★☆Fish That Are Often Caught☆★
The Blacktip Grouper, known as a premium fish, is characterized by its strong pull when caught. It remains delicious even after being caught. Its mild white flesh is popular for sashimi as well as for simmering, grilling with salt, and frying.
The butterflyfish, often seen in aquariums, is actually a delicious fish to eat. It's best enjoyed from summer to autumn, and it's delicious both raw as sashimi and cooked, such as grilled with butter or prepared in meunière style.
Bluespotted Cornetfish is characterized by its long, slender body and can grow up to about 1.5 meters in size. Belonging to the same family as the prized fish known as "Red cornetfish," it is recommended to prepare it using cooking methods such as frying or drying overnight.
