ハワイの情報番組でおなじみのヤマピーさんのガイドで西MAUIをまわるツアーです。要所要所に見所が沢山あるのに、何故かとってものんびりと時間が流れているような、時間が止まっているような、不思議な半日を過ごしました。不思議な岩のベルストーンのパワーに圧倒され、ロリ-ンの作る美味しいバナナブレッドを堪能し、ククイプカヘイハウで愛のパワーを受け取りました。西MAUIのエネルギーがのんびりしているのか、ヤマピーさんの存在が癒しなのか・・・とにかく日常のストレスは何処へやら。とにかく癒やされたい方には最高のツアーですね。

記念品クーポン・セラミックマグクーポンを貰えるようので、ディスカウントがないにもかかわらず事前購入しましたが、土産物を３５ドル以上買わないと対象外とのこと。
入口の掲示には事前購入者の優先入場レーンがありましたが機能しておらず、むしろリスト照合で時間がかかるので、事前購入するメリットはないと思います。

綺麗なマウイの風景を満喫

綺麗なマウイ島の風景を満喫することが出来ます。
英語ガイドのみですが、ネイティブの方と一緒では無かったせいか、ある程度意思疎通を図りながらガイドして頂けました。
自分からここで何をしたいとか、はっきり意思表示をしないと、少し満足度がさがるかも知れません。
ハワイのツアーではよくあることですが、車内の冷房が強烈に効いているので、防寒具は持っていった方が良いです。ガイドの方にお願いしたら暖かくして頂けましたが。

Super Tour !

This was one of the best tour at Maui. The tour is very informative with respect to the history of pineapple in Hawaii. The guide provided us so much of information and was very good. The tour includes trip to the Maui Gold pine apple processing plant and also to the place where pineapple are actually grown. We got to taste the great Maui gold pineapples and also got to take one home for each one of us. The tour begins at a place which is so cool, got some wonderful pictures at this place.
Overall, it was a tour beyond my expectation. My kids loved it . My son who does not like pineapple started eating pineapple after this tour.
It is a tour which should NOT be missed when you are at Maui

Awesome pineapple tour

This was one of the tour which brought in pleasant surprise . The tour guide Steve was very courteous and started the tour on time. We got to see the Maui Gold factory where they are processed and packed. Free pineapple for each participant was awesome ! Then the guide took us to the farm where the pineapple are actually grown . The farm is so beautiful, we got a chance to look at pineapple in various stages . The guide,Steve, helped us taste pineapple and showed us 3 different varieties of them . On the way back we learnt many things about pineapple and sugar cane .
I would recommend this tour for everyone , specially for the group with children.

Favorite tour on Maui

I booked this tour upon recommendation from friends and family. I had moderate expectations as I am not a "walk through the farm" type of girl, but this was a favorite of my boyfriend and myself. First of, you are driven for the majority of the movement through the farm, so sandals were fine to walk in. Our tour guide Brett was very informative and explained everything about pineapple farming from planting to harvesting and distribution, and how to pick the perfect pineapple. We tasted pineapple at three separate stages and picked a pineapple straight from the stalk. You receive a free pineapple packed and ready for transport back to the states at the end of the tour and let me tell you these pineapples were HUGE. We saw the same two pack that we received for free at the airport for sale for $30. Brett also taught us how to use the pineapples we received to grow our own pineapples at home. Definitely a must go to tour if you are on Maui.

Maui Gold Pineapple Express Tour 10/21/14

The Maui Gold Pineapple Express tour was amazing. My husband and I went there and had a great time. We enjoyed the tour very much, especially the part where we were brought to the processing plant. It was very fascinating to see the quality control, packing, and shipping from start to finish. We took a lot of pictures of the exciting tour of the pineapple fields too. It was eye-opening to see the process for how pineapples are grown, especially since my family is so used to picking them up from the supermarket. It was also different eating them fresh from the field--an experience I'd recommend to just about everyone. We really enjoyed being given pineapples to bring home to California as well, one of my favorite souvenirs from my trip. We ended up sharing it with the whole family and some friends, and it was definitely the juiciest and sweetest pineapple we've ever had.

Pineapple heaven

My wife and I were delighted to find out that there was indeed a pineapple plant with a tour on maui. We signed up and had no issues finding where we needed to go (a short drive from the airport pretty much). Our tour guide lined us out on a few items we needed to sign and we were off. We started off going right to the plant where we learned a ton of stuff about pineapples (did you know that the fruit is actually native to Brazil?). Really neat to see the whole process from picking to packing. They even give you two free packed pineapples ready to go through the airport! After the plant you go out to the fields to see the different stages of pineapple growth. You'll even get to sample some of the freshest possible pineapple you'll ever eat. Really awesome experience. Highly highly recommended.

Nice but not great

The tour guide was great, friendly, informative and overall a nice guy. The tour was too much for what we received. The trek was moderate which was just right for us but the foliage was only fair. Also It was not helpful that this was a dry season, so waterfalls were not at their best. I wish I knew this before hand. At every stop were too many other people, locals and tourist. Lunch was meager, only sandwich and chips and water. Sandwich was pretty decent. If it was not for our great tour guide who was funny and knowledgeable, I would not have been happy. It was overpriced.

We loved Nick, our tour guide. He was not only knowledgeable, but fun and engaging. He made sure we are safe, and treated us with a great deal of hospitality. Surely, we would not have learned so much and been able to explore the terrains without this tour. It was awesome!!!

Best of Maui - Haleakala Crater, Iao Valley & Distillery Tour with Lunch

I met my cousins in Maui. Due to schedule conflict, my cousin, family of four, took the tour of Haleakala sightseeing adventure on Tuesday. My family was scheduled to go on Thursday but got cancelled due to the hurricane. My cousins had a great time there. Pictures they took were beautiful. Too bad we did not get to go, but we plan to go to Maui again and that will be one of the site we will visit.

Fun hike, amazing waterfalls, great jump!

Krichelle took us out on the hike in Hana rainforest and it was amazing. She knew a lot about the farm and picked us a lot of fruit n avocados. The hike was amazing as I love running they the woods. She took us thru done private hike areas that you won't be able to go thru without a guide. Make sure to bring sunscreen n insect repellent!!
There were 4 falls that we visited n the swim in the falls were amazing. There was also one that we could jump into.
For those that are not as active, there are easier routes that krichelle instructed others to pass thru . All in all amazing experience and I would go it again,

Our tour guide was ERic and he was EXTREMELY knowlegable about ALL the plant life and its benefits and uses in the rianforest. I loved jumping off the 10-15 foot waterfalls and eating the fresh fruits

大満足‼︎ オススメですよ。

初めてのマウイ島でした。車を運転するのに抵抗があり、こちらのツアーに参加しました。私達2人とお一人で参加の女性と3名でした。山内さんの親切なガイドでガイドブックにも載っていない所に案内してもらいました。またロリーンおばさんのお店では畑で採れたてのパパイヤとシェイブスアイスを食べて満足。お土産に頂いたバナナブレッドと多分？ドライココナツも美味しくホテルでいただきました。たまたま雨がひどく次のプウ・ウクイへ行くまでにロリーンさんのお店で雨宿りをしている間にブラックジャックをして楽しく過ごせました。友達共々大満足しマウイにまた行けたら参加したいねと話しました。翌日はハレアカラのサンセットと星空を予定していたのですがあいにくの天候で日にちもスケジュールご合わずキャンセルになったので、こちらのツアーをリベンジしにマウイに行けたらなぁと思いました。
先日はお疲れ様でした。西マウイはカハクロア村生まれ育ちのロリーンに地元で取れたパパイヤなどを頂いて、のんびり穏やかな風に包まれるのがこのたびの醍醐味ですね。
その後は目玉はお祈りのヘイハウククイプカに訪れてエネルギーチャージですね！ 天候は殆ど晴れているはずが雨になってしまって残念です。是非またマウイ島に訪れてくださいね！

とってもリラックスできました！

手作りのとてもゆっくりとしたいいツアーでした。
マウイに行ったらまた参加します。
不思議な大岩も、ヒーリングスポットも、バナナブレッドも思い出に残りました。お土産のジャムがとても美味しかった！
レンタカーでは怖くて行けないような道も安心してお任せできました。

西マウイツァー参加有難うございます。レンタカーでは保険が利かない険しい道ですが、その分自然が所何処に残っていて絶景です。
山の中のあるヘイハウや写真の場所、象に見えるエレファントストーンなど見所満載です。またマウイに遊びに来てくださいね！

Great Aquarium

I didn't know what to expect before I got there, but they surprised me. The facility was very clean and organized, and the exhibitions were great. I learned so much about Hawaii's marine life, and they had a lot of unique species that only available in Hawaii.
I was impressed by the shark exhibition. I could be there all day watching these magnificent creatures. A perfect for everyone who is interested in the marine life. I went to the snorkel tour the next day, and I got to see some of the fish I saw at the Maui Ocean Center so it was very educational.

５月９日と１０日、マウイオールスターズさんのツアーに参加させていただきました。

山内さんに２日間ガイドをしていただけて本当にラッキーでした。
９日は感動的な夕日と星空観察、それに山内さんの興味深いお話やきめ細やかなサービスに心もほかほかとあたたまりました。
我が家３人のみだったので時間的にもゆったりしていたことも
良かったと思います。
１０日に無理を言って連れて行っていただいた
オーガニックスーパーで「料理用のヘンプシードを買いたい」と言った時、
「大丈夫ですか、これ？」と心配そうな山内さんのお顔が面白かった～( *^m^*)
パワースポットへ案内していただいたり、ロリーンさんご夫婦と
ブラックジャックで盛り上がったり、滅多にできない体験もいっぱいできて、
すっかりマウイの魅力にはまってしまいました。
予定時間をオーバーしていたのに、英語の苦手な私たちの為にレストランで
オーダーまでしていただいて本当に助かりました。
帰国する日の朝、海に大きな虹がかかって大感激！
最後まで感動をくれたマウイにMahalo！山内さんにMahalo！
西マウイツァー＆星ツァーに参加して頂き感謝です。オーガニックスーパーの物品はお客様の方が100％詳しい気がします。笑
西マウイのカハクロア村のロリーンは本当に心優しいお母さんなのですが、トランプが始まると豹変するのが笑えます。

Steve was an excellent tour leader. We enjoyed our trip through the processing plant and fields immensely! We were surprised that we got to taste pineapple on the tour. Delicious! The next day it rained so we were lucky to book the day we did!

The scenery was beautiful! Our tour guide was a local who shared her knowledge of the flora and fauna. The hike is not difficult but can be challenging in places. Wear good shoes! The waterfalls were spectacular and their pools provided a welcomed opportunity to oool off.

英語がもう少し出来るとよかった～

このツアーは、ハナの行くのが一杯になっていたので、選択したツアーです。
一生懸命ガイドの方が説明してくれるのですが、英語があまり得意ではないので、理解しようとするのが疲れました。英語が出来る方におすすめです。
一つ注意が。このツアーはチップが別料金になっているのが要注意です。チップも加えるとかなりの高額になります。申し込んだ後で気がついたことです。贅沢に使える資金がある方にはOKですよ。車もいいですし、ピクニック気分を楽しめます。

I expected it to be bigger & have more to it but the experience was still really nice & you get to see some really interesting species along with a hammerhead shark, turtles & the tunnel where they fish, stingrays & sharks swim all around you.

Anniversary Trip

Bob and I went to Maui to have an amazing anniversary trip and this was the highlight of our trip. The personal attention that we received from our tour guide, Ed, was beyond expectations. We learned about the island and it was in a pleasant atmosphere. The sights and weather were beautiful and we will never forget the time we spent on this trip. The Orchid farm was awesome and the owners were very informative. My orchids were delivered after I returned home and they greet me each morning with the beautiful smell and sights of them. This was the best hours of our trip and we enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you Ed for making our anniversary one to remember.
