This day was perfect as the Blossoms have just bloomed. Honestly the company should be more organized as the tour started late and no one knew where we were supposed to go. And the guide only had a hand written sign that said "chrrry blossom tour" on a piece of paper. It was a mad house. However I noticed that each tour had a separate colored sticker. Perhaps the guide can wear a sticker or coordinating shirt so they can be identified easier. Other than that our guide Amy was absolutely charming and super helpful. It was a lovely start to my first trip to Tokyo.

Restrictions
- Children (ages 0-5 years) will be able to participate for free but will not have their own seat. They will have to sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. If there are seats available, they are welcome to use it, however children do not receive priority in seating. If you would like a guaranteed seat for an infant (ages 0 to 5), please book them as a child (ages 6 to 11).
- If cherry blossoms are not in bloom on the day, the tour may be cancelled. In such cases, participants will be notified at least 4 days in advance.
Required items to bring & attire
- This tour involves walking. Please wear shoes and clothing which are comfortable to walk in.
- Warm coats and jackets are recommended during the Meguro River cruise.
- As there is no roof on the cruise boat, please bring a raincoat in case of rain. The use of umbrellas is not allowed as it may hinder safe operation.
Additional notes
- The arrival time and order of itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, or congestion at destinations. In such cases, sections of the itinerary may be shortened, or omitted from the tour. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- The blooming conditions of flowers noted in the itinerary will vary. The tour will still be held if flowers are in bloom at only some tour itinerary locations, or if alternative locations can be visited. If tour operation is confirmed but you wish to cancel due to personal reasons, standard cancellation fees will apply.
- Seats are assigned on the bus. Seating requests cannot be accepted.
- This plan will proceed even in case of moderate rain. In case of heavy rains or strong winds, operation may be canceled. In case of cancellation, the conducting company or your travel agent will provide information on change of tour date.
- While there are no food and drinks provided on board the boat, customers are allowed to bring their own.
- It is possible to leave the tour partway at Shinjuku Gyoen. In that event, please note that participants will need to head back to their hotel on their own and that there will be no partial refund of the tour booking charge.
- Smoking is not permitted on the bus.
- There are restrooms on board the boat.
