- Infants (0-5 years old) may join the tour for free, but bus seats, strawberry picking fees, and Ashikaga Flower Park admission fees are not included for them.
Said children will have to sit on the lap of their parent or guardian on the bus, and participants will have to pay the strawberry picking fee (for children 3-5 years old) and Ashikaga Flower Park admission fee (for children 4-5 years old) at the location on the day. - If a seat on the bus is required for an infant ages 0-5, please make a booking as a child (6-11 years old). The strawberry picking fee and Ashikaga Flower Park admission fee are also included in the child rate (ages 6-11).
- Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.
- As there are consecutive holidays from late April to early May, road congestion is expected. The tour end time may be considerably delayed.

- If the flowers cannot be viewed due to blooming conditions.
If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or VELTRA.
The blooming conditions of flowers noted in the itinerary depend on the type of flower, weather conditions, and the peak viewing period may vary for each. The tour will still be held if flowers are in bloom at only some tour itinerary location(s), or if alternative locations (with roses, etc.) can be visited. - The strawberry all-you-can-eat is for 30 minutes only within the park and does not include a take home souvenir.
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations. Note that these will not be accepted as reasons for requesting booking charge refunds.
- Seats are assigned on the bus. The interpreter guide will give instructions to participants on the tour day. Seating requests cannot be accepted.
- Wisteria illumination viewing at Ashikaga Flower Park is not included.
- Meals are not included in the price.
