Nice to be escorted through the lines and the audio headsets were quite OK. The knowledge provided was really interesting and relevant to the views. Many good photo opportunities, a stunning attraction to say the least.

The only problem we found was that we booked English only tour but it was English and Spanish so the tour seemed to take a lot longer though the tour guide was very good.

Nice tours, very good drivers. Due to traffic, comments difficult to understand. Maybe you could re-record them via equalizer emphasizing formant/higher frequencies.

Barcelona is very large, so the Hop on Hop off bus is a great way to see quite a bit of the city and then decide where you want to go back and spend more time.

Skip the Line Park Guell and Sagrada Familia Tickets with Transfer

Really interesting sites and guide was very good. There was some confusion with our tour (booked through another agency) as while we'd booked a tour including the Sagrada Familia, it was closed that day (holiday). The tour guide arranged for a bus to pick us up, and accompanied us to the main office where we were booked for a tour the following morning. This worked well as we were boarding our ship that day, but had plenty of time. The only somewhat negative occurrence was how she dealt with 2 people who had booked the tour but waited at the wrong location for it to start. When they found the tour and wanted to join, she said she was not allowed to have them join us. She spent time explaining it to them, talking to the office and finally with encouragement from others, let them join in. This could have been handled better and we feel there is no need for such a rigid policy. We enjoyed Parc Guell but La Sagrada was the star! Very impressive!! Highly recommended...particulary the "front of the line" aspect.

Il y a 2 options pour visiter la Sagrada Familia : une entrée simple, comme nous l'avions fait il y a 10 ans, en regardant des pierres, ou une visite guidée, avec skip the line pour oublier les files d'attente. Et ça change tout...connaître les débuts de la construction, l'exaltation de Gaudi devant l'oeuvre de sa vie, l'avancement des travaux, la signification des sculptures, des vitraux, comprendre la démesure de l'oeuvre et comment elle accapare tous ceux qui s'y implique. Vivre la construction d'une cathédrale au 21eme siècle, même pendant une toute petite heure, c'est unique. L'intérieur du temple dépasse tout ce que l'on peut imaginer...et monter jusqu'au sommet, c'est s'offrir une vue exceptionnelle, avec vue imprenable sur les décoration de fruits qui coiffent les flèches.

Le meilleur moyen pour visiter Barcelone, sans s'embêter avec les embouteillages, vérifier le plan ou garder l'oeil sur son GPS. Comme on était pressé, on a utilisé le bus pour faire le tour de la ville coté Nord, en partant de la Plaza de Catalunya, et sans en descendre jusqu'à la Sagrada Familia, mais c'est une super option pour visiter un site, reprendre un autre bus, en descendre pour visiter un nouveau coin sympa, et ainsi de suite. Comme souvent à Barcelone, le grand beau temps nous a permis de profiter de l'étage à ciel ouvert et de faire des photos bien plus facilement qu'en étant au ras du sol. Idéal pour visiter la ville, choisir ses centres d'intérêt, sans être stressé par le trafic.

It takes you to all the big sites, for real - we discovered that a lot of these buses pass through them (Tower Bridge) or near them (not past the front of Buckingham Palace!?) - this bus made sure you saw everything.
Also, if you get it so you can ride any of the routes, it's cheaper and better than taking a taxi anywhere! The stops were all over the city, and there was one in Plaza Catalunya, which was right where we were staying - we used it to get to the mountain, to the mall, to the churches, everywhere!
Definitely book this one.

Driver from airport to my hotel was exceptional..I often purchase a private car upon my arrival to a new city and like to be met outside of customs. My driver had the only professional looking sign with my name of all I saw, most looked hastily made and very worn. He was polite and helpful even when I discovered that I had left one small bag at the luggage claim area. Honestly my driver was the safest one I have had in years AND he did not try to talk my ear off. Thank you City Discovery.

When we decided to do this tour, we had limited time, and needed to make sure we 'skipped the line'. However, it's more than just avoiding queues - there is so much more to know about the history and background to this masterpiece which you just wouldn't get without a guide. Local knowledge is priceless when you have a limited window to do the research and get a full understanding of the genius in this amazing building.

THE TOUR WAS WONDERFUL AND THE TOUR LEADER EXCEPTIONAL. HER EXPLANATION OF EVERYTHING AND HER SENSE OF HUMOUR WAS REFRESHING AND INFORMATIVE.
OUR SON AND HIS WIFE WENT TO THE SAME PLACES, BUT NOT ON A TOUR AND THE INFORMATION THEY RECEIVED WAS MINIMAL EVEN WITH HIRED HEADPHONES.
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WISHING TO SEE SAGRADA FAMILIA AND CASA BATILO TO TAKE THE TOUR. IT REPRESENTED EXCELLENT VALUE.

City Discovery organized our tour through the BGB(Barcelona Guide Bureau). We had one of the best english speaking guides called Bernard. He was very fluent, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. We were handed ear phones connected to the guide's microphone and we could hear him at any distance. The bus rides were comfortable, cool, and well organized.

We found the tour very well organised and our tour guide very well informed. It was also helpful having the earphones so if our guide was out of sight we could still hear everything and the fact the tour was only in English rather than 3 different languages was also a bonus. We would definetely recommend this 'Gaudi' tour to others.n

Amazing tour and a highlight of time in Barcelona. The tour guide made effort to make this tour memorable and he achieved that 100%. As with other tours organised through City Discovery, this was well organised and presented by an obvious excellent understanding of the subject.

Angela, our tour guide, was great. Towards the end of the tour there was a lot of interference with our head phone system. It also rained so we missed our access to the tower. We eventually got our refund back. Overall, I will use your services. Thank you for allowing us to beat the line on a rainy day!

Excellent order procedure. Would however like to see more information about the actual tour provider and more details about times and how to identify the bus, what do the specific bus stops look like etc. Not being able to speak the local language, one needs as much information as possible beforehand.
