- Any cancellations made between 19:00 local time, 8 business days to 19:00 local time, 7 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 19:00 local time, 7 business days to 19:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 19:00 local time, 2 business days to 19:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 19:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Please note that under the laws of Japan, a child seat is needed for children under 6 years of age.
Infant seats: children that weigh under 10 kg.
Junior seats: children that weigh between 9 to 18kg.
Child seats: children that weigh between 15 to 36 kg.
