- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 11 business days to 16:00 local time, 6 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 6 business days to 16:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 16:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Individuals who are currently nursing, or those bringing children under the age of 20 will not be allowed in the store.
