- As the sightseeing sites may be crowded during the autumn season, the traffic condition may also be congested. In such case, allotted time to each site may change and the tour may end delayed.
- The itinerary of this tour was planned in reference to the autumn leaves viewing season from the previous years. However, there's no guarantee that it will be the same as this year. If the participant decides to cancel or change to a different day, an additional handling fee will be charged.
- If the tour is canceled due to bad weather condition, participants will be informed a day before the tour day on 15:00 JST by e-mail.
- A staff will accompany you from the designated meeting place and will only provide you with basic information about the tour. Please note that you will be given brochures in your preferred language (English or Chinese) about the sightseeing areas.
- The tour operator will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings and alternation of itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
