DINDOの案内で楽しく安全なツアーだった
バスも適度な人数でゆったりとしていてよかった。
ハレアカラでの滞在がもう少し長く欲しかった、ショップでの買い物はサンライズ時のオープンと同時に並べた人は買えた、ゆっくり日の出を見てからでは買えないまま出発時間になった。もう一つ上のハレアカラ天文台へも行ってみたかった。

We had an outstanding adventure with Des on this excursion! She was so knowledgeable about Maui and kept a close eye on all of us in case we were struggling. Everyone loved her!
The only thing I would stress is that you need to be in shape to do this hike. The altitude can be an issue as it was a lot harder to do these two hikes but the scenery is incredible!

This is a must do if you’re in Maui. This was by far our favorite activity. Drew made the trip so much fun, as we flew through the different parts of the island he explained what we were looking at and even gave us recommendations on where to travel to while we are on the island. The views were incredible.

An "OK" tour. Could have been far better.

Ride was good. Nice welcoming area. Reasonable price.
BUT:
1- the ride was supposed to be west Maui and Molokai. We started at the airport, ride only the northern part of west Maui up to Kapalua, then went on to Molokai. On return from Molokai, it flew back over on the north side again! It was supposed to fly over the rest of west Maui (Kaanapali, Lahaina, etc.), but it basically went over the same route.
2- The pilot was silent for the first ~15 min and the last ~10 min of the flight. I understand they have to communicate with the tower. But almost half of our tour was silent.
Overall, it could have been better.
Thank you for your feed back. On the 45 minute duration, we don't fly above the hotels in Kaanapali and Lahaina. The pilots rather take you into the valleys to see majestic waterfalls and lush rain forests. The flight route is also flown to be fair for other passengers on board who sat on the opposite side of the helicopter while flying over to Molokai.

雨がひどく夕焼けは全く見えませんでした。

ただ、道中でとてもきれいな虹が見えたことが唯一の救いです。

I didn’t expect this to be such an AMAZING experience as I found it to be. We spent a wonderful time. The sunrise was breathtaking. Our guide was supercool. He explained everything around us. He told us amazing stories. Showed us different plants & lava, he let us take pictures with spectacular views. Breakfast was so tasty & service was more than excellent.

An amazing experience!! Really quite breath taking and mist do for first time Maui visitors! We visited O toner 4th and it was cold at the summit. Dress warmly (pants, sweatshirts, hat and gloves)! A special shout out to Preston, who was an amazing guide! so knowledgeable and a terrific host!

The experience was amazing but I thought we were spending more time there

The Haleakala National Park possesses a unique landscape and a variety of species only found there.
All the stops we made on our way up were worth it, however, our guide told us that the restaurant and visitor's center were not operating because of a lack of personnel, so it'd be nicer to have these options available.
According to the description of the tour, we were supposed to get back to our pick-up place/hotel after 10 pm but we got back at 8:30 pm. I was expecting to do some stargazing up there in the mountain but there was no time, our guide asked us to be back n the van at 6:45 pm...so this is was I liked the least!!
Other than that, our guide was very polite and helpful, and he gave us a lot of information about the places we were visiting.

Wayne is awesome! Smooth driver and insanely knowledgeable. Not going to lie, I was tempted to sleep in and miss the tour but I’m glad I didn’t. You’re able to catch some z’s on the way and on on the way back.10 out of 5 star!. Highly recommend

best Anniversary ever

We are visiting Maui for our 40th wedding anniversary and the highlight of our trip was The Helicopter tour doors off. It was a once in a lifetime event for us. The pilot (Richie Olsten) was excellent at what he did, he kept us informed and and entertained the whole time. His ability to fly was excellent. We loved ever minute of the tour.

At first I was a bit disappointed because we thought they have forgotten about us,only to find out that they were waiting for us in the other hotel roundabout-there was a little misunderstanding with the pick up location. Our hotel and the next door hotel names are almost the same.Other than that,the trip was amazing. At first,it was all covered by clouds and fog but our guide did not give up and tell us to wait a little longer. True enough..while all have left,we stayed to witness the sunrise. It was amazing! Our guide did not disappoint us!
Aloha! Sorry about the confusion on your pick-up. It can get a bit confusing with hotel names. Happy that you enjoyed the majesty of seeing the Sun rise from Mauna Haleakala. Preston has to be the most amazing tour guide I've ever had the privilege of touring with! From being knowledgeable, to witty, he's got it all. He wants to ensure that EVERYONE no matter what season it is layers up, wears clothes toed shoes (toe warmers like the ones used in Tahoe would be the best idea ever!) and BRING A BLANKET! Whatever size you want, fluffy, non fluffy donuts matter. But, this awesome tour guide lets you leave you items safely on the bus so all your have to comfortable carry the very few far steps you actually have to walk, is the blanket and your camera for beautiful views. Keep your positive attitude when waking early, plan ahead with an energy drink or snack to keep you going until you reach to Kula Lodge (TRY THE LOCO MOCO JUST TRUST ME) and you'll be good to go!

本当に寒いので防寒対策ばっちりがいいと思いますが、ハレアカラ火山からの朝日は絶景で見る価値ありです。
頂上までの道は険しく所々崖なので素人には運転は難しいので参加して本当によかったです。
