Restrictions
- If less than 15 participants are booked, the activity may not operate. In the case of cancellations, you will be notified at least 5 days in advance.
Additional notes
- Please make sure to arrive in time for check in. No refund or change of date is possible once the boat has departed.
- You may not embark or disembark aside from the designated spots on the schedule.
- Please note that Kaiseki-style cuisine includes raw dishes in the menu.
- Seating will be at a horigotatsu (traditional Japanese heated low table over a footwell) and customers will need to take off their shoes.
- No smoking inside the boat. If you wish to smoke, please smoke in the designated smoking area.
- Seats are assigned. Please take a seat in the spot with your name tag.
- Requests for vegetarian meal must be made by 18:00 JST one (1) week before the tour date.
- Please note that depending on the season and weather conditions, cherry blossoms may not be in full bloom. The tour will still operate in such cases and refunds will not be issued.
