I booked a ticket for Broadway last year as well and I got really good seat, so I booked a ticket for West End on this website too.
It feels comfortable, because I can book it while I'm in my own country. I was in the middle of row M where I could see the whole stage.
I don't know how they are getting seats but you wouldn't have any problems if you book tickets for plays abroad on this website!
They made it a good trip.

It was a second time for me to watch the Wicked, my first time was at Broadway. Though it was a last minute reservation, the seat was at the sixth row from the front, center column. Thanks to these great seats and getting to know the story prior to the show, I could fully appreciate direction, music and performers acting and singing.
The singing of the main actors was excellent and the show was as good as the one at Broadway.It was valuable to watch again if you have watched in New York. I hear that the musical is still famous among tourist and difficult to get a good seat. In London you can get tickets at discounted price, and even though the theater is small, it's not as crowded and you can enjoy it in a more relaxed way.
I would like to see it again!

My English is not very good, so I can enjoy a musical, but sometimes I can't get everything they are saying and I'm missing out some of the fun. But that's not the case with Thriller.
I knew all Michael Jackson's songs and all performing singers were very professional. The boy playing young Michael was cute. 2,5 hours passed in no time.
I recommend it.

Honestly I was worried because it was the first time for me to use Veltra, but I received a reconfirmation email quickly and could get the ticket at the box office at the theater without any problems. Thriller Live was far better than I expected. It was great because it wasn't just the copy of Michael himself! I enjoyed beautiful voices that matched Michael's songs. We exchanged our voucher at the theater on the day of the show, and we were so surprised we got seats in the 4rd row! We booked the tickets 2 weeks before and we basically lost hope that we will get good seats, so we were very happy. We could even see the sweat on the face of the actor playing Michael - it was that close! It was truly LIVE!. It was really fun experience during our trip.

My seat was at the center of the second row. I laughed bitterly with English lady next to me saying it's too close to the stage. But after the musical started, I realized that this was the best seat! Unlike when watching a movie, you don't have to look up and it's very exciting to see them playing right in front of you! At the last encore, I enjoyed "Stand up and dance together" which was really fun. The musical was comical and even though I cannot completely understand English, I had lots of fun.

There is no other musical that will make you feel more happy than this one. Young actors dynamic performance and singing were of course great (female audience loved it when male cast took their shirts off) , but older actors sophisticated performance and singing were fantastic! Story is simple (but I recommend you to watch a movie first) and it features well-known hits of ABBA, so it's all in a very light mood. At the end, all the performers came out and everyone stood up and went crazy with ABBA's songs. I will go again on my next business trip.

We went to see it with my 6 years old daughter who loves Disney movies.
The Lion King is one of her favorites, so we knew what happens, but we all got surprised and impressed! The singing voice and the songs were of course amazing, but also the set was so unique and we were excited all the time.
My husband was pretending to be Mufasa (the father of Simba) singing even after we got out of the theater.

We went with our two primary school daughters. We were worried if they will be able to understand it in English, but the story was pretty simple. They both loved it! We had reserved seats this time and we were seating quite close to the stage, so we could see everything perfectly. 毎年行くロンドン、最初の頃は航空会社の無料送迎付き、やがて有料が次第に値上がり・・・
最近は節約の為、往復とも地下鉄を利用していましたが、復路の重いスーツケースやバッグを持って混み合う電車の乗り降りや階段など、とても重労働でしたが、今回、混載のpickupがあることを知り、復路のみ初めて利用させて頂きました。
評価では時間通りに来ないようなことが書かれていましたが、時間より早く来て待っていたようです。他に乗客はなく私１人で貸し切り状態で、楽々４５分で着きました。たっぷり時間も余っていたので免税店でもゆっくりお買い物出来ました。
おかげさまで、久しぶりに疲れず空港に着けました。
次回からも是非お世話になりたいと思います。
ただ一つ、これは私のうっかりミスでしたが、４８時間前の再確認の電話をする際に国番の４４は省きましたが頭に０を加えるのを忘れて何度かけてもかからず焦ってしまいました。
電話番号のところに、ひと言説明書きがあると有難かったかな？と思います。
