昼食は簡素化しています

昼食は、BBQと書いてあったのですが、作り置きの冷えた小さなハンバーガーで、昼食も選んだ理由だったので、変わったのであれば、修正しておいてほしかったです。
ツアーは悪くなかったと思うのですが、コスパとしては、高いと思いました。

So so so worth it!

Great snorkeling trip! Marginal food.
投稿者: Jim, 2021/11/07The boat and crew were great! The snorkeling equipment was first class. We didn't see that much wildlife at the two stops. A lot of small fish. The second stop was better. Didn't notice in the sign-up that the BBQ was vegan. That is nice for folks who like it but it would have been good to offer non-vegan food as well. We paid extra for the food on the cruise and I would have liked some regular food. Overall, the bar and drinks offered were very good and served with a smile. My wife thought the boat and seating were the best. The crew were very informative and happy to share their knowledge and culture with the guests. Would do it again!

What an amazing tour. We saw so many dolphins

Disappointing
投稿者: Colin, 2020/02/09We found this trip rather disappointing. It was supposed to last for an hour but we returned to the pier after 50 minutes. In the event we had probably seen all there was to see after 20 minutes. You see rather dull brown/grey coral, some small blue and yellow fish and some sea urchins - No wrays or sharks or anything unusual. In fact the guide started to describe the history of the buildings on the shoreline as we headed back. Not worth the money.
Sorry to hear that you found our tour disappointing. The tour is one hour from when you get on to when you get off, that does mean that it is about 50 min of actual tour time, we appreciate the insight, maybe we can explore making the tour last a bit longer.
The coral in Hawaii is naturally more neutral in color than other places in the world. However, Kona has amazingly clear waters and colorful fish. Many fish are relatively small so they can live on the reef and fit in the cracks and crevices of the coral. We do not guarantee shark and ray sightings. Though, sometimes we see large interesting creatures like that. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in what Kona's reef has to offer. Most guests express that they find the natural coral ecosystem to be amazing.
Many passengers are interested in the history of the bay including some of the historic buildings. The time when we are heading back and have a good view of the buildings is the perfect time to discuss it.

シュノーケルポイントはまあまあでした。食事は満足できました。
投稿者: 埼玉のオカメ, 2019/12/08レンタカーで集合場所まで移動。駐車場がないので路駐になりました。日本人は私達だけ。白人のお年寄りが多い印象でした。２か所と聞いていたシュノーケルポイントはキャプテンクック１か所だけで、少し物足りなかったです。スタッフさんは元気で明るく、説明は英語だけでしたから全く理解はできませんでしたがとても優しくフレンドリーで感じが良くて、不安になることは一つもありませんでした。食事は船上ということもあり期待をしていなかったのですが(ごめんなさい)、これがとても美味しかった。ハンバーガーは自分で好きなだけトッピングできたので遠慮なくたくさん乗せました。飲み物はありますがいまいち。帰りにクジラの家族に遭遇し、わざわざ船を止めてくれたのでゆっくり見学できました。

Kay was an amazing tour guide. She was so informed and kept us engaged in the whole activity.

気楽にクルーズ＆シュノーケル
投稿者: eco, 2019/06/07英語ガイドで日本人は我々だけ。ガイドのエミさんに「英語がわからないのでサポートをお願いします」とだけ英語で伝えて乗船。 全体にこまめに体調や食事の様子を伺いに声かけしてくださるので、安心して参加できました。キャプテンクックエリアのガイドなどがあったようですが、それが言葉の壁により理解できなかったのが残念。でも、シュノーケルも自分のペースで自由に楽しめるし、二箇所でさまざまな魚やサンゴを観ることができて有意義でした。食事はブッフェ形式。ハンバーガー用のハンバーグはライブグリル！ロケーションと美味しい匂いが最高！とても美味しかったです。朝食は出ますが、9時集合、出航後第1ポイントに着いてからなので、空腹で酔いそうに・・・実際、一度海に入り体調を崩して第2ポイントに向かう前に帰港し下船されたゲストが1名おられました。少しお腹に詰めてから参加される方が良いかもしれまん。
水が苦手な母はずっと船上でしたが、「こういう所で浮き具も貸してもらえるなら次は海に入ってみようと思う。」と海中を実際に見てみたいと魅了されたようです。ガイドのエミさんの声も大変耳心地よく気持ちよくクルーズできました。
シェラトンコナに宿泊していたので、徒歩で集合場所まで行けたのも良かったです。

小さな子供も大喜び、明るい海を手軽に楽しめるツアー！
投稿者: エルモ, 2019/06/02１歳の子供でも楽しめるアクティビティを探していたのですが、こちらはそんな私たちにぴったりでした！
カラフルな魚が、キレイなボートのグラス越しによく見えますし、ラッキーなことに、イルカの群にも遭遇できました。イルカたちは、ボートのすぐ側まで来てくれてとても楽しかったです。
ガイドさんは魚の知識が豊富で、サービス精神の溢れた素敵な方でした。説明は英語なので、英語が分かる方が楽しめますが、仮に分からなかったとしても海そのものが美しいので困るということはないと思います。
乗船時間は１時間ほどです。海は穏やかで船は揺れませんでしたが、うつむいて船底のガラスを眺めるので、船に酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲まれた方がいいと思います。集合場所もわかりやすく、青と黄色の旗をつけたボートをすぐに見つけられると思います。
また次回も利用したいと思います！

快適で楽しいクルージング＆シュノーケリングでした

・トイレは狭くて汚くないか？
・船の上は窮屈じゃないか？
全然問題なかったです！
トイレは東京の1ルームアパートのトイレくらいの広さのものが2箇所に設置されていてとても使いやすかったです。
船の上も広く、他のお客さんとの距離も適度でした。
出発してから30分位いどうして最初のクルージング＆朝食！
海がきれいで底までが12～15mくらいのところでシュノーケリングをしました。
足が届かないところでのシュノーケリングは初めてだったのでドキドキしました。
朝ごはんはパン、卵焼き、フルーツたっぷりのヨーグルトなど、小さなビュッフェ形式でした。フルーツが美味しくておかわりしちゃいました。
そこで40分位滞在してから2個めのシュノーケリングポイントに移動して、シュノーケリング＆昼食
ウミガメにも出会えました！！
お昼のハンバーグ、トッピングを自分で選べました。すごく美味しくて感激しました。
帰りは雲ひとつない快晴の空の下をクルージング、定刻通り到着しました。
また行きたいです。

投稿者: angye, 2018/07/27This adventure was awesome! Lots of fish at both areas but especially the second area. We were the only boat at the second place we went to and there were tons of fish! I wish I would've taken my own snorkel gear but I'll make sure I do next time. Their gear was ok though.
5 hours was a good amount of time and we didn't feel rushed at either stopping area.
The breakfast was good.
I don't eat meat and the veggie burger that they made was pretty bad. I have never had a veggie burger that I liked. I love having everything on a bun with cheese though and that was great.

Informative!
投稿者: Scott Reimer, 2017/11/20My girlfriend broke her ankle trying to go snorkeling so going again was out for us. The next best thing or better even was this tour; Kat, our guide, answered every one of our questions and it was super fun! We saw all kinds of critters and fish and it felt like you were under the waves yourself! Clear and colorful! I’d do it again, and the price was the most reasonable of all the activities we’ve tried so far on the Big Island ;)

大満足！
投稿者: うーたん, 2017/10/30シュノーケル好きの私たち親子は日本からマイ器材を持って参加！
ほかの乗船客は年齢も国籍も様々。
かなり年配のおじいちゃんもいました。
シュノーケル初心者の方にはマスクの付け方などのレクチャーもしっかりしてくださり安心。
ただし説明はすべて船長の早口な英語です。（笑）
シュノーケルポイントは海況を見て2箇所。
1箇所目はホナウナウ国立歴史公園の近く。
大きなサンゴの棚がたくさんあり、色とりどりの熱帯魚もたくさん！
時間を忘れてしまうほど美しいポイントでした。
2箇所目はさらに20分ほどボートを走らせ、先ほどとは一転
何十年か前にキラウエアからの溶岩が海に流れ込んだと言う場所。
冷えて固まった大きな丸い岩がゴロゴロと落ちており、地形を楽しむようなポイントです。
そこではウミガメたちを発見！彼らの邪魔にならないよう、遠くから見つめていました。
ウミガメが泳ぐ姿はまるで空を羽ばたいているようで、とても癒されました。
船長からランチタイムだぞー！と声をかけられ海から上がると、船からもくもくと煙が。
船員さんが焼いてくれたビーフパティやチキンと一緒にフレッシュな野菜を挟む
バイキング形式のハンバーガーランチ！
これが予想をはるかに超える美味しさでビックリ！
サイドの自家製タロイモチップスもとても美味しかったです。
皆が海を名残惜しんでいるところでボートは桟橋に向けて出発。
途中イルカの群れを見つけてしばしイルカウォッチングしたり、
キャプテンクックのモニュメントに寄り道したりしながら戻りました。
5時間ほどのツアーでしたが本当にあっっと言う間に時間が過ぎ、
滞在中もう一回行っちゃう？と話題が出たほど（笑）大満足のツアーでした！
またハワイ島に行った際は絶対に参加します！

魚いっぱい

ハワイ島のここが1番珊瑚が多く魚もたくさんいて本当に素敵なスポットです♪
今回三回目ですがいつも大満足です。
ちょっと金額は高いですが、ボートもキレイだしランチも美味しいし
とても快適
ハワイ島は色んなアクティビティあるけどやっぱり海でシュノーケリングも体験しで欲しいです。ほんとにオススメ
82歳の父は海には入らないけどクルーズ気分でキレイな海を眺めているだけで楽しめました。
またリピートします

タクシーで集合場所へ
投稿者: fkawakam, 2016/10/09カイルア・コナのホテルからタクシーで移動しました。値段はうろ覚えなのですが、確かチップ込みで$30をちょっと越えるぐらいだった気がします。タクシーの運転手には「ケアウホウベイ」と言うと、「ツアー会社は?」と聞かれたようなので、「フェアウインド」と言ったら連れて行ってくれました。また、運転手の方はツアーデスクで帰りの時間をチェックして迎えに来てくれました。
ケアラケクア湾ではイルカの群れに遭遇しました。そのうちの2頭は船のすぐ先までやってきてジャンプまでしていました。どのくらいの確率でイルカに遭遇できるのかはわかりませんが、そういうことも普通にあるようです。
肝心のシュノーケリングですが、魚影はそれほど濃くはないですが、それなりに楽しむことができると思います。
食事は船の上でいただくにしては美味しかったです。ただコーヒーが途中でなくなってしまったようで、昼食時には冷たい飲み物しかなかったのは残念でした。
船の上では場所によっては直射日光を浴びることになるので、帽子とラッシュガードがあったほうが良いと思います。

微妙でした…
投稿者: ゴマちゃん, 2015/07/31催行先が英語のみの対応なので、確認電話で苦労しました。当日はコナの桟橋からの出発でしたので、滞在先からすぐの場所でラクでした。グラスボートはあまり揺れがなく快適でしたが、あまり魚や海中の景色に変化が乏しかったので、正直途中で飽きてしまいました。スタッフの人はフレンドリーにいろいろ話しかけてくれて良かったです。
We are sorry for any difficultty you may have had with your reservation or directions. Kona has some of the clearest waters and abundance of fish in the state, but sometimes "Mother Nature" clouds the waters. We hope that you will join us again in the future.
