Chief is the coolest!
投稿者: Natalie P. , 2021/09/22Doing things during COVID-19 can be a real pain in the butt, but the organizers for Chief’s Luau made it very easy. This show is awesome! The Chief is so funny & warm, & you can tell he’s a good guy. The food was delicious, but I wish that some things were a little warmer, like the noodles & the sweet potato bread. I recommend going through the customization line, since you can just tell them you don’t want the fish or the chicken or whatever. The show was fun & entertaining & I think it’s worth every dollar I paid! I would totally see it again.

Great experience

投稿者: Yuma Chica , 2021/08/25We took the shuttle from Waikiki to Paradise cove which ended up being a tour bus. Hala was awesome as she entertained us on the shuttle; she's very personable and has a great sense of humor. Everything was well organized and the property was beautiful. You are greeted with a lovely complementary mai tai but also included was a loaded gift card that you could use in the gift shop or at the bar. There were two activities before we sat down for dinner. The food was very good - and the entertainment was outstanding!

Dont sleep on this!
投稿者: Janice, 2021/07/31I was skeptical at first booking from an online site but I'm glad I did! Although we went for the cheaper route our seats were great! Check in was a breeze. No issues getting in. I heard a lot of positive reviews from this luau, unfortunately bc of covid some of the activities I was looking forward to were not available. Still a good show! Would book with them again

Completed our trip perfectly

The luau was amazing! Food was delicious! Transportation was easy to locate and on time. Our host was great! Highly recommend!!

FIRE, food & show!

Would recommend trying to get the Royal (VIP) seating for better seating for the show! I booked Paradise (General) because the Royal was already sold out for the date that I was available.

Great fun, lively and interactive show.
投稿者: Amanda, 2021/06/23The food was pretty good. Much better than a couple other luau’s that I have been to in the area. They offered a plate with a little of everything or you could go through the line and pick only what you wanted. They had pulled pork, fried chicken, fried fish, salad, rice, asian noodles, cooked taro root, rolls and for dessert white cake with white frosting and pineapple chunks. They offered individually packaged condiments of ranch dressing, Tabasco sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, butter, as well as small cups of poi and pico de gallo.
We had the royal package and had great seats. The seating was set up in tables of 4. My husband sat side by side and another couple sat on the other side of the table. We had another table of 4 right next to us. The Covid seating restrictions have been relaxed significantly as of June 21st when we went.
The royal package benefits that the paradise didn’t get is drink service at the tables (paradise have to walk to bar), 3 free drinks, fresh orchid lei (paradise get nut lei), closer seating to stage, first to go to buffet.

Isiah made us at home. Jansen is anexcellent driver! When the food was served, we were treated with an authentic, honest to goodness Hawaiian luau! The performance by the house folk group was astounding! A 5 star experience!

Entertaining

Was told by Veltra, that they could have a virgin Mai tai or coke, sprite, etc.. however they would not give the guys drinks unless I paid extra for them.

Amazing Birthday Celebration!

I didn’t know what to expect and was wondering if I wasted my money due to a previous review stating that buying purchasing the Deluxe Package was a waste because of COVID. Well, I’m soooo glad I purchased the higher package option! We had full table service, to include drink service and our meal being delivered to us on glass plates. The other packages had to get up and get their food from the buffet area where it was pre-packaged so there was a definite distinction with the Deluxe Package. If you have never been to this luau, it’s a MUST! The food, customer service and show was phenomenal! My husband and I were totally satisfied as this luau totally exceeded our expectations!

Kind of bummed
投稿者: Heidi, 2021/03/16We took my Son for his birthday, and did the deluxe package. Was exited as we would be up close to watch the show. Was sad to learn the buffet is closed, and the options of food they bring to your table is minimal. I remember coming before and there being so many options.
The pre shows are bleh. They don’t even do the ceremony of raising the pig from the ground. They just roll the pig on a cart thru the seating area.
The good was “okay” at best. Again, wish there would have been more options. Also, the table service was just for dinner. There were not enough staff members to do drink orders for us from our table. So, essentially it was a waste to do the deluxe package. Everyone else had their food brought to them as well with a less expensive package. And, the seating is close enough to where you can see the show decently from any table.
The photo they give you at the end of you/your party - we ended up with 3 of the exact same picture. Not even a minor change. It’s like they printed the same photo 2 times. And free gift was a little whine/mixed drink tumbler . Not really something my 10yo will use. Would have been nice to have a different option for the younger kids.
My opinion, don’t waste your money on the deluxe package.
