- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- If less than 6 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
- Please note that for safety reasons, we may refuse service to children under the age of 3
- If it is discovered on the day of the tour that you fall under the participation restrictions, you will not be able to participate in the tour. Also, please note that we cannot refund in such cases.

- Please register all of the participants' names as listed on their government issued photo ID at the time of booking.
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Participants booked with a child's rate will require a guardian.

- You can book a minimum of 1 and maximum of 20.
Required items to bring & attire
- Walking shoes
- Comfortable clothing
- Clothing that can get wet
- Winter jacket
- Motion sickness preventative
- No mini skirts
- No high heels
- Strollers are not allowed
- Alcohol is not allowed
- No pets allowed.
- Large luggage (skis, surfboards, non-collapsible wheelchairs, golf bags, etc.) are not allowed.
- Clothing that can provide warmth and water resistance
- Footwear such as high heels or mules, or boots with heels can be very dangerous due to their instability. Please come in comfortable and easy-to-walk-in shoes like sneakers.
- Motion Sickness Medicine (for those who are worried about seasickness)

- You will share the transportation with other customers.
