- Any cancellations made between 08:00 local time, 1 business days to 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 23:59 local time, 1 business days to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Umbrellas and sandals or high heels are not allowed on this tour.
- Please note that meals and bedding are not included in the tour price of infants 3 to 5 years old.
- If less than 25 participants are booked, the activity may not operate. If this occurs, those who have made a reservation will be informed of the matter at least 4 days prior to the departure date.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Please note that the Kurodake Ropeway may not be available due to strong winds or bad weather.
- The tour is conducted along with Japanese participants.
- Please note that the tour bus will not be stopping for lunch breaks on the first day. Guests must prepare their own lunch or request for an on-board bento meal (payable on site) upon booking. Please refer to the menu below. Optional Bento Box Lunch on Day 1 Menu.pdf
- Tenninkyo Onsen is a small-scale resort and a hideout hot spring. Some of its rooms are only equipped with a lavatory. In case you are given such a room for your accommodation, you will have to use the shared bathroom facilities.
- The itinerary was planned in accordance to the autumn leaves viewing season from the previous years. However, the best viewing locations differ depending on weather conditions. The visit to a viewing place may be shortened when the autumn leaves are not in good condition. Also, the place will be entirely skipped if it is closed due to snowfall.
- A staff will accompany you from the designated meeting place and will only provide you with basic information about the tour. Please note that you will be given brochures in English about the sightseeing areas.
- Please note that you will need to walk on the unpaved sloped trail of Ginsendai for approximately 20 minutes (per way) to and from Daisetsuzan National Park.
- A decision on whether to cancel the tour due to weather conditions will be decided by 15:00 (Japan Standard Time) a day prior to the tour. You will be informed of this via email.
