Restrictions
- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (e.g., loss, disposal, theft, damage, or forgetting to bring them). Please take extra care to avoid losing your tickets.

Required items to bring & attire
- The use or setup of items that obstruct visibility, such as tents, sunshades, summer beds, large blue tarps, tables, and coolers, is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing food and beverages purchased outside the venue, as well as containers such as cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles, is strictly prohibited.
- The bringing of fireworks, crackers, charcoal, or any other explosives or flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
- The bringing of bicycles, skateboards, or any other vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- The bringing of generators, floodlights, and similar equipment is strictly prohibited.
*Food and beverages purchased within the venue may be brought into the beach viewing area; however, items on skewers are prohibited as they may cause injuries.

Please visit the designated reception desk at the entrance of Ginowan Seaside Park between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

At the reception, please present your Veltra voucher (name and reservation number).
You will receive your ticket from the staff and proceed to enter the venue.
Additional notes
- This activity does not accept any changes to confirmed bookings.
- No changes to the number of tickets, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted after purchase.
- This event will proceed as scheduled, even in the case of rain.
- The event may be canceled due to strong winds, heavy rain, or rough sea conditions preventing fireworks setup or launch.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled for these reasons. No refunds will be given for issues like transportation delays, ticket loss, or late arrival due to traffic. - No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled after the fireworks have started.

・We recommend bringing a leisure sheet for the free area.
・Use shuttle buses or public transportation for convenience.
・Parking is only available with a pre-purchased parking pass (one per car). Passes may sell out, so buy in advance.
・Arrive around 4:30 PM to avoid congestion.
・Do not park illegally or inconvenience local residents. - Toilets
Permanent toilets are available at the venue, but heavy congestion is expected. Please use the restroom beforehand if possible. Toilets will be especially crowded before the fireworks, so plan accordingly.
When moving to the toilets within the venue, ticket checks may be conducted. Please carry your ticket with you. - Venue Viewing Guidelines
・Stay within your designated area; viewing from walkways is prohibited.
・Follow instructions from staff, police, and security.
・Disruptive behavior or ignoring instructions may result in removal without a refund.
・Keep a close eye on children in the crowded venue.
・No lost child announcements will be made during the fireworks. - To prevent traffic congestion near the venue, dropping off or picking up attendees by car in the vicinity is strictly prohibited.
- The fireworks are scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM, but the start time may change due to weather or other circumstances.
- Smoking and Drinking
・Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking elsewhere is prohibited.
・Please avoid excessive drinking. Intoxicated individuals may be removed from the venue.
・Do not drink and drive under any circumstances. - First Aid at the Venue
・A first aid tent is available on-site, staffed by nurses. Please visit if you feel unwell or sustain an injury.
・During the fireworks, debris may fall into the audience area. If it gets into your eyes, do not rub them. Rinse with water or visit the first aid tent for assistance. - Drone Use Prohibited
Bringing, operating, or flying drones or similar devices without the organizer's permission is strictly prohibited, as it poses a danger to the fireworks display.
For safety reasons, the fireworks may be canceled if such actions are detected. Any violations will be reported to the police. - Refund Information for Event Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the refund schedule will be announced on the event's official website. Please check it later for details. - Ticket Resale and Transfer Prohibited
Reselling purchased tickets, including listing them on online auctions, attempting to do so, or transferring them to third parties (including family and friends) is strictly prohibited. - Disposal of Trash
