Restrictions
- In case the tour has not met the minimum number of participants, the tour will be subject to cancellation. In such cases, participants will be informed 4 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
- Children ages 0 to 2 may join for free, however individual seats will not be provided. In case seats are needed, please book using the Infant (Age 3-5) rates.
- If less than 15 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

- The tour will be mainly conducted in Japanese. However an English-speaking staff member will accompany you at the meeting point and provide basic information about the tour and brochures of your preferred language.
- The tour company will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or alternation of itinerary due to traffic, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case the tour is cancelled, participants will be informed by e-mail a day before the tour date at 3:00 pm JST.
- The starting point may differ from the end point. For more information, please ask the tour conductor on the day itself.
- Refunds will not be issued for any unused items and services included in the tour fee for whatever reason.
- The ripeness of the fruit is affected by the weather condition. In case the strawberries are unripe and unsuitable for picking, you may be served harvested fruit instead.
