対応に感謝です。
イケメンのケンさん色々有難うございました。
素晴らしい夜空の星の説明や自然の美しさを巧みな
話術で楽しませていただきました。
又、機会が有れば今度はサンセットを経験したいです。
ハワイ島は最高・・・・

パワースポット！

肉眼で、天の川が見えました。
ﾚｰｻﾞｰで指し示してくれるから、夏の大三角形とか木星、金星、火星もばっちり確認できました。
流れ星もたくさん見れました。
雲の水平線からｷﾗっと光る朝日を見て、だんだん暗かった空が色を変えていく時間は、来てよかったと思えた瞬間でした。
ほんとに圧巻！
うまく説明できないから、とりあえず見に行ってください！
百聞は一見にしかず！！

お天気が心配でしたが、お天気も良く空が澄んでいたので、天文台では自分の星座はもちろんすごく綺麗に見え感動しました。なんと言っても日の出は大感動でした！！！
カイロなど防寒対策はばっちりしていきましたが、思ったよりもすごく寒かったです。
目の前での日の出は今でも目に焼きついています。
すごいパワーを感じました！！
今までに見たり感じた事のない貴重な経験でした。
さいご帰りに渡されたお弁当も最高でした。
またハワイ島に来る機会があれば、是非参加したいです。

Josh was a great guide. He was very patient with our lack of skills with a kayak and he provided a lot of interesting information about the area, vegetation and history, etc. We were the only participants on our tour and we felt like we had our own personal guide. The kayak was top quality and even had a rudder to help with controlling the vessel as we rowed.

夜中出発のツアーだったので、正直眠くて辛いかなとも思いましたが、全くそんなことを心配することなく楽しい観測ツアーでした。
スタッフの方の説明もとてもわかりやすく、星観測もサンライズ観測も本当に素晴らしかったです。
申し込みの際、夜発ということもあるので申込日の確認をちゃんとした方が良いと思います。

寒かったです

山頂は、とても寒かったです。レンタル防寒具にフードが付いていましたが、ニット帽を持参した方が良いと思います。
無事に日の出が見れ、良い想い出になりました。次回は夕日で参加したいです。

神の存在を感じられた！

各国の精鋭天文台が立ち並び、雪に覆われている聖地
マウナケア山頂。山下マヌー氏の記事を読んで以来、
憧れの土地となっていた。
途中のオニヅカセンターで、ホットココア片手に星空
を堪能。GPSで星を追う天体望遠鏡なんて、初めて覗く。
これを日々見ていたら、ぼくもガリレオになれたかも・・・
やはり、その道のプロにお任せすべき道中です。
真っ暗な悪路、野生の巨大ロバの飛び出しあり、酸素の薄さ
から睡魔あり。体力と長距離運転に自信があっても、
転落しそうな崖の道を路面の凍結具合を確かめつつ進む
ガイドの経験には、とてもとてもかなわない！
そうして迎えた山頂サンライズ。まるでミケランジェロの
描く神の世界。今までぼくは、ミケランジェロの絵を妙に
ウソっぽいなどと思っていたが、彼は本物の世界の姿を
知っていたのだ！
ガイドのヒロさんは、日頃感じているストレスもスカッと
解消するようなおしゃべりをしてくれて、気分爽快だった。
ハワイ島のいい思い出ができた。感謝！！

大興奮！サンライズ＆星空

３月２２日にお世話になりました。
テレビでマウナケアのサンライズだけを見に行く番組を見て申し込みました。
ガイドの「ヒロ」さんの軽快で丁寧な説明にどんどん吸い込まれるように聞き入ってました。オニヅカビジターセンターでは、日本で決して見ることの出来ない☆。望遠鏡で丁寧に事細かに見せてくれました。さすがのハワイ島も標高２８００ｍ、AM４時くらいなのでかなり寒い…。でも嬉しいことに暖かいココアが用意されていてホッと一息。
さぁ~いよいよ山頂に。各国の天文台を横目にサンライズポイントへ。
いよいよサンライズ！海と雲を眼下に神々しい光が広がります。イエローというかオレンジというかゴールドというか…。なかなか言葉では言い表せない。
一見の価値ありです。

We had a great time on this tour. It is a 2.5 mile kayak and about a 2 mile hike to a spectacular waterfall. We went in March with our 9 yr old son. These are two person kayaks that you cannot have children in the middle. I ended up pairing up with another mom who came with her family. Our guide was very knowledgeable and able to tell us all about the trees and plants around us and other things along the way. We hiked to the waterfall where we had lunch and able to swim under the waterfall. This is definitely something to try.

The Best ATV Tour!

This was an amazing experience. We went in March with our 9 yr old son. My husband got a 4-wheeler and we got the Rhino. The guides were great, making sure everyone was safe before we got going. If someone was unable to operate safely, they would end up riding with the guides. Everyone in our group was respectful and followed the rules so we were able to get extra riding time. The stops were great, my son loved using the rope swing to jump into the river. The lunch spot was great, there was a kitten and small boars that would eat the left overs. The second waterfall was great, a little cold but worth getting in. We were able to see amazing scenery, the views were spectacular. We took some amazing pictures. This is a tour that you must experience. When we return we will definitely be doing this again. THANK YOU for an amazing experience that we will never forget.

This was a fun tour. Very pretty landscape that we rode through. Would have liked a little more time for better picture taking but understand due to the number of people in our group. Being an avid quad rider, the ride was not that challenging but it was fun over all. The guides were very nice and informative and the food was great. We had a party of 8 which included 3 under the age of 10 and they rode in the Rhino with grandpa and I think they had the most fun. The rest of us were on the ATV's. I would go to this ranch again.

初めてのﾊﾜｲ島。
全島巡り(20:00戻り)に続いて、深夜(3:00ﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟ)からのﾂｱｰ参加になり、体力的に不安もありましたが・・・
ｶﾞｲﾄﾞのKenさんの適切なｱﾄﾞﾊﾞｲｽにより、参加14名共に高山病になる事無く、楽しめていたように思います。
ﾂｱｰの内容はｵﾆﾂﾞｶﾋﾞｼﾞﾀｰｾﾝﾀにて体力を付ける為の『ﾎｯﾄｺｺｱ』のｻｰﾋﾞｽに始まり、満天の星空観測！！
Kenさんの天体ｶﾞｲﾄﾞにより＋αでとっても楽しめました。
（流れ星や人工衛星、土星の輪も見えました！）
山頂へ更に車を進め、いよいよｻﾝﾗｲｽﾞを待ちます。
当日は雲海が眼下にありましたが、そこから太陽が出た時には、皆から大きな歓声が上がりました。
ﾎﾝﾄ太陽には凄くﾊﾟﾜｰが有るんだ！って感じました。
今までに見た日の出のどれよりも、素晴らしかったです！
更に後ろを振り返れば、ﾅﾝﾄ！地球の影も見えたのです！！
あの日見た、朝焼け空のｺﾝﾄﾗｽﾄ。。。忘れません。
写真で上手く表現は伝わらないのですが、参考までにUpします。
高山ですので体力に自信の無い高齢の方や、若年の方(12歳以上ですけど)は不安もあるかと思いますが、実際徒歩で移動するのは数分も有りませんし、ご家族でも本当に楽しめる素敵なﾂｱｰだと思います。

I was a little apprehensive about doing the ATV tour but my husband insisted that we have two separate vehicles so I figured, why not! The staff was fantastic! Troy made sure that we felt comfortable with our vehicles and that we could actually handle them - to the point of showing us how far the 4 wheeler could go before it turned over! That made me feel really great. I ended up being a speed demon at the end! This is our 4th visit to Kauai so we had already done a lot of things, but this rates up there with the best things we have done here. We will probaby do it next visit too! Troy and Randon were great guides who made sure everyone had fun! Randon even went swimming first to encourage the others to join in!

忘れられない経験に！

今回初めてのハワイ上陸でしたが、また来たい！と思わせるほどの感動のツアーでした。
「星空と朝日」ということで出発が深夜の1時・・・
相当眠かったですが、テンションあがりまくり！
星空観測では、今までこんなに星ってあったのね~と思うほどのきれいさ。流れ星とその軌道までくっきり見えました。
火星、木星、土星も見えましたよ☆
山頂ご来光では、山の上ということもあり相当寒かったですが、180度のパノラマで見る朝日は感動で思わず涙してしまったほど。
長時間の運転をがんばってくれたガイドさん、本当におつかれさまでした。
朝食に出してくださったサンドイッチもかなりおいしく、うれしかったです。
またハワイ島に行きたい！と思える大満足のツアーでした。

The transportation needed to be acquired since none was provided, so the need to call a taxi was required, also be prepared to eat dust so wear proper clothing for lot's of dust and get wet, overall, it was fun and adventurous

They made sure that you could safely drive the machines and could handle the trails. The guide (Tom) added many interesting stories and stops that made the trip special. The wildlife that we saw really added to the experience. The area was not overcrowded or overused. Ask for Tom as your guide! I would have added photos but my files were too large.

This was the first time I join this kind of activity. It was a great experience!!! The guide Kevin was very very professional and create a very nice atmosphere. The whole thing turn out so great and I will never forget the expereice of jumping in the river from the rope!!
Excellent weather, excellent guide make my day perfect and unforgettable!!
I definitely will join again if I have another chance.
