投稿者: Robyn Martin, 2022/01/05Lasted way longer than we were told. People were lined up to get off an hour before we docked. The meal was tasty but not filling. The entertainment was great and the dancers were absolutely amazing. The staff of very friendly and Overall it was a good experience just not something I would do again. If you get motion sickness I would think twice about this I saw many people spend the entire cruise in the bathroom.

The only thing is the pictures- we were a part of 6 and the pictures that I got were the same over and over again. The pictures are not worth it. Also I would advise to give dramamine to anyone in your party with the most minimal motion sickness.

がら空きでステーキ満喫
投稿者: まいむ, 2021/12/28大人気のお店でかつては高飛車な対応が有名だったので、こわごわしながら行きましたがお店はがら空き。飛び込みでも入れたと拍子抜けしました。そのせいかウェイターもレセプションもみな非常に感じが良く、安心してランチをいただくことができました。1人なので名物のステーキは食べられませんでしたが、60ドルのランチセットは手頃で美味しく大満足。ただ現在は夕方までハッピーアワーをやっているので、そちらの方がお得かもしれません。

They are hilarious and really try to get to know you better. Do note that photos by the crew cost an additional 30 dollars.

This is very good for swimmers and non swimmers as the water level is only about 4ft near the sandbar. There is a beautiful coral reef that swimmers can go. The instructors are very helpful for non swimmers as they take them personally to show the turtles.

値段の割にはがっかりでした
投稿者: Julia, 2021/12/1412月、送迎付きで申し込みました。海の状況は、満ち引きがあるため、コンディションは、日々違うと思って参加。
船内にウエットスーツがあると書いてありましたが、置いておらず。
船内にはお茶や、チップス、リンゴが置いてあります、自由に頂くことが可能です。
サンドバーに着いたら、船長より英語で船より後ろに行ってはいけないなどの説明があります。12月、水はかなり冷たいのでずーっと入ってられるという感じではありませんでした。途中で一回船に戻されて、シュノーケルの説明があります。個人的に、最初に説明すれば一度上がることなかったのになぁと思います。寒いから2回目入ることができませんでした。
体験後、現地の方に伺いましたが、温暖化の影響で海水量が増え、近年、サンドバーになる事は稀だそうです。身長148センチの私は、足がやっと着くくらいの深さでした。ライフジャケットはあります。この料金なら、ダイビングができたなぁと感じました。

Amazing crew!
投稿者: William, 2021/12/05Everyone involved in the parasailing was super personable and engaging! Noemi and Rachel at the shack were super nice and relatable during check in and for the pictures! Diego and the captain made sure we were all good before and after the excursion! We were normally supposed to go up to 1000’ but because a few customers did not show up the captain let us go to the max height of 1200’!! Super cool! Would definitely go again!

The ladies are amazing!! They are the best!
投稿者: Tao X, 2021/12/05The two ladies are so nice, professional, helpful and patient. The captain very patiently led my daughter to the reef to see turtles and fishes. After the tour, we found out that our rental car was dead at the harbor. The ladies and two other guys offered help, while we were calling the rental office. They checked and jump started the car. We managed to drive back to the car rental office for replacement. Otherwise, we would wait for toll service for at least 2 hours. We offered additional tips but they refused. Very touched. They are the best!!

シュノーケリングしても魚1匹もみれませんでした。バスでは英語ではなく、中国語で案内していたので理解ができなかったです。

Once in a Lifetime Experience
投稿者: Jesszel, 2021/12/01This is our first time parasailing and I admit, we were all nervous, but the captain and her crew made us feel safe by telling us all the pre-cautions we need to do. The ride to the take-off site was fun. The actual take off was smooth and the view from the top was awing. This is once in a lifetime experience and I am glad we did this. My 8 year-old son had a great time as well and want to do it again. Highly recommending this activity. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and not to forget the staffs who checked us in that were very accommodating and patient in answering all our questions.

今回、2週間ハワイ滞在の中では最高！の１つです。

英語が話せない二人連れでしたが、受付の方が良く対応して頂けました。パラセイリング最高！また何かあれば是非参画したいです。また、HGVCULBのメンバーですので、宿泊はHGVC、ツアーやアクティビティはVELTRAさんにお願いしようかと思っております。

What an entertaining evening

It was such fun with non-stop, great entertainment. You are well taken care of from start to finish. The entire crew and entertainers were top notch. The sunset and views of Waikiki from the ocean at night are so pretty - many fantastic photo ops. I would highly recommend this dinner cruise, you won't be disappointed.

Super bumpy and scary experience
投稿者: YYC, 2021/11/23Do not book sunset tour if you are sensitive to the feeling of weightlessness and sea sick. The driver makes the ship super super bumpy, which is unnecessary and they only care about the profit. I was feeling extremely unwell and asked if they could send me back and then continue the tour, but the driver kept ask me “do you want to cancel everyone” and kept saying I will have to pay for everyone’s tour. I will not do the parallel sailing so it should save them time to send me back but they just kept making fun of me with no empathy. After the trip I asked if I could get partially refund as a observer since I didn’t do the parallel sailing and saved them time and strength , which is reasonable , but they just denied my request.
I took other ship tours and all of them are fine, but this one is a immediately NO. Especially the driver said he could not understand my English made me feel kinda under a racist circumstances.

Worth every penny!!
投稿者: Steve, 2021/11/08I would rather get this trip than limited tour Hanauma bay snorkeling, i know it s pricier than Capt Bruise tour, but the service they provide you and any accommodation is just worth it so much. Capt Batman (That s what he preferred to be called) and Robin was very kind enough to provide assisted snorkeling tour to those were afraid to see the reef. Amazing guys! You will see their heart so passionate for customers!

The best experience is when Zi was able to convince my partner to go snorkeling by the reef. She guided her with the paddling board and this is her first experience swimming in the deep blue sea!
