We are delighted that you were able to experience our 2 hour guided horseback tour with your young child. We recognize that there are so few activities
that families can enjoy together, therefore we have made a concentrated effort to train our horses and guides to make even the first time rider feel comfortable and secure.

We are glad to learn that you were able to capture some nice photos of the ocean and mountain scenery along the trails. We are blessed to have such

Aloha, thank you for sharing your comments regarding your experience at our Happy Trails riding facility. We recognize that is can be difficult to communicate with our guests from various countries, and do our very best to learn at least a few words in several languages to assist in helping each rider experience the joy of horseback riding in paradise.

As you note, a car rental is necessary to reach us. The small group size of our trail rides, a maximum of 8 - 11 riders on each ride, does not permit us to provide transportation at our low, value priced fee. Our goal is to focus on offering quality, value and smaller sized groups for a more personal experience. This way, more people can participate in the conquest of riding these majestic creatures.

We are the only licensed ranch on O'ahu that permits a family to bring children as young as 6 years of age to ride their own horse, and this takes a great deal of training of both our wranglers and horses. You may have notice
