Restrictions
- Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult ages 20 and above at all times. Infants ages 0-3 may enter for free.
- Entry is permitted only once. Re-entry to the facility is not allowed.
- This activity is available for visitors to Japan only. Japanese citizens are not eligible to purchase this activity.
- Ticket is valid only for the date you have selected. Please note that changes and cancellations cannot be made.
- Wheelchairs are permitted in the facility, however, there are exhibits that do not allow wheelchair access. Please note that those who arrive with a wheelchair to teamLab Planets must transfer to a wheelchair provided by the facility. Please understand that the numbers will be limited and wheelchairs provided are standard wheelchairs without special support.
- The inside of the venue is very dark, and there are many uneven steps. For safety reasons, please keep an eye out especially on young children to prevent anyone from getting hurt.
- One installation features water that is about 30 cm deep. Infants wearing diapers may not enter the water installation.
- Should your clothing get wet, please dry off or get changed prior to going to the next exhibit.
Required items to bring & attire
- Passport
- You must present the QR code from the activity provider. The QR code may be printed or shown digitally on your phone or tablet.
- There are exhibits with a mirrored floor. Please refrain from wearing a skirt or rent a cloth near the exhibit to wrap it around yourself.
- This exhibit will require you to go barefoot. There are installations with water so please store your socks or stockings in the locker prior to entering the exhibit.
Additional notes
- Neither the facility nor VELTRA will be responsible for any injuries, lost items, or other issues on site. Please be aware of your surroundings. This exhibit contains bright, flashing lights, closed spaces, dark areas, and high spots. If you have phobia or medical issues, please refrain from taking part.
- During peak season, you may be asked to wait for around 30 to 90 minutes.
- Ticket reselling is strictly prohibited. If you have a ticket that has been resold, you may not be able to enter and refunds will not be issued.
- Animals (including service animals) are prohibited in the facility. Food and drinks are not allowed in the display area. Drinks may be consumed in the rest area.
- Photography and filming are allowed but please be courteous to other participants around you.
Monopods, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed on site. - Due to crowds and exhibit maintenance, some areas may be closed on the day of your visit. Depending on season, the displays are subject to change.
- Locker usage:
- Free lockers are available by the entrance. Please store your personal items and clothes at this time.
- The size of the locker is 26 cm wide x 49.5 cm deep x 87.5 cm high. Large items beyond this size cannot be stored.
- Suitcases larger than lockers, baby strollers, and wheelchairs can be stored at the storage area. - Reselling of tickets for this activity is prohibited and will be subject to invalidation.
