- In case of strong winds or high waves that may hinder safe operation, the captain may decide to cancel the departure. In such cases, you will be notified no later than the day before.
- Sailing is possible even on rainy days. However, some may prefer to sail with rain gear, while others may not. Whether to proceed with the departure will be decided through discussion, prioritizing the customer's preference, either the day before or on the day of the activity.
- At least one member of the group must be able to communicate in Japanese.
