The alhambra is an amazing place. We were touring around Spain, and it was the highlight of the trip. The audio guide which was part of this package was great, although no earphones were supplied. A couple of irritating points were that the numbers you typed in to hear the comments did not match those at the alhambra, and some locations had no descriptions available - notably two museums within the complex. Finding the office was easy enough and it was quick to check out and check in the audio guides.

Very nice staff - good with the mobil guide - very fine toilets - good with the small shops where you could bay drinks an small food.
Sad that the museum was closed on a monday.
Some buildings we couldn`t get inside?
But in general it was a very good eksperience. Super!

It was an organized and informative tour and our guide was very knowledgeable. But, I think it was too much information to absorb in a short period of time and therefore I don't remember a lot. Less would be more....

This was a 2 part tour-our tour guide of the Alhambra was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgable and engaging. Wonderful!
The Flamenco show and dinner was not so good- When we got to the restaurant the man asked us if we were suppose to get a dinner or tapas. I showed him my printed voucher which stated dinner, but he said I needed a ticket. There was much confusion on their end and he said since I did not have "tickets" he could not give us a dinner??? Not sure I got what I paid for! The flamenco show on it's own was entertaining.

The Alhambra tour was good and the guide was informative, however it was difficult to hear the guide sometimes, especially when not near the guide talking. Lots more tours going on at the same time at The Alhambra.

英語ガイド付きツアー

最初、日本の旅行業者のオプショナルツアーで頼もうとしたら、その曜日にはありませんと言われたので、VELTRAで検索したところ、日本語ガイド付きのツアーがないだけで、英語ガイド付きのツアーがあったので頼みました。事前に日本語のガイドブックで予習もしていったこともあり、特に困ることはありませんでした。値段も安かったですね。日本人がグループにいないのは、ある意味快感でした。

憧れのアルハンブラ宮殿

今夏、憧れのアルハンブラ宮殿にいってきました。自分でチケットを手配する予定でしたが、何度やってもカード決済がなぜかできず、そのうちに定員いっぱいで予約も取れない状態に。すがるきもちでこちらにお願いしました。諦めかけたチケットもととることができ、日本語情報センターでチケットや音声ガイドを受け取りにいったときに、そこの担当の方に的確にルートを教えていただき、グラナダのみならずグラナダからの交通ルートなど、様々なスペインの情報を教えていただけ、旅行の大きな助けとなりました。
アルハンブラ宮殿は予想通り素晴らしく、一生の思い出に残る体験になりました。

予約が遅くなり、ナスル宮殿のオフィシャルサイトでの申込ができず困っていた時に見つけたのがこちらのサイトでした。チケット等の受取時間をこちらの都合に合わせていただいたり、現地でのおすすめスポットや食事のことなど、丁寧に教えていただき、大変助かりました。料金はオフィシャル予約よりは高くなりましたが、申し込んで良かったです。ありがとうございました。

他業者でチケット手配しようとしたところ希望日はすでに完売とのこと。せっかくグラナダまで行くのにアルハンブラ宮殿に入れないかも…と焦って色々なところを当たっていましたが運良くこちらで手配することができました。実際に入場して目の当たりにした宮殿はもうとにかく素晴らしかったです。グラナダ滞在日が日本語情報センターの臨時休館に当たってしまいましたが、チケットとオーディオガイドを宿泊ホテルカウンターでの受取、返却にして下さり大変助かりました。

是非一度経験してみては⁉

アルハンブラ宮殿はホテルまでの送迎はありますが、その後オフィスに着いたら言葉別ツアーに分かれます。英語のガイドさんはとても丁寧で感じが良く親切な方でした。
しかしガイドさんはハマムに行くツアーがあることもよく解っていなかったようで、私たちもどこにハマムがありどうやってチケットなしで入るのかわからず、アルハンブラ宮殿のあとにいろいろと聞いてハマムの場所まで行きました。
ハマムは予約段階で時間の変更をお願いしていて時間通りに現地に着くと、わからない様子でした。そして予約をしたのだがというと予約票を見せてと言われましたが、朝お迎えの人に既に渡してしまいないと言ったらそのまま通してくれました。ちょっとそこらへんが話が合わず手惑いました。
ハマムはタオルなどはあり、大変清潔で大人の雰囲気のあるお風呂で、子供連れで行く感じではなかったです。アルハンブラ宮殿後のハマムだったので内装がアルハンブラに来たような古代の雰囲気を楽しめました。
ハマムはスペインのあちらこちらにあるのでわざわざ時間のない中グラナダで利用しなくても良かったです。

ガイドさんはアルハンブラ宮殿や歴史に大変知識が豊富で丁寧に解りやすく説明してくれた。
大変暑い日でしたが上手く時間配分、休憩をとってくれて十分堪能できた。
夜のフラメンコ鑑賞については、会場から少し離れたところから歴史ある街並みを散策しながらライトアップされた宮殿の夜景を眺め素晴らしかった。
洞窟タブラオでのフラメンコは前の方の席に座れ大変な迫力で感動した。
