24,000 per hour.
