短パンの場合はケガに注意
投稿者: まいむ, 2021/12/26日本語の話せるインストラクターもいらっしゃり、日本人ひとりでしたが楽しく過ごすことができました。ただ浜辺近くは上からは見えにくいブロックが海中にあるため、足は着くものの戻る際に足をぶつけて両膝とも擦りむいて痛い思いをしました。お店が長袖のラッシュガードを貸してくれるので上半身は大丈夫ですが、短パンで参加される方は日焼け対策含めて注意が必要です。

Friendly Crew!
投稿者: michael chow, 2021/12/19Overall a great experience worth the money to go 10000ft above Waikiki. The crew were professional, but really friendly and help to boost the mood. They are hilarious and really try to get to know you better. Do note that photos by the crew cost an additional 30 dollars.

Amazing crew!
投稿者: William, 2021/12/05Everyone involved in the parasailing was super personable and engaging! Noemi and Rachel at the shack were super nice and relatable during check in and for the pictures! Diego and the captain made sure we were all good before and after the excursion! We were normally supposed to go up to 1000’ but because a few customers did not show up the captain let us go to the max height of 1200’!! Super cool! Would definitely go again!

Once in a Lifetime Experience
投稿者: Jesszel, 2021/12/01This is our first time parasailing and I admit, we were all nervous, but the captain and her crew made us feel safe by telling us all the pre-cautions we need to do. The ride to the take-off site was fun. The actual take off was smooth and the view from the top was awing. This is once in a lifetime experience and I am glad we did this. My 8 year-old son had a great time as well and want to do it again. Highly recommending this activity. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and not to forget the staffs who checked us in that were very accommodating and patient in answering all our questions.

今回、2週間ハワイ滞在の中では最高！の１つです。
投稿者: goの寅, 2021/11/29申し込み時点で満席により変更を余儀なくしました。出だしでちょっと不安をよぎったのですが、参加して最高でした。
英語が話せない二人連れでしたが、受付の方が良く対応して頂けました。パラセイリング最高！また何かあれば是非参画したいです。また、HGVCULBのメンバーですので、宿泊はHGVC、ツアーやアクティビティはVELTRAさんにお願いしようかと思っております。

So Amazing!

Super bumpy and scary experience
投稿者: YYC, 2021/11/23Do not book sunset tour if you are sensitive to the feeling of weightlessness and sea sick. The driver makes the ship super super bumpy, which is unnecessary and they only care about the profit. I was feeling extremely unwell and asked if they could send me back and then continue the tour, but the driver kept ask me “do you want to cancel everyone” and kept saying I will have to pay for everyone’s tour. I will not do the parallel sailing so it should save them time to send me back but they just kept making fun of me with no empathy. After the trip I asked if I could get partially refund as a observer since I didn’t do the parallel sailing and saved them time and strength , which is reasonable , but they just denied my request.
I took other ship tours and all of them are fine, but this one is a immediately NO. Especially the driver said he could not understand my English made me feel kinda under a racist circumstances.

投稿者: Luke, 2021/10/23I had never been parasailing. It was worth it but your only in the air for a short period of time. Coming from an adrenaline junky, I was hopefully it would be more. Guides were cool and super fun. Wouldn't do it again. But just because it wasn't that big of thrill

Kids want to do it again!
投稿者: Mommy_AT, 2021/10/11My three kids had so much fun that they want to do it again! It was a one of a kind, exhilarating experience for the kids and they can’t stop talking about it. They especially loved how they were dipped in the water multiple times :)). My oldest one (17) caught the experience on his GoPro and they continue to relive the experience by watching the videos. Highly recommended!

Parasail Hawaii Tour & Jet Ski Ride Watersports Adventure Combo at Maunalua Bay
Best place
投稿者: Jimmy, 2021/09/21It’s been a great experience and I would recommend anyone to go this place. Me and my my wife never did a Jet ski before so we had to go slow in beginning. Package includes parasailing as well. Overall it was good place to visit and have fun.

投稿者: ヒロシです, 2021/09/13パートナーと2人で参加しました。ガイドのノニさんが親切かつとてもフレンドリーで楽しいカヤック&シュノーケル体験が出来ました。崖上からのジャンプも楽しかったです。写真もたくさん撮って頂きました。本当良い思い出になりました。次回もぜひ参加したいです。参加前の日はしっかり睡眠を取ることをお勧めします。カヤック初心者には少しハードかもですが、次の日の筋肉痛とかはありませんでした。

Discover Lanai Day Trip from Maui, Hulopoe Bay Snorkeling & Sweetheart Rock
Fantastical!!
投稿者: Julie, 2021/09/12Thoroughly enjoyed the trip from beginning to end. The food was plenty and very well done. The lunch especially made you feel like you were royalty. The crew served everything. There was plenty to go around. They were all like a well oiled machine working in harmony to get everyone taken care of. The snorkeling was really nice because it wasn't crowded. We had the whole cove to ourselves. The hike was just right. The ride back was a wild one thanks to the wind. They had even supplied supplies at lunch like ginger and dramamine for sea sickness. I give them 5 stars. Best tour I have ever been on. Thanks to you all.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE for such a great price!!
投稿者: Gerri Weiner, 2021/09/04I can’t rave enough about this company. From the cashier in the office to the Captain (Jim?) and his First Mate (Russell?), the customer service was fantastic. The skill and experience of the Captain & 1st Mate were obvious. My husband and I were aware of how focused they were on safety. They played great music, they were so personable and engaging and made it such a fabulous memory for my family (husband & 3 teens). It was the best part of our Hawaii vacation. Also, pics of your parasailing experience are only $30 (no catches, no tricks). Best value around. Make sure to bring cash to tip them….it’s worth every penny!!

It's a cruise around paradise with a crew of well trained, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly people, what more could you ask for
投稿者: David Shultz, 2021/09/03Our experience was pretty much perfect! The crew quickly found some dolphins which we stopped to watch and talk about, such amazing animals! The snorkel location was beautiful and the crew told us all about the island and various areas relative to local history, legends and the like. We then took to sailing as the weather was being friendly enough and enjoyed drinks and lunch. It's difficult to explain the joy of sailing off the coast of Kauai with a beer and a great group of people, it's worth every penny and more! We asked around the island and were told by every local that Holo Holo was the only choice for cruises around the island, they did not disappoint! We will be back to Kauai and will absolutely return to Holo Holo again
We are thrilled to have had you out on the water and couldn't be happier knowing how much you enjoyed it! Mahalo and Aloha

Friendly Crew, Fun Ride
投稿者: StevenH72, 2021/09/01Hawaiian Parasail was a very fun experience. Starting with the boarding, the two-man crew was very friendly and helpful in getting everyone situated comfortably. The ride out was cool and gave a great view of the city. During the ride, our guide was great at striking up conversation and getting us in our harnesses and life jackets. At first I was given one that closed, but fit too tightly and he offered a larger one to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Once it was time to get up in the air the crew secured us and the ascent was very smooth. The ride was a nice experience. It was a lot calmer and quieter than I expected, but it was still fun. Before going up, we were asked if we were ok with being dunked into the water and we said yes. The dunk was a really nice addition and we're glad we didn't say no like some in our group did. They also offer pictures for purchase. It is $30 which at first sounded pricey, but that is the price for the entire SD card and the photos don't come with any watermarks or logos, so I think $30 was a good price for the 98 pictures we got. Overall, I would recommend this.

Great and Relaxing Excursion to Lanai
投稿者: Katie, 2021/08/28We had a great experience with Trilogy to Lanai. The captain and crew were welcoming and accommodating from the first moment to the very end. We were cared for and serviced for all beverages (coffee, juice, water, cocktails, you name it!) from morning until the last moment as well as with all of our meals, plus some surprise snacks. For being a group excursion, we were pleasantly surprised with how fun and completely relaxing this day was! We only wish it could have been longer… but next time, we’ll sign up for that. I highly recommend!
