投稿者: Jules, 2008/01/22This is the best luau i have ever been! Not only is it very affordable but the host is very informative on the cultures of the hawaiians and the other polynesian tribes. My best friend and I had soo much fun in this luau and plus we are amazed at the fire show that they put on. We were very overwhelmingly satisfied w/ the amount of food that they serve (about 20 diff kinds of hawaiian dishes)not to mention the 2 hours open bar! I had too much mai tais w/in two hours! This is a great luau to go to for first timers or as regulars.

First time Luau
投稿者: Mr. Anonymous, 2008/01/21First time a Hawaii and loved the luau. We went for the VIP seats and loved the service. The activities before hand was great and put you in the Hawaii spirit.
Booking through the computer was easy and a card was waiting for us at our hotel with a reminder and pick up time.

ステージ・デコレーションの壮大さにまず驚かされる
投稿者: KEISHIN, 2008/01/15 バイキング方式のディナーはまずまず満足のいく内容ですが、参加人数の多いことから人気のある食材から直ぐに無くなってしまいました。
ショーは数回見た、どのフラダンスショーとは比較にならない素晴しいものでした。壮大なステージのデコレーションを最大限に生かしきっており、ダンサーの質も大分高いメンバーが揃っており、炎の使い方が幻想的で堪能と満足のひと時でした。

素晴らしかったナイトショー
投稿者: もんたろう, 2008/01/14 初めてのハワイ旅行。年配の両親も同行だったので、観光重視にしました。今回、ポリネシア文化センターデラックスコースに申し込みました。ホテルのピックアップ場所に時間通りにバスが到着し、日本人留学生が車中で一日の予定を丁寧に説明してくれました。ポリネシア文化センターに到着し入り口に移動すると、今日の予定と担当者（日本人留学生）の紹介があり、グループごとに見学しました。
担当者により見学コースは違う様ですが、私達の担当者はそれぞれのショーごとにグループの近くで通訳をしてくれ、年配の両親も満足してくれた様でした。
夕食のバイキングも種類が豊富で、とても美味しかったです。
最後のホライズン・ナイトショーは、素晴らしいの一言で、ハワイで見たショーの中で一番素晴らしかったと思います。
次回、ハワイに来たときにも参加したいと思います。

本当に“パラダイス”!!
投稿者: ★Kailani★, 2008/01/1112月31日、1年の締めくくりに・・・と思い、この「パラダイスコーブルアウ」を選びました!
ハワイの伝統的な宴「ルアウ」を、前々から体験したいと思い、何箇所かリサーチしていました。
結果、この「バラダイスコーブルアウ」を選んで、本当に良かったと思っています。
送迎つきでは、往復は私達以外全て外国人、バス内のガイドも全て英語でしたが、周りの雰囲気、ノリで行きのバスからテンションup↑で行く事ができました。
バスで1時間弱、着いたところは「コオリナリゾート」。
リゾートと言うだけあって、そこに居るだけでも心地よい気分になれるほど、雰囲気抜群!
ウェルカムドリンクの「マイタイ」を貰い、記念撮影。
そして、そこから各自好きなアトラクションに参加、見物と、暫くは自由行動。
その後、ディナーショーが始まります。
ショーの後半は、観客も舞台に上がってダンスを踊ったり、
新婚さん、5年目、10年目、20年目＝・・・と夫婦の絆を改めて深め合える演出もあり、特にカップルで参加するにはほんとお勧めだと思います。
そして、ショーが終わって、おのおのバスに戻り、ワイキキのホテルまで送ってもらいました。
帰りのバスでも、またまたガイドさんが楽しませてくれ、
本当に楽しい一時を過ごせました♪

本当に感動！
投稿者: 匿名希望, 2008/01/08 家内の退職記念と下の娘の入籍祝いを兼ねて、長女夫妻を含めた３カップルの６名で参加。
初めてなので一番贅沢な？コースを選択したのですが、案内してくれた沖縄出身のyukiさんのガイドも、それぞれの村（島）でのパフォーマンスも素晴らしい。たまにはアルコール抜きのデイナーもなかなかのもの。
そして圧巻はHorizonsショー。全員で感動していました。
帰国してからも、プレゼントされたＤＶＤyaＣＤを愉しんでいます。
また参加するときは、ワークショップのコースにチャレンジしてみようかな。

Best Luau
投稿者: Mr. Anonymous, 2008/01/07I can not say one bad thing about Smith's Luau. Everything they did was above average. The tour of their tropical paradise was wonderful. The imu was authentic and they do a wonderful job of making it special. The food was amazing, especially the pork, mahi mahi, and the rice pudding. The entertainment during the meal was fantastic and really got the crowd involved. Last the show was probably the best part. It was an amazing experience and probably one of our favorite experiences while we were on Kauai and definitely the best value.

投稿者: Mary Siart, 2008/01/03We had a great time! The food was good but nothing extraordinary. The actual location and grounds of the Luau are beautiful and we watched the sunset over the ocean. The dancers were very good, and our host, Linden, was absolutely wonderful. He is a crack up and came up with a lot of things to entertain us on the bus. The bar tenders were quick and you never had to wait long for drinks. Jasmine pours a killer Mai Tai. Also, the quality of the rum is good......no hangovers the next day.

Great activity, but had one problem
投稿者: Arnab, 2008/01/02The luau staff were great, but we wish the hotel staff at the lobby were more helpful. We were out of cash to pay $3 for the parking, and all nearby ATM's were down. We asked the lobby staff to accept a credit card payment, but they would not budge. Finally one person in the Luau staff (Dan, I believe) helped us out (bless his heart!). So even though the activity was great, the ending was somewhat rocky.

サモア村お勧めです。

夜のショー「ホライズン」もすごいですが・・・私達の家族の中で、一番楽しかったのは、特にサモア村で、火おこしの実演やココナッツ割りや火起こしでの『石 椰子 石 椰子 石・・・・』は今でも父母の楽しかった思い出のようで・・・
ビデオを見ては笑ってしまいます。ハワイの定番ですが、一度は参加！！お勧めです。自分達で、車でも行けますが、、時差ボケでの夜の運転は危ないので、OPツアー参加は安心して行けました。

投稿者: seisyun, 2007/12/17集合時間に遅れてしまったので、先に席に案内されたが、戻ってレイや花のいれずみをやってもらった。
バイキングなので自分の好きなものをたくさん食べれたが、私的にもっと食べていたかった（笑）。
トイレに行っていた最中にショーが始まってしまい、タヒチのダンスを見損ねてしまった。一番見たかったダンスだけにショックだった。
色々な地域のダンスを同じ人たちが踊っていたので、PCCとは違った楽しさがあった。まじかで見れたので、一人の人をじっくり観察してダンスを研究した。
PCCが全体の迫力を楽しむショーであるとしたら、ここでのショーはじっくり観察できるものであると思う。
ハワイアン料理やダンスなどを初めて見るといった人にはいいかもしれない。

投稿者: Mr. Anonymous, 2007/11/29Event was extremely well-organized... hard-working staff efficiently received, fed and entertained 800 guests in an outdoor venue over a brief timeframe. Optional transportation from Honolulu is advantageous because the guide promotes partying door to door and the bus driver is the designated driver. Buffet provided sufficient choices for a vegetarian!

なぜこのパラダイスコーブルアウに参加するのか？
それはもちろん気に入っているからですが、オアフ島では一番いいルアウだとおもいます。
まず私はハワイが初めてという方にこのパラダイスコーブルアウを必ず薦めます。
その理由は？内容の割りにリーズナブルであること。？ショーが始まる前にフラレッスンや子供向けのアクティビティーがあること。？ホテルまで送迎があることです。
ただし料理は特においしいとは言えませんあくまでショーを目的に参加されることをお勧めします。
料理で比較的美味しかったのはフライドチキンです。
ポイ（タロイモの磨り潰したもので現地の方の主食・日本の米のようなもの）の食べ方ですがそれだけ食べても美味しくないですがロミロミサーモンなどと一緒に食べると実は結構美味しいんです。米だけ食べるよりおかずも一緒に食べた方が美味しいでしょ。
サンセットや星空も一緒に楽しめるのでワイキキに無いハワイを楽しめると思います。
初めての方一度参加してみてはいかがですか？
私は来年またハワイ初めての方を連れて参加予定です。

A wonderful evening!
投稿者: Kiara and Jacque, 2007/11/14I wish we had gone to the Royal Hawaiian Luau first since we went to another one on our first night in Honolulu and it was nothing compared to this one! The food was excellent! The teriyaki beef was tender, the kalua pork was incredibly flavorful (and they had a whole roasted pig as well!), the mahimahi was some of the best I have ever had and I even tried a bit of the poi (wasn't great, but I had to try it again!). The service was quick and friendly and the drinks were very yummy.
I liked the fact that the show is very engaging and all of the performers just shined on stage. It is a bit pricier than some of the other luaus, but it is definitely worth it!

Great Service
投稿者: Cathi, 2007/11/05The people who run Smith's are GREAT! They are very thoughtful and they make the whole night worth it. The servers went out of their way to help us with my husband's disability issues. They have great food and plenty of it! You will not go away hungry. The show was teriffic.
We were very happy that we went and will go back another time in the future. If you have a large party you can reserve your table space in advance.

The Best!

Smith's has done a great job, of all the things we did and saw this is the one that stands out the most. We would do this over and over. Plus, they took a great picture of our group of 10.

The grounds are beautiful with plenty to see and lots of photo oppotunities. The food was great with friendly, prompt staff, and the show was spectacular. Smith's Luau is a must!
