良かったです
投稿者: TomTom, 2015/10/01残念ながら終日曇りで、リギ山からの景色は真っ白。
ただ、雲に突入するまでのケーブルカーからの景色と雲を抜けてからの鉄道の旅は素晴らしかったです。
ケーブルカー乗り場まではバスで行きますが、ガイドさんが楽しくスイスの話をしてくださったので、あっという間でした。
天気さえ良ければ・・・と思わずにはいられませんが、それ以外については良かったと思います。

投稿者: Annie Boreham, 2015/10/01We booked this tour online with no trouble at all. When we arrived in Zurich, we found out that the tour company can provide pick up from our hotel with no extra cost. It's a definitely advantage, saving us from looking for the meeting place early in the morning. We departed Zurich on time and headed towards Lucerne. We were given sufficient time to explore the area before heading to Mount Pilatus. Once we arrived at the bottom of Mount Pilatus. We were greeted by our local guide. He was very informative and guided us up the mountain and back down to Lucerne. It was an overcast day and we read some other review about similar tour. However, it was still amazing once we were above the cloud level. The scene was just magnificent. The cogwheel ride came down the mountain was also a very special experience. I highly recommend this tour if anyone visiting Switzerland .

ジュネーブから憧れのモンブランへ、バスツアー
投稿者: miya, 2015/09/12モンブランへのバスツアーは、自由旅行の私達にとって、安心な良い選択でした。自分で行ったらこのように待ち時間もなく効率よく行けなかっただろうし、説明もしてもらえて分かりやすかったです。他の参加者と話せたのもよかった。
フランス語が母国語のガイドさんは、日本語も英語も上手でした。見知らぬ土地で、日本語を話すガイドさんに出会えたことは、想像以上に安心で、嬉しいことでした。しかも、一人ひとりに心遣いしてくれる素敵な女性で、大当りでした。
8:15集合、8:30出発。ジュネーブ駅の観光バス乗り場は、前日に確認しておきました。観光バス乗り場には、公衆トイレがあるので、駅の有料トイレを使わないで行きましょう。
8:00にジュネーブ駅近くのパン屋さんでサンドイッチを買って、バスの中で朝食。
肝心なモンブラン、エイギュイユドミニは、8月だというのに雪が降って何も見えず、雲の中をケーブルカーを乗り継いで登りました。雲の切れ間から山が少し見えるかもしれないので、がっかりしないで良く探して下さい。と言われ、目を皿のようにして行きました。残念ながらずっと深い雲の中でしたが、山の気まぐれも、楽しみのうち。
下山して、ケーブルカーの駅から、シャモニーモンブラン駅まで、かわいいおとぎの国のようなシャモニーの町の15分の散策を楽しみました。
食事は、地元の家族もランチしている、気軽でおいしいレストランでしたが、ディッシュが、ゆっくり出てくるので、メインディッシュのチキンとポテトを待てずに、セルフサービスのサラダとスープとパンだけでお終いだと思って、席を立ってしまった参加者がいたのが残念でした。
また、食事の後に、シャモニーモンブラン駅の後ろから可愛い電車に乗って、氷河、メールドグラスへのツアーがありましたが、日本語の案内には載っていなかった。日本語の案内では、食後ジュネーブへの帰途に就き、15:15にはジュネーブへ帰ることになっていました。予定よりツアーが長くなり、ジュネーブ駅へは、18:30位に帰って来て、儲かった気がしました。
思いがけず、氷河を楽しめてすごく嬉しかったけれど、もし人と待ち合わせなど、時間の予定を立ててしまっていたら困ったと思います。
日本と現地で、スケジュールの行き違いがあるのなら、訂正した方がよいと思います。
シャモニーはフランスなので、ユーロを持っていかないと不便です。お茶を飲んだ時に、小額だったのでクレジットカードが使えない、と言われて困りました。頼み込んで、カードで支払いましたが。
お友達に、紹介したくなる楽しい旅でした。また行きたいです。次回は、青空が見えますように。

素晴らしい思い出になりました
投稿者: marble2014, 2015/09/02グリンデルワルトでは4時間ほど自由時間があったので、展望台で眺めを楽しみ、トロッティバイクで山を下り、長い滑り台で遊んだり十分遊ぶことができました。子どもが制約条件をクリアしていなかったのでパラグライダーやフィルストフライヤーはできませんでしたが、機会があれば次は是非チャレンジしたいです。
子連れ旅でしたのでバスや電車に乗っている時間や到着してからの自由時間がどれだけあるのかが気になるところでしたが、ツアー詳細に掲載されていなかったので個別に確認してから参加しました。参考までに記します。
8時チューリッヒ中央駅近くの観光バスターミナル出発
10時半インターラーケン到着、小休憩
11時インターラーケンを同じバスで出発
12時半グリンデルワルト到着
16時過半グリンデルワルトを電車で出発
17時インターラーケン・オスト駅に到着
18時行きと同じバスがピックアップしてくれて出発
20時チューリッヒの同じバスターミナルで解散

中央スイス ピラトゥス山観光ツアー ＜5～11月／ルツェルン発＞
美しい
投稿者: kojima, 2015/08/30ルツェルン駅横の観光センターの中で集合し12時30分出発、バス移動、ロープウェイを1回乗りついて山頂近くまで、２時間あまり自由時間がありました。一つの尾根が20分ぐらいで登れます。15時40分集合しトロッコ列車で下山、船に乗船しルツェルンまで18時前に解散しました。景色は最高、色々な乗り物に乗れ色々な場所より景色が見れ最高でした。

Rhine Falls trip from Zurich Airport
投稿者: StevenM, 2015/08/27We had a layover at the Zurich airport and decided to take a quick trip to see the countryside and the Rhine Falls. We found the Regional Bus Station after a bit of looking. It is on the top floor of the Airport Shopping Building. The drive out to the Falls was beautiful with some detours into some small charming farm towns. Our Guide was very knowledgeable and helped us get a feel for the country. Once at the Falls, almost everyone took a boat to the rock at the base of the Falls (cost 8 CHF, 4 for children). We didn't do it as it was raining. We instead enjoyed views of the Falls from the shore. The steps up to the viewing platform were narrow and crowded with people trying to come up and down to get back to the single dock. Overall an impressive sight as the largest waterfall in Europe, but if you've been to Niagara falls, don't expect too much. The falls are not very high but very wide (over 150 meters).
The entire round trip was about 2.5 hours on a large motor coach with about 20 other people. Wish it was a bit longer trip as we had a lot more time to kill. The guide only let us have one hour at the Falls, which seemed a bit short given that most people took the boat to the rock. We didn't do the 30 minute boat trip and we still felt rushed. Guide was 5 minutes late getting back to the bus herself which was not cool as she was very stern in telling everyone not to be late.
Viator advertised 3.5 hours (approx.), so we were a bit disappointed that we didn't use the full time and stay longer at the Falls or make a stop at one of the charming villages we drove through. Not sure why they didn't allocate an additional 30-45 minutes somewhere given that there was no traffic and we were way ahead of schedule. Seemed a bit expensive at over $50 USD / person (comes out to over $20/hour) and it being on a large crowded bus.

Rhine Falls Day Trip from Zurich
Pleasant Tour
投稿者: Melissa, 2015/08/26We had a layover in Zurich so picked this tour because it was one of the only half day tours. It was a pleasant tour but short. We drove through a very cute town in Switzerland to see how towns were before modernization. It was charming but might have been nice if we stopped and walked around and didn't just drive through it. We then went to the falls. They were nice falls but not really a destination. There wasn't much to do besides looking at the falls. We had an hour at the falls which was fine. We then drove through Germany and again it might have been nice if we stopped. Overall, the bus and tour were pleasant but it wasn't much of a destination and we felt like it was just too short. It might have been good if we at least stopped at one other town to walk around or have lunch.

Nice tour company, but...
投稿者: ACuriousTraveler, 2015/08/24First off, let me start by stating that I liked the tour company. They started the tour on time. The tour guide was awesome. Very informative. Gave a lot of information all along the way back and forth. Was very helpful through out. ***** (5 stars) for the tour guide.
Now about the place itself, Jungfraujoch - I thought I would not have missed anything had I not taken the trip. The stop at Interlaken was good. But I did not see any point in going all the way to the Top of the Europe. Especially when the price of the actual cogwheel rail itself is the most expensive portion of the trip. We hardly got 2 hours at the top and that too got to be out in the snow at only two place and even once out there you do not get the feel of being at the Top of the Europe at all. The 2 hour walk in the tunnel is alright.
The whole experience is wonderful and saw a lot of good sights along the way. But you can see some good sights all across Switzerland. Remember the cogwheel train cost itself is a major portion of the tour cost and it is not worth the money. Everything else deserves ***** (5 stars) rating.
I wish some had posted this review before.

世界遺産ユングフラウヨッホ 日帰りツアー ＜英語ガイド／チューリッヒ発＞
お得だったと思います。参加して良かったです。
投稿者: H.T, 2015/08/23個人で行く場合の交通費を検討したらこのツアーに参加する方が安いと思いチューリッヒから参加しました。夏休みだったので５０人くらいの参加で２階建てバスはほぼ定員いっぱいに乗っていましたが、登山電車は貸切の車両だったので座れないということはありませんでした。
グリンデルヴァルトで少し写真を撮りたかったのですが、さすがにかなりの予定を詰め込んでいるのでスケジュールに余裕はなく、さらに日本人ツアーではないので時間を守らない人がいるので時間が押し写真が撮れませんでした。時間的にもう少し余裕があるともっと良いツアーだと思います。
また、このツアーはバスを含め座席取りが重要です。特に登りの登山電車は進行方向に対し右側の窓際座席。下りは左側の窓際座席をキープすることをお勧めします。

まさに奇跡が（≧∇≦）

折角だからとユングフラウヨッホのツアーを全員申し込みました。
天候は雨（≧∇≦）
まぁこればかりは仕方が無いとチューリッヒからバスに乗りました。
登山列車で3000メーター以上登れるだけで貴重な体験です(^ ^)
ところが！
展望台に上がると、、、、、
何とユングフラウの美しい姿が！！！
展望台では世界各地からの観光客が大歓声〜(^O^)／
もう写真を撮るのが馬鹿らしくなる位の美しく雄大な岩壁が手に取れるような臨場感。
全く期待していなかっただけにチューリッヒに帰ってから全員でワインを飲みながら
喜びを噛み締めていました。
同乗した年配の夫婦は初めての海外旅行。
何とラッキーな事でしょう(^ ^)
一生の思い出とはこの事ですね。
バスの道中の光景だけでもお値打ちです。
流石はスイスでございました。

Good tour of Mount Pilatus, though check the weather!
投稿者: Andrew, 2015/08/16I would suggest, if possible, checking the weather before booking this tour. Unfortunately, I had already paid for the tour before I knew it would be rainy and cloudy that weekend, and in the end I could not see anything. Quite a disappointment. This is not really a fault of the tour company itself, though, and I am satisfied with how the tour was conducted. For example, I made a mistake with my reservation and had to call the office the day before the tour debarked, and the lady I spoke to (Mirja) was very nice/helpful/professional.
The tour itself seemed to be more popular among the senior folk, but as a younger solo traveller, I was still able to make some friends on the trip. The tour guide was nice and friendly, but she did not explain much or guide us around when we reached the top (we were to just explore on our own). There was also a bit of disorganization in the tour. The trip honestly was quite boring for me because of the weather, but I can imagine it would be great if you could actually see the views at the top of the mountain. I enjoyed the cogwheel train part of the tour the most.
For comparison, the tour basically follows the golden round trip, and the price for buying the tickets and going yourself is ~100CHF as of this review (Though my hostel sold it for 90CHF). Add to that the cost of transport to/from Lucerne (~30+ CHF if you buy the super saver train tickets online). Especially with a rebate offer from Veltra, it turned out that booking this tour ended up being a lot cheaper than buying the tickets and going alone, so it was a good deal for me! This is because the tour is able to take advantage of group rates and charter busses, saving everyone money in the end.

ガイドさんが親切でした！！
投稿者: Emm, 2015/08/16グリンデルワルトへの参加者が2名だけで、私とアメリカ人の女の子だけでした。私が見るからに学生で日本人だったからか、ガイドさんが大変親切に集合場所など説明してくれました。グリンデルワルトもインターラーケンも完全に自由行動なので、好き勝手にウロウロできて最高でした！！！どちらも小さい町なので、1人で歩き回れます(^O^)
ゴンドラは高所恐怖症なので、乗ってから後悔しまくりましたが、フィルストに着いたら景色が素晴らしすぎて写真とりまくってました。1人だったので、他に1人ぽい観光客みつけて写真とりあったりして楽しかったです(*^_^*)

overall, it was good however, while we were riding on the bus wasn't so good because we couldn't know where the place which the guide man was speaking.

Best of Zurich City Sightseeing Tour with Lake Zurich Cruise and Cable Car Ride
Good tour!
投稿者: KMK, 2015/08/16Through the whole, it was good!! It was a hot and sunny day. So we could see all the scenery beautifully. We could see a lot of sightseeing points from the window on the bus. Besides, we could get off the bus at the Lake Zurich and Fraumünster Church to take some pictures. Chagall-Windows were especially great!! The guide gave us some explanations of the details of those windows.
It might not be helped,but the guide on the bus sometimes described the explanations too late because of the translation by two languages. So we were often confused and could not understand them.
Lake Zurich Cruise and Cable Car Ride included in this tour were fantastic. We were able to overlook Lake Zurich, Zurich city and further more. It was really good.

とにかく自然たっぷり！

ルツェルンで各自ランチを取ります。
街並みが可愛いのでついゆっくりしてしまいますが
意外と迷子になりやすいので、早めの行動をお勧めします。
ケーブルカーは湖と山に囲まれた綺麗な町が眼下に広がり、心が洗われます。
カウベルの音も綺麗に響いてます。
山の中腹と頂上でもそれぞれゆっくりする時間があります。
中腹にはレストランや子供用のアスレチックがあります。
登山鉄道はなかなかに歴史を感じるガタゴト感がありますが、
乗り心地は悪くありません。
登山はしたくないけど、良い景色は見たい！
という方は絶対このツアーが良いと思います！

Fantastic trip. Lucerne stop off was lovely - not much of a guided tour but pointed out some highlights then gave us some time to wander with a map which was good and allowed to get some nice photos and a sandwich. Mount titlis was amazing - the glacier cave, ice flyer, suspension bridge were all fantastic and the views of the Alps from the summit were breathtaking. Got stuck on the cable car on the way down as very busy when we went and some lightning occurred but other than that great trip. Guide was very informative and waited for all even giving some extra time on the mountain because it was so crowded to get up.

初心者にはベスト
投稿者: しーまり, 2015/08/09前日にガイドさんからホテルの部屋に連絡があり、十分説明してくれたので、不安なくツアーにのぞめた。また、トレッキング中も高山植物などしっかり案内してくれて、とても充実していました。トレッキング自体は、ゆっくり案内しながらするので、初心者のはとてもよかったです。ハードなトレッキングを期待する人には物足りないでしょう。食事もアイガー北壁が間近に見えるレストランでゆっくりとれて、よかったです。ユングフラウヨッホの展望台は夏でも寒いので、フリース、帽子、手袋を持っていて正解でした。

One day trip to Jungfraujoch
投稿者: koronbo, 2015/08/06A solo trip from Zurich to Jungfraujoch is pretty difficult to do in one day, but with this tour it was very easy and pleasant at the same time.
Before the tour I was worried that transport to Jungfraujoch will take most of the time of the tour, but in the end we had enough time, it didn't feel rushed and had plenty of time to take pictures.
As in case of any tour, much depends on the weather, but I was lucky and the weather was perfect, so I could enjoy the trip to the fullest.

At the top we had a wonderful meal admiring the panorama outside. As we go up to 3000 meters so fast, I got a little of mountain sickness, but it was a valuable experience. Definitely recommend it.

At the Jungfraujoch viewing point there was a Japanese red post box, so I've sent a postcard from there.

世界遺産ユングフラウヨッホ 日帰りツアー ＜英語ガイド／チューリッヒ発＞
いい天気
投稿者: りかゆう, 2015/08/02弾丸ツアー最期の地スイスで山に行きたいということで、このツアーに参加しました。
天気が心配でしたが、当日は稀にみる晴天。こんないい天気はほとんどないと添乗員さんも言ってたくらいすばらしかったです。
頂上はさすがに着込まないと寒かったですが、山々がくっきりと綺麗に見れてよかったです。

The スイスの景色
投稿者: Yu1108ri, 2015/07/30時間はかかりましたが絶景を観ることができました。ガイドさんはとても明るく元気で大勢をまとめるのも大変そうでしたが常に笑顔でした。
ユングラウヨッホの展望台では日本の赤いポストボックスが置いてありポストカードが出せました。
すごく楽しかったです。

ユングフラウヨッホ1日ツアー
投稿者: ころんぼ, 2015/07/25チューリヒから個人でユングフラウヨッホまで１日で往復するのはかなり大変だと思いますが、このツアーではそれが簡単に、そして快適に行うことができます。
参加前は特にユングフラウヨッホでの観光時間が取れるのか不安でしたが、ユングフラウヨッホ以外の各スポットでも十分な時間があり、ユングフラウヨッホも一通り見て、しっかり写真撮影をすることもできました。
（どのツアーもそうでしょうが、特に）このツアーは天候に大きく左右されますが、私は最高の天気でツアーを満喫することができました。
