We were greeted and shown to place to wait! Person greeting and driving very polite and tidy. Transport vehicle were immaculate! Took us right to hotel and handled all our luggage for us. Would definitely use them again also for tours.

The pick up went very smoothly and they were at the port very early and identified themselves to us. We waited for a couple of other people and then we were off. Driver was very helpful and lifted all our luggage himself and would not let us help. We would use this company again.

Well organised - fair price - but a little cramped

This company is obviously very popular for Yokohama transfers to Tokyo., There were may passengers waiting to get the transfer and this was well organised with a lot of staff coordinating booking details and the taxi. The tranfser was very efficient - my only complaint was that our taxi had to many passengers and luggage so a lot of luggage was inside the taxi whichy have little stretch room for what is effectively a long 1.5-2.0 hour journey. I did a lot of research and this company seem to be the best value for this type of transfer ....... Would use again if I came back.....

Regarding to your luggage problem, in shared shuttle as first customer put luggage number only two per person, but actually bring hand carry also.
Although we decide the car type by the number of people and luggage, actually they bring lot. That makes it trouble those riding the same car.

Easy Peasy!

It was a smooth transfer from ship to shuttle. Our names displayed to pick us up and some delay waiting for other passengers to arrive but then seven of us in a people mover with drop off at our hotel. We were a little worried that we were 15 minutes later than the 8am time given but we were assured that this is normal and they would wait until all passengers arrived around that time. We're glad to have used the service. We were surprised how quickly it was booked out after we made the arrangement so book early if you can.

As soon as we got through Customs the service was signposted and the staff who greeted us were efficient. Within 5 minutes we were escorted to our transport which was comfortable and clean and we were at our hotel in Tokyo within an hour of leaving the ship.
Would recommend this service for a worry free transfer after a lovely holiday.

Airport Transfers between Narita Airport and Central Tokyo < Shared Ride >
Couldn't have been better

The driver arrived early, was extremely courteous, and knew some English. The vehicle was very nice and tidy. Ride to airport was pleasantly uneventful. Bear in mind, these are shared rides. We traveled quite a way across the city to reach the other passenger who was going out to the airport, but arrived at Narita in plenty of time to catch our intercontinental flight. Since one normally walks and rides the Metro in Tokyo, it can be interesting to see some of the city by car. I would recommend the service highly.

伊豆までドライブ♪

ベルトラはいつも海外でのアクティビティーに利用していたのですが、たまたまこちらでレンタカーが借りれると知り早速予約！
簡単に予約できたので、本当に予約できているのか？空きはちゃんとあるのか？と思いましたが、予約の翌日にはレンタカーのお店の方から予約内容の確認のお電話をいただき安心しました。
今回は東京観光のためではなく、東京から温泉旅行へ行くために二日間レンタカーを利用しました。当日お店に伺うとすぐに案内していただけました。
駐車場の場所が少し分かりにくかったのですが車は非常にキレイで設備も充分でした。ETC付きという希望も聞いてもらえました。
お店では朝早くから親切に対応していただき、るるぶまでお借りできました。
旅行の方はゆったりのんびり♪
連休ということで渋滞にはまりましたが、やはり車で行くと色々な観光スポットに行けるのでいいですね！
温泉街は駐車場も多いのであちこち行けました。
伊豆では写真のお店で吹きガラスに挑戦！ここも車があったからこそ行けたスポットです。
暑い中ガラスでコップを作ったのですが自分で作るだけあって愛着がわくものが作れました。
車を借りる際にガソリンスタンドの場所や返却場合の行き方をしっかり教えていただけたので帰りは迷わずに行けました。
また機会があればぜひ利用させていただきます。

朝から夜まで

いつも大変お世話になっております！今回は地元の友達みんな免許を取ったためドライブに行こう！となり利用させていただきました！車内はとても清潔で、車も低燃費！操作方法も丁寧に教えてくれ、初めてレンタカーを利用しましたがこんなにいいんだ〜っと思いました！今回は静岡の熱海に温泉旅行と思い行きましたが往復のガソリン台が1500円ととてもびっくりしました！温泉は写真の通り絶景を見ながら露天風呂をみんなで楽しみました！なかなか就職をしてから集まれなかったので、今回ゆったりみんなと集まりこのような日を過ごせうれしかったです！車内で音楽を聞けるように専用のイヤホンがついていたので、飽きることなく楽しめました！カーナビも見やすく、帰りもお店から貸して頂いた住所を入力すれば迷うことなくたどり着け、本当に今回利用していい旅行ができました！登録している人数分追加料金もなく運転できる為、みんなでローテーションしながら旅行できたため疲労も全然なかったです！ありがとうございました！
朝の手続きから帰りの手続きもとても素早く終わり、時間を無駄なく過ごせてよかったです（＾_＾）またぜひ利用したいと思いました！！

Awesome Way to Get to Tokyo From Yokohama!

Booked Veltra for transportation to our Shinjuku hotel after our Japan cruise and couldn't be more pleased with the service! Mr. Uchida was courteous and very professional; we shared the beautiful new van with a family of three and we were at our hotel's doorstep in about 40 minutes. Will look to book through Veltra on our next trip to Japan!

Great Transfer Service Yokohama Pier to Central Tokyo Hotel

Very cost effective way to get from Yokohama Pier to downtown Tokyo. We had a shared ride van with 3 other couples. We were greeted by signs as soon as we exited the customs area. After we were all assembled we loaded the van and were on our way. So much easier than dragging our suitcase, etc through crowded train stations and trains. Driver spoke no English but had info sheets for each drop off. He was most courteous. For us it was money well spent. Thank You!

きれいな車でドライブすることができました！

夏休みにベルトラからレンタカーを利用して、車で川に遊びに行ってきました！
ほんの１週間ぐらい前に川に遊びに行くことが決まり、数日前にレンタカーを予約することになりましたが、ベルトラからスムーズにレンタカーを借りることができました。
借りる時間は、24時間を選びました。日帰り旅行でレンタカーを利用する際、たいてい12時間のレンタルをすることが多かったので、24時間のレンタルということで、時間を気にせずドライブすることができました。
今回借りた東京駅前店は、駅から少しだけ距離がありましたが、車を出す際に、歩行者や車で混雑していないため車が出しやすかったと思います。
そして、車内はとても綺麗に掃除がいきわたっていて嫌な匂いもなく快適でした。お店の人の案内も丁寧な案内で、心地よく出発できました。
いざ、出発♪
車は、新しくとても走りやすかったと思います。燃費も良く快適なドライブができました。
また、川に遊びに行くため荷物が多かったですが、借りた車は後部座席を倒すことができ不便なく荷物を持っていくことができ大変満足いたしました。
次回もまたオリックスレンタカーを利用したいと思いました。

車を持ってない、おでかけ大好きな私たち。いつもは電車やバスを使います。週末何しようかな～とベルトラを物色していたところ、見つけたのがこのモニター募集。体験談を書くだけで半額戻ってくるなんて最高！行き先も決めずに即予約しちゃいました。レンタカーならどこに行こうが自由ですしね♪24時間レンタルで申し込みましたが、ちょっと無理をして東北へ。電車やバスではいつも外なんて見ずに寝ていましたが、車なら景色を楽しみながらドライブできて、なんだか得した気分。途中サービスエリアで遊べたのも車旅だからこそですね。オリックスレンタカーさんのサービスについてですが、とても気持ちの良い接客でした！出迎えてくれたカウンターの方は笑顔が素敵で、周辺のガソリンスタンドも地図でくれてとても丁寧な対応。レンタルした車もすごく綺麗でした。ナビもわかりやすかったし、スマホから音楽を流せるコードがあったのが嬉しかった！はじめ、初めての車でボタンとか操作方法に困っていたら、スタッフさんが親切に教えてくれました。貸出と返却がとてもスムーズだったのも高ポイント！こんなに簡単便利に借りれるなら、ぜひリピートしたいです。ありがとうございました！

7月の三連休で利用させていただきました。
まず，受付の方もとても丁寧で，気持ちよく出発の準備ができました。
また，そのあと車を受け取りに行き，びっくり。
とてもきれいでかっこいい車でとてもうれしかったです。
聞いてみると，おろしたての新車だったようで，とても驚きました。
この出発に至るまでも，スタッフの皆様は丁寧にご説明くださり，
安心し，かつ，何ら困ることがなく利用することができました。
本当にありがとうございました。
いざ出発した後も，気持ちのいい天気であったこともありますが，
何より運転のしやすい車で非常に心地よくドライブを楽しむことが
できました。
また，ドライブの途中も疑問点が生じた際に電話でスタッフの方に
質問をしても快くお答えいただき，とても助かりました。

ONCE WE RE-TRACED OUR STEPS - WE FOUND THE PERSON HOLDING A BOARD WITH OUR NAMES IN VERY SMALL PRINT!
ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAD......
FROM THEN ON A CHARMING LADY DIRECTED US TO THE MINIVAN AND WOULD NOT EVEN LET MY HUSBAND LOAD THE LUGGAGE.
SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL - GREAT DRIVER - ARRIVED OUTSIDE OUR HOTEL OVER 1 HOUR LATER POINTING OUT THE HIGHLIGHTS OF TOKYO ON THE WAY!!.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Reasonable prices

It had reasonable prices but be prepared to wait since it is a shared shuttle so you may have to wait a little while before leaving if they have more pick ups for the day. Had to wait 45-1hr for the next party to come in

amazing service

We booked the pick up service and it happened that we had to arrive in Tokyo 2 days earlier. I informed veltra by email 12 hours before my arrival and they were kind enough to arrange for the pick up at such short notice. As we got out of customs we saw our driver waiting for us with our name tags. He was extenely sweet and helpful. He was very patient and guided us to currency exchange and waited while we got done.
The drive from the airport was long but not boring as the driver took interest and showed us all the places that were passing by.
He was very informative and hospitable!

Upon exit at Narita Airport, chauffeur is already waiting for us with my name on a plaque card. Courteously, he helped us carry our luggage with a trolley. Van was huge and clean. More than enough for the 4 of us adults and a toddler. He drives carefully and safely. There was free Wifi on board. Got to our destination on time.

Excellent Service

Chauffeur arrived outside our hotel earlier than expected. Gladly, he greeted us and carried our luggage in the van. The van is clean, huge and comfortable, more than enough for us 4 adults and 1 toddler and all of our luggage. The driver is courteous, drives very carefully and safely, that I fell asleep. We arrived at Narita airport earlier than expected, which gave us an opportunity to do some last minute duty free shopping.
