We redeemed Veltra’s voucher at the Tokai Tour office in Tokyo station at exactly 10am and travelled to Mishima via the first available shinkansen. Luckily we were able to get seats at the unreserved car; ride was very fast and convenient as expected. We stayed for one night nearby area and checked in a ryokan with onsen. The next day we redeemed the 1 day Tokai bus pass and entrance ticket in Mishima Skywalk. As it was cloudy day we were not able to see Mt Fuji but we still enjoy our trip. We used the return ticket to Tokyo at our own convenient time. Highly recommended for tourist who would like to experience riding Shinkansen and visit Mishima Skywalk and do sightseeing at their own phase.

Required items to bring & attire
- VELTRA voucher and passports for all participating travelers listed on the voucher
- Large pieces of luggage with length, width, height exceeding a sum of 160 cm cannot be brought into the bullet train.
If you cancel for this reason, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Other requirements
- You may not board the bullet train with the VELTRA voucher only. You must go to the designated JR Tokai Tours offices in Tokyo Station or Shinagawa Station and exchange your voucher for the JR Flex Rail Ticket.
Additional notes
- Expired vouchers cannot be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
- All seats on the bullet train are not reserved. Seats cannot be guaranteed.
- The JR Flex Rail Ticket return trip is valid for 7 days from the start date (inclusive).
- No refund will be given after the JR ticket has already been used or expired and in the event of non-availability of service, delays or similar issues.
