Q. Can I board a Kintetsu Limited Express train with a KINTETSU RAIL PASS?
A. A KINTETSU RAIL PASS does not cover Limited Express tickets. To board a Limited Express train, be sure to purchase a Limited Express ticket additionally.

- Only unredeemed vouchers within the validity period can be canceled. However, after the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled after 23:59 Japanese local time one day before the participation date (the date selected at the time of reservation).
For refund procedures, please contact VELTRA. Refunds cannot be processed at the station ticket counters. Additionally, refunds are not possible after the exchange of the actual ticket.

Upon entering Japan, you will obtain a "temporary visitor" stamp in your passport if you are coming to Japan for sightseeing. You will not be able to exchange a voucher for a physical pass without the stamp on your passport.
