Experience the dynamic Dogashima Valley, formed over 4 million years ago, and explore the microscopic world of mosses with a loupe.

Please note that while we provide coverage for accidents during the tour within the insurance limits, we cannot assume any responsibility beyond that.
- Death/Disability: ¥800,000
- Hospitalization: ¥1,000 per day
- Outpatient treatment: ¥800 per day - We are partnered with Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Insurance Inc.
In the event of an accident or injury during the tour, we will provide first aid, but we cannot assume any further responsibility. (Our guides have completed advanced first aid training.)
Additionally, our guides always carry a first aid kit. In case of an emergency, our guides will have a mobile phone on hand and maintain constant communication with the fire department. - If we have consulted with our customers and deemed it safe, we will proceed with the tour even in light rain.
- In the event of heavy rain, snow accumulation, or strong winds, we will cancel the tour. We will contact our customers around 7:00-8:00 on the day of the tour or around 19:00 the day before, depending on the weather conditions. (In the event of tour cancellation due to weather, no cancellation fees will be charged.) Please note that we cannot provide compensation for travel expenses if the tour is canceled after customers have arrived at the site.

- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 1 business days to 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
