Deluxe West Maui Private Sightseeing Tours with Expert Local Guide
A cherry on top!
投稿者: Marzia (Roma-Italy), 2015/04/08This tour was the last thing I did in Hawaii, but certainly the most beautiful and the most intense. It was born in my head as a different way to get to the airport and it proved rather to be the cherry on top! I met at dawn my personal guide, Jasmine Kilborn, a magnificent Hawaiian girl who transmitted to me all her love for the island of Maui, for the history of Hawaii, for their traditions. We visited amazing places and we breathed the magic of nature in its more authentic splendor: old Lahaina, Nakalele Blowhole, Makamakaole Stream and Waterfalls.... The road itself was worth the travel and during the trip Jasmine told me about religion, Hawaiian language, Hawaiian habits and she put traditional music and songs to accompany the emotions that we lived. I felt a real sense of accomplishment! MAHALO NUI LOA!

Wonderful day - January 2015
投稿者: R H, 2015/04/06Took all day but fantastic trip!! Last time we drove and only made it halfway. I highly recommend the tour. You're limited on the number of stops you make, but the tour hit the highlights; and my husband enjoyed the tour so much better than driving. "Z" was our driver and he was fantastic. I told him he was the best tour guide I had ever seen - so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He added much more information (history, plant life, etc.) than a typical guide. We took the luxuary tour with only 5 other passengers - much prefer this than a larger bus. Full breakfast in Paia and great lunch in Hana included.

楽しかったです
投稿者: かなこ, 2015/03/30子どもと半日だけ初めてのマウイ島を観光しました。行きたかったイアオ渓谷に行けましたし、ラハイナでは食べたかったかき氷のおいしいお店も教えてもらえましたし、ランチの中華料理も簡単なものでおいしく、今回は混みあっておらず、海を眺めながら気持ちの良い時間を過しました。結果的に二人だけの貸切ツアーになったので、子どももとても喜んでいました。ありがとうございました。
この度は風の半日観光にご参加頂き、ありがとうございました。
ガイドもとても素直で可愛いお子様と楽しくツアーが出来た、と報告がありました。

確かに最初に運転されていたら、もう戻ろうと思う道だと思います。ただその先には素晴らしい絶景もあるので、是非皆さん参加されてください。

西マウイ島半日観光
投稿者: 佐山博康, 2015/02/17山ちゃんガイドによる念願の、西マウイ観光、カハクロア村、パイア村、潮吹き岩、を観光してきました。
レンタカーが入れない山岳道路から美しい海岸沿いを走り、あまり人の住んでいないカハクロア村、そこに住む人なつこい笑顔のロレイン夫妻の歓待を受けて、シェーブアイスで一時歓談。
昼食にはピザの美味しい店、flatbreadでいろんなビザに舌鼓を打ちました。
残念ながら、突然の雨と強風の為パワースポットのヘイアウに行けませんでしたが、次回に楽しみにとっておき、ホテルに戻りました。
カハクロア村は人口１００人前後の小さな村で、沢山の自然が残っている所です。そこにいる友人のロレーンさん手作りのバナナブレッドとかき氷は絶品なので、西マウイツアーもお勧めです。

全てに癒やされました。
投稿者: puko, 2015/02/07ハワイの情報番組でおなじみのヤマピーさんのガイドで西MAUIをまわるツアーです。要所要所に見所が沢山あるのに、何故かとってものんびりと時間が流れているような、時間が止まっているような、不思議な半日を過ごしました。不思議な岩のベルストーンのパワーに圧倒され、ロリ-ンの作る美味しいバナナブレッドを堪能し、ククイプカヘイハウで愛のパワーを受け取りました。西MAUIのエネルギーがのんびりしているのか、ヤマピーさんの存在が癒しなのか・・・とにかく日常のストレスは何処へやら。とにかく癒やされたい方には最高のツアーですね。
ハナのツアーより道は厳しく、個人で行かれるのは看板もなく難しいと思います。調べあげた要所のスポットをゆっくりとご案内していくツアーなので、カーブが弱い方にはおすすめです。パワースポットが沢山あるので、見所満載です！

クーポンは？
投稿者: ほーさん, 2015/01/18 記念品クーポン・セラミックマグクーポンを貰えるようので、ディスカウントがないにもかかわらず事前購入しましたが、土産物を３５ドル以上買わないと対象外とのこと。
入口の掲示には事前購入者の優先入場レーンがありましたが機能しておらず、むしろリスト照合で時間がかかるので、事前購入するメリットはないと思います。

綺麗なマウイの風景を満喫

英語ガイドのみですが、ネイティブの方と一緒では無かったせいか、ある程度意思疎通を図りながらガイドして頂けました。
自分からここで何をしたいとか、はっきり意思表示をしないと、少し満足度がさがるかも知れません。
ハワイのツアーではよくあることですが、車内の冷房が強烈に効いているので、防寒具は持っていった方が良いです。ガイドの方にお願いしたら暖かくして頂けましたが。

Super Tour !
投稿者: Anu, 2014/12/04This was one of the best tour at Maui. The tour is very informative with respect to the history of pineapple in Hawaii. The guide provided us so much of information and was very good. The tour includes trip to the Maui Gold pine apple processing plant and also to the place where pineapple are actually grown. We got to taste the great Maui gold pineapples and also got to take one home for each one of us. The tour begins at a place which is so cool, got some wonderful pictures at this place.
Overall, it was a tour beyond my expectation. My kids loved it . My son who does not like pineapple started eating pineapple after this tour.
It is a tour which should NOT be missed when you are at Maui

Awesome pineapple tour
投稿者: Vish, 2014/12/04This was one of the tour which brought in pleasant surprise . The tour guide Steve was very courteous and started the tour on time. We got to see the Maui Gold factory where they are processed and packed. Free pineapple for each participant was awesome ! Then the guide took us to the farm where the pineapple are actually grown . The farm is so beautiful, we got a chance to look at pineapple in various stages . The guide,Steve, helped us taste pineapple and showed us 3 different varieties of them . On the way back we learnt many things about pineapple and sugar cane .
I would recommend this tour for everyone , specially for the group with children.

Favorite tour on Maui

I had moderate expectations as I am not a "walk through the farm" type of girl, but this was a favorite of my boyfriend and myself. First of, you are driven for the majority of the movement through the farm, so sandals were fine to walk in. Our tour guide Brett was very informative and explained everything about pineapple farming from planting to harvesting and distribution, and how to pick the perfect pineapple. We tasted pineapple at three separate stages and picked a pineapple straight from the stalk. You receive a free pineapple packed and ready for transport back to the states at the end of the tour and let me tell you these pineapples were HUGE. We saw the same two pack that we received for free at the airport for sale for $30. Brett also taught us how to use the pineapples we received to grow our own pineapples at home. Definitely a must go to tour if you are on Maui.

投稿者: Ramona Marcelo, 2014/10/29The Maui Gold Pineapple Express tour was amazing. My husband and I went there and had a great time. We enjoyed the tour very much, especially the part where we were brought to the processing plant. It was very fascinating to see the quality control, packing, and shipping from start to finish. We took a lot of pictures of the exciting tour of the pineapple fields too. It was eye-opening to see the process for how pineapples are grown, especially since my family is so used to picking them up from the supermarket. It was also different eating them fresh from the field--an experience I'd recommend to just about everyone. We really enjoyed being given pineapples to bring home to California as well, one of my favorite souvenirs from my trip. We ended up sharing it with the whole family and some friends, and it was definitely the juiciest and sweetest pineapple we've ever had.

Pineapple heaven
投稿者: matt m, 2014/10/23My wife and I were delighted to find out that there was indeed a pineapple plant with a tour on maui. We signed up and had no issues finding where we needed to go (a short drive from the airport pretty much). Our tour guide lined us out on a few items we needed to sign and we were off. We started off going right to the plant where we learned a ton of stuff about pineapples (did you know that the fruit is actually native to Brazil?). Really neat to see the whole process from picking to packing. They even give you two free packed pineapples ready to go through the airport! After the plant you go out to the fields to see the different stages of pineapple growth. You'll even get to sample some of the freshest possible pineapple you'll ever eat. Really awesome experience. Highly highly recommended.

投稿者: Grady, 2014/08/30I met my cousins in Maui. Due to schedule conflict, my cousin, family of four, took the tour of Haleakala sightseeing adventure on Tuesday. My family was scheduled to go on Thursday but got cancelled due to the hurricane. My cousins had a great time there. Pictures they took were beautiful. Too bad we did not get to go, but we plan to go to Maui again and that will be one of the site we will visit.

大満足‼︎ オススメですよ。
投稿者: kitaco, 2014/07/16初めてのマウイ島でした。車を運転するのに抵抗があり、こちらのツアーに参加しました。私達2人とお一人で参加の女性と3名でした。山内さんの親切なガイドでガイドブックにも載っていない所に案内してもらいました。またロリーンおばさんのお店では畑で採れたてのパパイヤとシェイブスアイスを食べて満足。お土産に頂いたバナナブレッドと多分？ドライココナツも美味しくホテルでいただきました。たまたま雨がひどく次のプウ・ウクイへ行くまでにロリーンさんのお店で雨宿りをしている間にブラックジャックをして楽しく過ごせました。友達共々大満足しマウイにまた行けたら参加したいねと話しました。翌日はハレアカラのサンセットと星空を予定していたのですがあいにくの天候で日にちもスケジュールご合わずキャンセルになったので、こちらのツアーをリベンジしにマウイに行けたらなぁと思いました。
先日はお疲れ様でした。西マウイはカハクロア村生まれ育ちのロリーンに地元で取れたパパイヤなどを頂いて、のんびり穏やかな風に包まれるのがこのたびの醍醐味ですね。
その後は目玉はお祈りのヘイハウククイプカに訪れてエネルギーチャージですね！ 天候は殆ど晴れているはずが雨になってしまって残念です。是非またマウイ島に訪れてくださいね！

Great Aquarium
投稿者: BeachBoy, 2014/06/18I didn't know what to expect before I got there, but they surprised me. The facility was very clean and organized, and the exhibitions were great. I learned so much about Hawaii's marine life, and they had a lot of unique species that only available in Hawaii.
I was impressed by the shark exhibition. I could be there all day watching these magnificent creatures. A perfect for everyone who is interested in the marine life. I went to the snorkel tour the next day, and I got to see some of the fish I saw at the Maui Ocean Center so it was very educational.

５月９日と１０日、マウイオールスターズさんのツアーに参加させていただきました。

９日は感動的な夕日と星空観察、それに山内さんの興味深いお話やきめ細やかなサービスに心もほかほかとあたたまりました。
我が家３人のみだったので時間的にもゆったりしていたことも
良かったと思います。
１０日に無理を言って連れて行っていただいた
オーガニックスーパーで「料理用のヘンプシードを買いたい」と言った時、
「大丈夫ですか、これ？」と心配そうな山内さんのお顔が面白かった～( *^m^*)
パワースポットへ案内していただいたり、ロリーンさんご夫婦と
ブラックジャックで盛り上がったり、滅多にできない体験もいっぱいできて、
すっかりマウイの魅力にはまってしまいました。
予定時間をオーバーしていたのに、英語の苦手な私たちの為にレストランで
オーダーまでしていただいて本当に助かりました。
帰国する日の朝、海に大きな虹がかかって大感激！
最後まで感動をくれたマウイにMahalo！山内さんにMahalo！
西マウイツァー＆星ツァーに参加して頂き感謝です。オーガニックスーパーの物品はお客様の方が100％詳しい気がします。笑

英語がもう少し出来るとよかった～

一生懸命ガイドの方が説明してくれるのですが、英語があまり得意ではないので、理解しようとするのが疲れました。英語が出来る方におすすめです。
一つ注意が。このツアーはチップが別料金になっているのが要注意です。チップも加えるとかなりの高額になります。申し込んだ後で気がついたことです。贅沢に使える資金がある方にはOKですよ。車もいいですし、ピクニック気分を楽しめます。

Anniversary Trip

The personal attention that we received from our tour guide, Ed, was beyond expectations. We learned about the island and it was in a pleasant atmosphere. The sights and weather were beautiful and we will never forget the time we spent on this trip. The Orchid farm was awesome and the owners were very informative. My orchids were delivered after I returned home and they greet me each morning with the beautiful smell and sights of them. This was the best hours of our trip and we enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you Ed for making our anniversary one to remember.

An Enjoyable Adventure.....
投稿者: Mr. Anonymous, 2012/06/20We first headed to Haleakala. There was a pleasant stop along the way for drinks and snacks. The views were spectacular and there was ample time to see the sites without being rushed. Judy, our tour director and driver, offered interesting facts and other information but appeared to be very bored and tired of the tour routine. She repeated the blurb about taking nothing but pictures about a gazillion times. Maybe it was just an off day for her. We headed to a very nice town for lunch. This was a pricey place, but the food was excellent and the service good. After lunch we headed to Iao and the rainforest inside. It was beautiful and once again we had ample time to see the sights without being rushed. At Iao we were switched to a different van that met us there and headed back home. All in all, a very pleasant day!

マウイ島 シュガーケイン・トレイン（砂糖キビ列車）

投稿者: 松井, 2012/06/02ラハイナ駅では珍しい機関車の転車台があり方向転換をする、終点のカアナパリ駅では三角形に線路が敷いてあり機関車が三辺を走って方向転換する、２種類の方式が見られる。
ラハイナから往復しました、帰りの交通が判らないので。
片道１時間半くらい、のんびりするには十分な列車でした。
サトウキビは途中駅に数十株が植えられているだけで沿線にはもう畑はありません。
