予約の取りやすさで
投稿者: Noriko, 2016/11/11初めて「最後の晩餐」を見たのが2005年。その頃に比べると格段に予約が難しく直のHPを始め他の代理店（2か所）も探しましたが
こちらで英語での半日観光付きツアーが空いてましたのでお願いしました。
自分が見た中では一番空きがあったと思います。
英語だけでなくイタリア語、スペイン語での説明もありましたがこれは事前の口コミ評価で知っていましたので想定内。歩いてのみだと思っていたのが途中地下鉄に乗ったりと良い経験もできました。
本当は「最後の晩餐」鑑賞のみ、または日本語ツアーが良かったのですが予約時にはこれしかなく申し込みました。ただ直前に見たら鑑賞のみや日本語ツアーに空きが出たりと日程に余裕があるならこまめにチェックするといいかと思います。

予約が難しい「最後の晩餐」鑑賞付ミラノ半日観光ツアー英語ガイド
投稿者: 成田幸雄, 2016/11/08当日はあいにくの雨で、「最後の晩餐を」観るために一度前週に訪れたドゥオモにも再度行くことになっても頑張って行きました。ドゥオモに入る際には雨の中結構待たされ、周りの人のかさの雨粒でずぶ濡れになりながらも「最後の晩餐の」ために我慢しました。良くありがちなのが、事前に映像や画像で思いを膨らませすぎて、現物を見て拍子抜けしてしまうといったことも少なくありません。
今回の「最後の晩餐は」いい意味で大きくそういった不安が一掃されました。「最後の晩餐」に辿り着くために途中何箇所かで待たされましたが、「最後の晩餐」がある部屋に通されると世界観が一変し、空気が止まったような感覚にとらわれました。ミラノ観光の際には何はさておいても「最後の晩餐」の鑑賞をお勧めします。
予約状況の関係で、英語ツアーに参加しましたが、英語ツアーというより英語ガイドも付いてますと言った方がいいくらいで、イタリア語およびドイツ語がメインだったように感じました。英語の時間が短く聞き入っているとすぐに他の言語にスイッチしてしまうのが残念でした。
日本人は、やはり日本語ツアーに参加したほうが良いと思います。
同じバスの後方に日本語ツアーの方が固まっておられましたが、日本語ガイドの女性が事細かに説明されたり、旅行者の話に実もを傾けられてるのを聞いて、英語ツアーよりも少々高くても十分に満足できるのではないかと思いました。英語ツアーのガイドさんも人間的にはいい方でしたが、ガイドとしての満足度からすると日本人の感覚とはやはり少し違いますね。

The meeting place was easy to find in Milan. The tour guide was excellent. She gave us earphones that were very good ones, so that we could hear her narration. We actually did skip the line at each of the places on our tour: Il Duomo, LaScala Opera Theatre and The Last Supper. We learned quite a bit of history from the tour guide. I would definitely recommend this tour. It was well worth the money.

軽食ではなく夕食でした！！
投稿者: 匿名希望, 2016/09/22オペラの前に、日本人アテンダントの方に連れていっていただきましたお店は、ハッピーアワーということで、ワングラスで前菜を自由に堪能できますが、お代わり自由であることから我々には軽食ではなく夕食となりました。
素敵なお店を紹介して頂きましたアテンダント方に感謝いたします。
服装については、TPOということもありますが、3rd席ではTシャツもしくは類似するシャツ姿の方も結構見受けられました。

初心者大歓迎！セグウェイで巡る☆ミラノ半日ツアー＜英語ガイド＞
主な見どころを短時間で見るなら絶対セグウェイ！
投稿者: ぴーす, 2016/09/20人生５回目のセグウェイでしたが、一番良かったです。ミラノの主要箇所を足ならず、セグウェイで回るので、小さい店や見どころも逃さず見れました。今回は初めて、イヤホンガイド付きで、これまでは止まって説明だったので、セグウェイに乗っている時間がその分少なくなりましたが、乗りながら説明を聞けるのも良かったです。美味しいジェラートの店や、ピザ＆パスタの店の前も通ってくれて、後でその店に行きましたが、イタリア旅行で一番おいしい店でした。
とてもお勧めのツアーですが、長時間で、混雑した場所や狭い道も通りますから、セグウェイに慣れていない人には、ちょっと難しいかもしれません。

高いけれど、別世界をのぞき見る貴重な体験です
投稿者: バンベルグの騎士, 2016/09/14 ミラノ旅行で妻にせがまれて応募しました。チケット代金が夫婦で9万円弱という事で、最初は正直余り乗り気でありませんでした。
出発前の準備ですが、先ずDVDで「魔笛」の筋立ての確認が必要です。これをしておかないと、現地で前の席の字幕ばかり見るハメになります。又、観光旅行にジャケット・ネクタイ・一張羅のシャツを持っていく事は初めてでした。（この時点でも未だ乗り気で無かった）
実際に体験してみて、感激しました。「今度はイタリア語オペラをイタリアの劇場で見たい」と思いました。
先ず、欧州のある程度アッパーな人たちの本気でドレスアップした姿を垣間見る良い機会でした。テレビでしか見たことが無い情景に自分がいる、まさに「別世界」とはこういう事と思いました。
又、出発前にDVDで見て難解と感じた「魔笛」が、演出や筋立てのちょっとした変更で分かりやすく演じられ、大変面白く鑑賞できました。加えて、実力ある歌手の声量や表現力の高さを生で聞き、感激しました。
一生に何度もはできないでしょうが、何時かまた行きたい、今度は同じモーツァルトの「セビリアの理髪師」を観たいという新たな夢が出来ました。

少しがんばってドレスアップしたので、日常を忘れる夢のような空間でした。

投稿者: K.K, 2016/08/18コンパクトにまとまっていて、非常に効率のよいプランでした。特に、「最後の晩餐」鑑賞がよかったです。ツアー参加者も世界各国からの人たちで、とてもインターナショナルな雰囲気。ガイドさんを含めて、みなとても陽気で楽しかったです。アナさんというベテラン女性の英語とポルトガル語によるガイドでしたが、＋10 Euroで、日本人ツアー客に同行していた日本人語ガイドさんの方に変更も可能ということでした。

Disappointing
投稿者: Carol, 2016/06/20This tour was disappointing as we were just given the tickets to go to the duomo on our own without the quide taking us at the end of the last supper it was late and we couldn't go in, and the next day we were leaving waste of money would not recommend it do it on your own.

素晴らしい体験
投稿者: 老齢夫婦, 2016/06/13あこがれのスカラ座でオペラ体験することができました。チケットの受け渡しが不安でしたが、エージェントの方が持参してくれました。奮発して上級席をお願いしたのですが、これも正解。臨場感が違います。きちんと正装の方が殆どでした。日本の方も、GWということもあってか、ざっと20名近くはいたかも。内容も、事前の予習と、座席前の英語字幕で、およそ理解して楽しむことができました。

オペラ座博物館では非常に丁寧に、初心者にもわかるように説明してくださって新たな発見、興味が湧きました。決して1人では行けなかった場所ばかりです。

舞台で演技をされている方々の迫力を感じることができるので言葉がわからなくても
怖さを感じたり、悲しい思いをして涙を流すことや、ばかばかしい場面でも笑うこともありました。ある意味、感覚（本能）で感じることができるので、是非、言葉がわからないからとオペラを諦めてしまいますが、一度トライして下さい。と体験談に投稿しました。

Nicely rounded trip
投稿者: Jan M, 2016/04/09I'd recommend anyone to try this tour because you benefit from the guides knowledge and information. I would have liked longer inside the Duomo which is why I've only given 4 stars. You'd need to re-visit if you want to see the rooftop views as well.
The trip bought Milan to life in a way that makes me want to revisit to see the bits I missed.

投稿者: Nets, 2016/02/06実は、日本語ガイドのものに予約しようと思ったが、予約時には選択できなかったので、このツアーを予約。当日、バスに乗ると、日本人のガイドさんがおり、当日追加料金をはらえば日本語対応可能とのこと。申し込みをしましたが、非常に親切丁寧な方で、大満足。私たちの小さな子供達も騒いでも嫌な顔一つせずあやしてくれるほど。。。お子さんがいらっしゃる方は、特にオススメです。

投稿者: パスタ大好きボーノ, 2015/12/25このタイプの赤いバスは、各国の観光地で乗り慣れているので、日本語のイヤホンガイドもありますし、重宝すると考えて予約をしました。思った通り観光地をめぐってくれるよいルートでした。ただ、ルートを回って入れる時間が朝10時頃から夕方17時頃でしたので、朝一番に観光地へ向かって、夜の夜景を見ながら帰っているのには活用できない時間帯の運行でした。活用時間をお考えの上、ご利用いただくとよいと考えます。

Well organized and excellent tour
投稿者: mof, 2015/11/05The reservation time started at 2:30 PM while the meeting time was set at 2:15 PM. The meeting place is in Cairoli Station and is very accessible. From MXP airport, we took an express train to Cadorna FN Station, then we transferred to the local Metro Train (M1 red line) to Cairoli (just one stop). It took about 45 minutes from MXP to Cairoli (we paid two separate tickets as they are two different trains). We left Cairoli right on time and we visited many different places around Milan including the most famous opera house (La Scala Theatre) that was founded in 1778, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele shopping gallery, Duomo Cathedral (we went inside), Sforza Castle (viewed from the outside) Basilica Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Last Supper painting by Leonardo da Vinci. The tour lasted about 3 1/2 hours and was a lot of fun and learning experience.
La Scala Theatre is the most famous opera house where Luciano Pavarotti and Giuseppe Verdi used to perform.
Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping gallery has a lot of shops in this area including Gucci, Prada, Emporio Armani, etc. Outside the shopping gallery is the Duomo Cathedral and the popular Piazza del Duomo which is the main piazza of Milan, Italy.
The Duomo Cathedral is very close to Metro Train (M1 red line). It is two stops away from Cairoli (meeting place).
We also went to Basilica Santa Maria delle Grazie. In the same location, we saw The Last Supper (in Italian, Cenaculo Vinciano). The viewing of the Last Supper painting was perhaps the highlight of the tour. The management controlled access to the area and camera should be turned off (we were not allowed to use it).
After the tour, they took us back to Cairoli Station.
Overall, my experience was great. The tour guide speaks was fluent in English and was very familiar about the Italian history. I would certainly book with Veltra again. The whole process was well planned and organized and I didn't encounter any problems during my trip.

Must see in Milan- Excellent Tour- very well organised
投稿者: AU Traveller, 2015/10/29Anyone interested in exploring a bit of history and art this is the ideal tour. takes you around Milan and stops at the La Scala, Duomo Cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and an opportunity to see the famous Last supper by Leonardo da Vinci. It was very informative and took us to the key points of interests in Milan. The guide was excellent providing background and insights into each place we visited. he was quite informed and was able to answer all our questions.
Tour company had organised admission and tickets ahead of time to avoid lines, saving us time so we get more time to explore the city. buying the tickets to see the last supper was quite hard and the tour included these tickets!
Duration of the tour is what attracted me the most. it wasn't too long nor too short- Just right to suit our schedule. Very well worth the price and a well spent half a day.
Highly recommend this for individuals and groups who are interested in art and history a side of Milan you don't usually get to see.

Covered ALOT in a short time!
投稿者: Niroshi, 2015/10/28I found that the Milan city tour covered a lot in a short time and was very informative. I was only in Milan for 2 nights and as a first timer there were "must see" places which I wanted to cover. I particular enjoyed the Duomo Cathedral which was absolutely beautiful with stain glasses and the last supper which was great to see in person. The tour guide was well informed and he answered in detail all the questions the crowd had which was impressive. The tour was not boring and was the right length of time giving you plenty of time to check out other places in Milan on your own. I would highly recommend this tour for those of you who are in Milan only for a short while and don't want to waste time staying in line for tickets and who wants to learn a bit more than just seeing a place!

投稿者: Serenissima, 2015/10/26The Milan City Tour was rly worth, if you are the type of person who does not want to think about where to go next and so, you can just sit back and relax.
The Last Supper is very difficult to find tickets so it could also be a great way to get your way there.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained things well, the timing was perfect, we stayed everywhere just enough not to get too exhausted, the only issue is we did not see the roof of the Duomo, but other than that it was good.
The tour starts at 9.30 am and finishes around 1 pm, so then you are left with plenty of time to discover other areas, being a compact city, it should not take too long!

スカラ座は、イタリアのミラノにあり、イタリアの伝統あるオペラ界において最高峰とされています。一貫してスカラ座は、それほど裕福でないような人でも観ることができるように、バルコニー席の階上にロッジョーネと言われるガレリア席を設置しています。ガレリア席への入口は、建物の横に正面の一般の入口とは別に造られています。現在、スカラ座にはロビーから入ることができる博物館があり、館内には絵画、彫像、草稿、衣裳やオペラに関する文書などの収蔵品が展示されています。

Regarding the Duomo, we clearly state that the tour includes admission to the Cathedral, not a guided tour. We are very sorry to hear that you found this misleading.
As to the Last Supper visit, the tour includes a reserved skip the line entry for a specifically assigned entry time. The tickets are handed in by the guide during the tour. If a visitor misses the assigned entry time, there is no possibility to enter at a different time, as the rules are very strict and a number of visitors per day is very limited. We are sorry to hear that you missed your entry and couldn't get in, but please take under consideration the restrictions regarding the Last Supper visit.
